Quick and knowledgeable

I have always used amazon hose until I found power hose . I own my business. I needed a part for a pressure washer I looked all over town to find. I called power hose who said they had part . Got there they couldn’t find the part I needed but the manager came out on the show room floor and took the part I needed off one of their pressure washers to make sure I left with the part i needed very helpful and great costumer service

Dont walk run away. Some key words / phrases to describe my unacceptable experience with Hose Power?: chaos, disorganization, will not follow up on phone calls, they will not deliver anything promised until you call daily and bother them.I was getting some hoses certified and they take the hoses, forget about them for several weeks until i call and ask for them. Then I have to wait two more weeks because the tags needed for certification had to be ordered. I finally get them back and the certification serial numbers on the hoses dont match the paper certifications. They come and collect all of my hoses again promising a one day turnaround time. A week goes by and no hoses. I call them up again and ask where they are the response? If you dont have them they must be here Wow ok... By the time I get this yearly certification done I will only have 6 months left of usable service before i need them certified again. I had the exact same experience last year but decided it may have been a fluke and to give them another shot. What a disappointment.

They were fine as frog hair for my simple hose that another shop couldnt do. The price was right too

This companys employees drive around cursing at fellow drivers in company vehicles. Completely unprofessional. Will NEVER do business with this company! Stay away people, theyre trash!
