Came in and was super impressed with their selection. Staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Shanae went above and beyond helping me with some of my health concerns and really took the time to help me find the right BCAA. Moving forward this will be the only place I come to for all my workout supplements!

Great experience! I was treated very kindly and professionally. They are a very honest with business and pricing. Today was my first time visiting and I purchased two 6 pack fitness bags along with additional items. Naz assisted me with very much detail and care. I will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service experience. Staff is all smiles when making a sale but when it’s time to return items they roll their eyes and help you begrudgingly. Please be careful on promises made by the staff on returns or exchanges, when it’s time to exchange something they will tell you nothing is wrong with their product and that you’re the problem. Sadly, the store manager supports this behavior, since he just stood there backing his employee up and then switched gears to up-sell me on another product. I’m disappointed with the staff of this store and they best believe I’m writing a formal complaint to corporate. They’ve lost me as a customer.

I have passed by DNC several times and was first introduced by a friend. Since then I have not stepped foot into any other supplement store. DNC has the best prices. Well under GNC prices and multiple brands to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they know what they are talking about. I highly recommend DNC for all your supplement needs.

They have a huge variety of supplements on stock. If you are new into the industry, you will get good advice from the staff. The reason why I only rate with 3 out of 5 stars, is their misleading business name. I paid $43.99 for Jackd up pre workout supplement - offers online start at $27.99. Feels like a rip-off.

More expensive then GNC and wouldnt price match. Run down plaza. Looks like a warehouse. Places like that are supposed to be price beaters to stay in business. Ill stick with my nice GNC AND lower pricing when Im to impatient to buy online.

I recently went to DNC Supplements because I saw it while driving from the mall. I have to admit that this company has more than enough supplements to support all the needs for a serious person. We will not go back there and here is the reason why. I bought an item that was priced at $31+. While purchasing the item, I was asked if I was a first time customer by a man who looks like he was the owner. I said yes. At this point he started telling me to go on Facebook and like the company. He then gave me a card with the Facebook and Twitter address. At this point he bagged my things and I said goodbye and went home. I looked more at the card i received when I got home. To my disbelief, I found on the card that I could have received $5 off $30 and $10 off $50 for being a first time customer. Why didnt the rep tell me about it? He asked me if I was a first time customer. These types of things can quickly lose a new customer plus many more. Just like it lost me.

Ive been shopping with DNC for years. While Ive been training off and on since I was a kid, Ive generally been a user of the standard proteins, thermogenics and occasional pre-workout supplement, and rarely ever varied from my norm. So when I started up again, I decided to change things up a bit.With a plethora of what I would consider newbie questions, I have always found Naz and his team to be courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful.On the rare occasion I have chosen to look around, Ive found DNCs prices to be better than 99% of the brick and mortar places in the area, including GNC.And while I might find some things cheaper on line, the quality, personal service, and expert knowledge, combined with the fact that Im supporting a local business means a lot to me.I love the new place!The old place was hard to navigate and crowded, while the new location is much better laid out.The 4 vs. 5 stars comes from a recent lack of communication, but in the total scheme of life, its a very minor complaint and nothing Im going to lose sleep over!Naz and crew, thanks for everything!
