By far one of the best Smart Home companies out there! I am so pleased with the quality of their work. Everything from how organized the wires are, to how friendly their staff and service is. Cant say enough positive things about them. Would recommend 10/10

Do not buy home automation from control 4 and HD2020. You will regret it. Proprietary software, programming & parts means $500 + bill every time they come to fix your system when it breaks down and it breaks down all the time. Foolish to spend big money on proprietary paywall home automation like Control 4. Tech is advancing so fast now. You can do home automation yourself. You do not need Control 4 or HD2020. Imagine being charged 5x to 10x markup for a $50 part you can buy on amazon. And then being charged $200 in service time to install it. That is what you get with HD2020. I realize the Control 4 system is really nice and if you must have it - I would highly recommend finding a smaller Control 4 dealer with a conscience who will not rip you off on service time, parts and programming. Going with the biggest is NOT the best.

Eric and the whole HD20/20 is awesome... Nothing worse is having tech not working and no one to help.... any time i have had an issue .. eric and there team were quick to solve all problems... Awesome customer service..

They wired the alarm system. But never completed the work in full. When called to activate the system, they need a big amount of money. They are completely ripping off the customer. Very unreliable company.

By far top of the line customer service and the most knowledgeable techs and sales staff in the business. I had my system customized to my budget and they were able to install in a very timely manner. I had an issue with my network and all I did was send an email on thanksgiving day only to find out they showed up the very next morning, that’s great service. I will be finishing up my whole house with the control 4 system come January. Definitely recommend them.
