This is one fantastic place if youre into heavy equipment like I am they have everything you need play f everything in stock for parts if they dont have they can get it within power is number one I have one excavator and Im purchasing this other one it is definitely five stars establishment

Spent over $2700 on pool mosaics the gentlemen that helped me was really helpful. I was told it would be delivered on Friday 4 days later nothing. My wife and I called 4 times and left message no one called back.

I’m new to the area. Went to Superior Pool Products based on the reviews. They did not disappoint. First going in to ask general questions prior to closing on our house back in February, Staff were very helpful. Fast forward to today, Ive learned a lot from them. They never fail to adequately answer all my questions. They have been top notch.

I’m waiting to hear back from superior pool supplyWe had Hickmans marcite in Tampa / Lutz area refinish our pool with material and supplies that came from superior it looks so bad from day one and it is horrible and can not get them to fix it. It’s been two years now me and my wife have been patient enough with Broken promises So we finally went in and talked with the management at superior two weeks ago I am waiting to hear back from them. My company has three in house attorneysAnd I’m going to start Litigation if this is not resolved soon. I’m so tired of these companies ripping off good hard working people it’s so frustrating.I will keep you all posted on the outcome.Tommy

Have not worked with them but an employee did blow a stop sign and speed down our residential street. When my husband went to take a picture of his truck/license plate to call the company he was met with a classy gentlemen threatening and swearing at him. You know they say you are the company you keep or in this case the employees you have.

Great place to shop pavers, waterline tile, mosaics and outdoor kitchens

I have never done business with this company, but on March 27th, one of their truck drivers backed into our stone mailbox damaging it beyond repair. The driver was nice enough to let me know what happened, his name, and how to contact the company. My husband and I have made three calls to the company and left messages which have not been returned. My husband and a friend spent an entire day removing our original stone box and replacing the new box which cost less than $100. It is my belief that an honest and reputable company would pay us back to replace our mailbox in this situation, and not leave us hanging without the courtesy of a response to our calls.

Good place for your pool needs

Came to my home without warning, left the supplies picture, ran out after my dogs came out and started barking and left my gate open. Never called or knocked on the door NOTHING. The supplies were to be left on my driveway. Now they have been rained on,and I fear that the caustic materials will be easy for my dogs to get into. I have contacted Superior twice to come and remove them but are just ignoring me. I cant move then, Im a disabled retired HCSO deputy hurt in the line if duty, and now recovering from having my right hip removed due to cancer. Not very customer friendly if you ask me. Will be going on the BBB website next to complain.
