I went here to buy a jersey for my boyfriend and I was speaking to the manager (Kaleigh) who was very nice and helpful. They only had a small in the jersey I wanted but I thought it may fit him but I was nervous. I told her I did not want to buy it unless I could exchange it for a medium in case it did not fit. I was getting a player name on it (Lowe with a number 8) and I asked if I would be able to exchange it even though they personalized it. She assured me that they would be able to order a medium and put the same name and number on that one and they could resell the small since it had a player name and number. I made sure three times that they would be able to exchange it since it was so expensive. She said yes all three times. It did not fit, so I went back and Kaleigh was not there. The assistant store managers were so rude to me and did not even want to help and all just stood there staring at me saying that’s not possible. I am very upset because I spent so much money and was told I would be able to exchange it and then I was treated so disrespectfully.

They do not answer the phone.

Terrible customer service. The guy working is the biggest excuse of a employee I have ever dealt with in any retail capacity.Their store is supposed to open at 10 AM this morning but at 10:15 he walked up to the door and switched The “will be back at” sign to 11 right in front of me. Looked at me and walked away. Lazy.I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to return at 12:30. I should’ve trusted my gut when I realized he was a terrible employee the first time.I spoke to the corporate office and they were going to honor a coupon for me and I was supposed to explain that to him in the store. I figured it would be an issue considering how he acted in the morning but I went back anyway as I was interested in one of their items.He complained and argued with me for 15 minutes so I finally decided to walk out. I will never shop here again. I recommend everyone to consider getting their items elsewhere. The store is regularly empty and I’m sure is struggling so their lack of customer service really need to be addressed.

Great selection of sizes and team apparel. I went in on a mission to find both plus and infant size jerseys or t shirts. The associate pointed me in the right direction and was genuinely helpful from start to finish.

I bought a Lightning t-shirt for the game the other day here and the selection is good. The price was also competitive as well. The salesman was helpful and told me about the sales going on and offered his help.
