Never seen such a helpful staff in a mall store. Total ballers that know their stuff.

Clerk wasnt too friendly. Perception was if I was bothering him, although I came in, knew what I wanted, retrieve it from display & placed it on counter... 2 stars is only b/c they had what I wanted. ....prefer a vending machine over bad attitudes. These Clerks need to be train on; when that door is open for business, its Lights-Camera-Action! ... put on the happy face!

Its unfortunate that you read the reviews from others on here and realize they are their own worst customers. I have been going to this Lids for years and I have never had a bad experience. If anything I would say the management their goes above and beyond to get my custom embroidery correct. I want to thank them for making all of my purchases easy. I have been an access pass premium member for 6 years and wont buy hats anywhere else.

As a person who also works customer service, I would expect what I provide in return. I was treated rudely and quickly dismissed.... After shopping at this location for the first time I went in to make an exchange for a different size. When it was not available (to no concern of mine) I tried to make a return without a receipt. Both my items were tagged and in perfect condition while I was told nothing could be done for me other than to exchange my items then and there. I asked if I could get a gift card and again was told no. It was not until I asked for a number I could complain to that an employee named Kady then presented the option of a gift card. I respectfully declined and left.... It should not take a customer verbalizing, and asking the number to complain, for it to go further with the matter and a solution be provided. I will unfortunately be back at this location with my husband so he can make the exchange at the location on the spot since that is who the gifts were for. It is unfortunate that there are few places to go where great customer service is provided.

Tons of options and you can personalize, but not cheap

This store is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE to business everywhere. The staff is about as competent as a Mexican flea market . I ordered a couple of hats online for store pick up, and received the email there arrived TWO days ago. Signed and delivered. Walk into the store and spent the next 15 to 20 min standing around while the employee looked for the items, then called his manager who was of little help. The kicker? Called customer service who also got the same response from this store. This manager and owner should be fired or forfeit his franchise

Good selection of hats. Employees are there to cash you out only. Dont ask for service.

Had hats made by lids for multiple people that were joining me from different states.Some of the hats did not fit and they easily took back the house it didnt fit and made new hats in a timely manner that did fit

I have been to this store three times I bought a hat each visit and exchanged one. This place is sad... The Gordita sales associate has a real crappy nuyorican attitude By the way I am nuyorican and I make everyone feel welcome in my space Im sure if you are one of her Homies she makes you feel welcome Not only that! the place is 60 square feet in total and needs a dusting pretty bad. I had to clear some dust off one of their tiny glass shelves to lay my own hat down. Im considering shipping a few feather dusters there from Amazon... also I came in to exchange a hat and when I got home I found the wax paper that I used to to wrap the sticky labels (for re-use) in my bag when I got home...(one more for the bad attitude) Do like I am going to do and avoid this place till there is a staff change It is not worth the bad taste.

I was surprised seing fake brands like Gucci, Polo, Louis Vuitton, supreme for sale in this store, specially inside the west Shore Mall . Shame on this mall !
