They has a massive list of flavor options. Cute seating area and friendly staff. Good quality ice cream and shakes. However service is relatively slow since there’s usually only 1 person working and they make everything as you order. Also wish they accepted Apple Pay. The parking options aren’t ideal. Overall we enjoy this location.

Probably the best soft-serve in the Tampa Bay area. If you are looking for soft-serve this is the place to go. They just really nail the traditional vanilla twist in a cake cone and its always exceptionally creamy. The service ie quick and speedy. Its walk up to the window and order. They have outside seating (not that well protected), Id encourage you to eat it in the car. They are close to a high traffic area so views are not very rewarding.

Good prices and size. But the flavor is really weak. There is hardly any flavor in any of the ice creams our group picked.

Love Twistee Treat! One of my favorite ice cream places in Tampa by far! So many choices and flavors to choose from! Really nice eating area too. I don’t have pets, but I believe they have treats available for dogs which is pretty cool.

Would be nice if they had a drive thru like the other one and more than one employee working but the employee was handled herself great for being on her own. They need to keep better inventory though cause they didnt have any to go containers for the banana boats. Still enjoyed good ice cream and great service. I dont remember her name but the girl working Wednesday night 4/7/21 deserves a raise for working her butt off with those conditions. Handled it very well

We go here every Monday. We go to visit with our son because that is where his Memorial site is. We have an ice cream cone and share our memories about him. The employees have been very nice to us. The owner allowed us to put this Memorial on their property. We LOVE this place and their ice cream is sooo good!

Always super impressed when I come here. Easy parking, super affordable pricing. I paid $12 for 3 sundaes, at DQ that’d be like $25 all day! I do think they may need 2 employees at all times since it really slows down the line when there’s just one person working, and busting their butt. It’s also nice they take cards, and not just cash. A+

Dont let the sign on the wall fool you. They have dozens more flavors than just vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry.

Well you know all you got to say is twistee treat and that says it all but this one is particularly good the owners got a great personality and hooks you up with a lot more ice cream than normal expected.

Do you want some ice cream? Had a vanilla cone today. Seemed okay to me. Tasted just like vanilla ice cream. Made it home in one piece. Price was affordable as well. Id go back.

Came here at 9 since their site says they close at 10. The open sign was on but they were obviously not there on a Monday night. Confusing and disappointing since we come here often. Never again.

Havent been there in awhile but, it is what it is...a soft serve ice cream shop! Not bad for what it is. Just wish they had more of a choice. I prefer Cold Stone more these days.

Ice cream was good although I had to get vanilla instead of strawberry because the young lady that was working there try to mix Strawberry mix and vanilla ice cream together and call it strawberry she was going to mix it in a bag I told her no thank you and to be honest she was quite rude to me and my wife we love going to this place because cat is always so nice to us but I have to say the younger people there do not have the customer service they should have I work for tips and I always tip people but I did not tip her she was more interested and the eight younger kids that was on the side of the building eating ice cream her friends

The ice cream was okay nothing spectacular or different. I wish they would have something unique or different to stand apart from others. Service was friendly, theyre almost always busy so expect a line.

Great place for ice cream brings back memories as a kid

This place is classic. The original location is right down the street on Hanley, but theres pretty much one in most parts of town now. If youre looking for some softserve ice cream or something like a sundae or cone this place has it. It always tastes good and the servings are generous. I like that it looks like an ice cream cone too. Its a great place to bring the kids for an ice cream and it wont cost you a ton of money. Only downfall is no inside sit down area, which if its hot outside can suck. They usually have a picnic table or two outside.

Compared to the franchise locations, the original location was a huge letdown. The prices are higher for smaller sizes and the ice cream is icy/watery, not creamy like the custard at the franchises. Well drive the extra 5 minutes for the franchise.

Best parfait I ever had

This place has its ups and downs. First time i came here I ordered 2 large cups with different toppings. Came out to about 8 n change. It tasted great no problem. Then I go today and ask for the same thing bur I got a larger cup, and the toppings had barely anything. Then I was charged 7n change, less then I was the first time. So was i charge for a large size and given a smaller one with more toppings. Or was I under chagred this time bc she didnt put as many toppings. Im confused.
