I really enjoyed going to Hear USA today. The staff was very politeand the wait was very short. The Doctor was very friendly and he explained everything in a very concise and detailed manner.I already told my sisters to go get their ears checked at Hear USA.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful with my appointment. Everything was explained in very easy to understand terms. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with hearing problems.

First time visiting. Office very neat and professional about their service. They never rushed me when doing paperwork. The doctor seemed truly concerned with his patient which really made us feel safe . Yes, I would definitely recommend him to others.

Problem solved promptly and courteously. I went there to have an adjustment and with cleaning of hearing aids I could immediately hear better. I was told that some wax was in my left hearing aid and the cleaning took it away.

Have been trying to get in touch with this office for over three weeks straight to make an appointment for my daughters to have her hearing aid repaired/A new mold made, because she has had hearing issues since birth and can only hear 70% out of one ear and none at all out of the other and she says she is barely able to hear out of the ear she could hear out of and left numerous voicemails and call multiple more times and STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A CALL BACK.

Called and made an appointment I spoke to someone twice in the same day confirming my appointment and that my paperwork had been sent from my dr...all was good paperwork received date and time set.Show up for my appointment and was told I apparently have an appointment scheduled 🙃I live quite far from this place but its the only place close enough for me to get to and the front desk staff is rude as all hell.

Accompanied a friend to get her ears examined. This place is one of the better places Ive encountered. They gave an excellent ear exam. They take the time and explain the complete procedure. The audiologist and staff were very polite and understanding. They do have several options and different payment methods. No pressure sales. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of getting their hearing checked. Like all medical equipment it isNot inexpensive. They are reasonable. It is unfortunate that in the United States of America very few insurance companies cover hearing aids. This is why we need affordable health care for all.

This is a place to purchase hearing aids and they back their products with maintenance and batteries. I moved from PA and they were also very helpful.

Friendly professional service. Luke explained the differences in the various hearing aids and helped me select the best ones for my hearing problem.This is my second pair of hearing aids I purchased from Hearing USA and they have always treated me like royality. I would walk in without an appointment and they always cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids while I waited.These newer aids I just purchased are the best and the technology is even better than my first aids. Dont hesitate to deal with this company they have the best hearing aids and knowledgeable staff that simply know what theyre doing.

Definitely wouldnt recommend it.... at least the location on Waters and DaleMabry their staff is unprofessional and they are not looking out for the patients best interest ... lack empathy and just too small of a facility

My mom and I went in there the staff saw her and hid looked like they were having lunch and my mom disturbed them. They also talked to my mom who is completely deaf in one ear and going deaf in the other...like she was an idiot. If I didnt have my son I would of yelled at you guys. Idiots.
