I have been wearing my hearing aides for over 3 yrs but noticed more loss of hearing. I went from a 40% loss to over 70% loss. Clarity of words was not good at all. I had been dealing with Paul Ryley for a period of time and lately he just told me about the remote microphone +. I can’t find anybody else that will give me such great service and knowledge on this device. It’s so helpful that you could set it up anywhere and hear crisp audio. I would recommend Paul to anyone that needs hearing loss help.
I highly recommend everyone and anyone that have any concerns with their hearing. I have gone more than 13 years without hearing aids and didnt realize how much I was missing out in life. Dr. Paul has been amazing to relieve all my concerns and makes sure all my needs were met. He guided me step by step through the process and kept me very informed. They have many options of hearing aids to choose from and convenient plans. The staffs are so kind and make sure you are in the best care. I used to feel ashamed or embarrassed for being hard of hearing and having to ask those to repeat themselves or to speak to louder. Audibel have made me confident to hear the new things I have missed out. Now Im able to hear my children laugh and hear everything so clear. Zach Hershberger, HIS was fantastic. My wife has had hearing aids since 2016. We needed a new place to get an updated hearing test done and was recommended to Audibel by a current patient. Audibel has been a wonderful learning experience. Zack and Lisa work as a team to assist the needs of their patients in a way that is comfortable and progressive. There was never a time that I felt uneasy or uncertain about the process and my husband and I came out happy campers. The energy is positive and they are always willing and ready to take the time to assist us with any questions and concerns we have. They made the impossible possible and continue to be there at any time we might need assistance. This is the second time I have bought Audibel hearing aids. I lost the first pair after 6 years and at that time they were still working very well. I would recommend them to anyone. State of the art equipment for testing hearing and programming hearing aids. One price for hearing aids so I dont pay for visits, hearing tests or repairs. The people at the Fletcher Ave office are knowledgeable, accommodating, pleasant and very good at diagnosing your needs and providing you with all the information you need to make a decision regarding hearing aid purchase. They will see you the same day and can do most hearing aid repairs in the office, often on that very same day. Rescheduling appointments is not a problem. Most of all, I love the hearing aids, multiple programs for meetings, watching TV, high noise environments. I could not function without them.
All of the staff at this Audibel are amazing. My grandpa got his hearing aids here and Zack was so patient and attentive considering how hard of hearing and hard to deal with my grandpa is! He takes care of his patients very well and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. Highly recommend this location for any hearing/hearing aid needs!
The staff at the Fletcher location are very friendly and polite. They are extremely informative and give you plenty of options. You wont be pressured into getting something that is not needed. Im very satisfied with their service and follow up care.
I knew I had some hearing loss, and for years put off going to an audiologist. My partner insisted that I have my hearing checked.Having seen the TV ads for Audible, and knowing that it was very convenient I made an appointment with Zach Hershberger. As we entered the office we were greeted by Lisa who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were introduced to Zach who made us feel comfortable, and he ran us through all the test. He explained everything fully and completely. I wanted the A4, which fit in the ear canal, and not visible. I have been so pleased with these hearing aids. It is always nice to go in for follow up visits. They are always prompt and on time. I could not be more satisfied.
I want to thank Robert for all that he has done. He was completely professional and caring. Robert took the time to explain my hearing loss and what hearing aid was best for me. Robert is very knowledgeable in his job as a hearing aid specialist. He has provided excellent service so far and has enhanced my hearing a lot. He continually asks for feedback on my adjustments to make sure I receive the best hearing possible. If you are experiencing hear problems please go see Robert he will take excellent care of you.
Amazing!!!I brought in my 92 year old reluctant mom. She could not hear without up-close yelling. Her privous Doctor/MD. (who she swore by) was continuing to perform regular check-ups on her hearing-aids which we konw nowm were at least 6 years old dinosaurs.Customer service at Audibel on Fletcher in Tampa was the Best and my mom is NOW listening into MY top secret phone conversations :-)
The staff and Zach are wonderful. My husband was a client at the zhills location and decided to change to the Tampa office. My husband had a broken hearing aid and Zach worked his magic and was able to fix it. Staff was very friendly and they are very accommodating to the clients schedule. Zach really takes the time to listen and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend the Tampa office.

Audibel hearing aid in North Tampa has met all my needs. The staff is always most helpful in all areas when I first got my hearing aids. Zack made sure that I understood all everything about them. He always takes what ever time that I need.
Ive been wearing hearing aids for 25 years . Ive been treated by no less than 7 audiologist. Robert Greiner is by far the most knowledgeable, friendliest, respectful of all the ones I have ever dealt with. He really knows what he is doing and is completely familiar with the products he works with. He has a tremendous servant heart and is so willing to assist in anyway he can. He does so with a good attitude and a friendly smile. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a hearing loss.
I had a very good experience with the Audibel technician, Robert Greiner. He worked with me to get a good fit for my hearing aids. They have worked properly and I have had no problems. Robert listened to me and even sent one back and replaced it with one that fit better. Since then, no problems.

Previous I was told that my hearing was so bad I needed external (behind the ear) aids. Audibel sold me in the canal aids that have greatly improved my hearing. The tech, Robert Greiner is extremely knowledgable and helpful. I cannot recommend these people more highly. They are excellent at what they do. Ive worn aids for approximately 15 years and these are the best Ive ever had.
Ask for Robert Greiner this guy knows his stuff. I am sure this guy is breaking the mold but everyone was nice. I dont have to yell words at my mother anymore. I am positive there is more then just me happy with this service.His main clients are seniors so getting them on computers is a challenge. I know this because I am doing this for my Mom lol

As a user of hearing aids for approximately 12 years, I can very much appreciate the manner in which Zackary Hershberger and his fine staff serve patients. There is a feeling of calm confidence when one enters Zacks office and that is certainly reinforced by his personable nature and his staffs friendly, courteous attitude.Zacks professional approach to resolving hearing problems is complemented by his good sense of humor and his sincere desire to be helpful and to resolve all concerns one might have in using hearing aids.He was very patient and thorough in conducting a comprehensive hearing test and explaining the results to me and my wife. He then presented an informative list of options and recommendations (including doing nothing at the present time) to be reviewed and acted upon (or not) at my leisure. We opted to upgrade to Audibels latest technology and have been amazed at the lengths to which Robert has gone to make sure that my new hearing aids are satisfactory in every detail. After finally accepting the fact that I wasnt hearing all of the things around me (conversations with people, phone conversations, listening to the radio or TV etc.), I started doing some research on getting my hearing checked. At the same time, I saw both an ad on TV and in our local newspaper for the AUDIBEL hearing aid. I then made an appointment to have my hearing checked. Beside a normal hearing test, they also checked for difference frequency levels. My high frequency levels were not good. Robert Greiner and his assistant Zack worked with me on various settings. My biggest compliment to AUDIBEL on Fletcher Ave., Tampa, FL. is the overall customer service. Robert and Zack took the time to show me on 2 flat screens (one for each ear) the various frequency levels that I was not hearing and now the settings that I am on with my new hearing aids to hear at those levels. When I did have to go back for some assistance and adjustments, they listened to my comments and made the necessary adjustments. If anyone has a need to improve their hearing, I would look for the nearest AUDIBEL location and let them show what is available and the various controls and settings that they can provide you with.Jerry Smith
