The Manager at this place was very rude and agressive for no reason, we tried to work with her nicely to figure out how we can get a copy of a resale tax certificate she did not put any effort to help whatsoever, at the end we left with out shopping for the tools we needed for our Company. I would appreciate if u can hire a better management team

Never disappoints me. Always has tools for descent prices. May not be popular name brands but for the most part they function just the same. I highly recommend getting tools here for a fraction of the cost of other places.

Very bad attention from the employees. It seems that they are not satisfied with their salary, especially a young guy with curly hair. I asked him about replacement filters for a respirator and he randomly pointed out a different one, and when I told him that it was not the one I was looking for, he annoyed relied that there were no others. I know working on Sunday and earning a pittance is frustrating, but clients are not responsible for that.

Dirty store! Looks like no one cares. Was in there the other day and the 2 employees were sitting on some boxes talking and didn’t care that we were on the store. I would much more prefer to go to the Spring Hill store which should be a model of how harbor freight stores should look.

This is definitely a go to place. Big variety, fair prices. At times, they are out of what I wanted but staff is always helpful and tries to suggest alternatives.

Always a good idea to check here before spending big $$ on tools if you will only be using occasionally. If professional tools are needed you will spend more $$ but pro tools will last longer and probably do a better job.

Some of their items were oddly out of stock in the tools area but I assume that is because of the global shortage. Overall, a great experience!

This Harbor Freight is a bit older but its always well stocked and has knowledgeable staff. Its location is also the best for when youre in the northern part of town.Dinged a star because if its raining the parking lot becomes a series of huge ponds where its impossible to get to the store without soaking your shoes.

Good deals on cheap tools got a entire tire changing machine for my motorcycle tires for 40 bucks cant get 1 tire put on a rim for that and the bead breaker on the machine was worth the money if you ask me throw in the tire holder and pole to easily run your bar around tire was done in less then 30 minutes and can charge my buddies 50 bucks to do there tires now I just keep on winning with this purchase

I called before I came asked her for what I needed they said they had plenty. I walked in the store asked her for what I needed the female owner of the store said they didn’t even carry those and they didn’t have it. So I called on my phone again and asked her for what I needed it she said they had it. PS I’m black. Walked in the store found what I needed and left. A great place to find good prices on various tools and equipment. Be sure to get their coupons and super specials. They will save you 20 percent or more. Some items seem to sell out quickly so you may need to check back. It is located by the corner of Fletcher and Florida Avenues in the NorthPointe shopping center behind the Florida Family Medical Clinic.

Worst customer service experience ever.Anthony(Tony) took the box that I bought the items back in threw the box up against the wall.He was very, very, rude to me. I may be aged and disabled, but I dont talk to people any kind of way. I had to check him.

Did you know commercial products usually get a 30 day warrenty? That has been a practice for quite sometime now. You sell an extended warrenty. Is that because you doubt the quality?

My elderly mom called this store to request an item be put on hold. When we drove 40 miles to get the item, the associate told us he sold three today and none were left. We told him that there was one on hold, and he said oh yeah there was one up here but i sold that one too. Now I will have to drive 60 miles one way to get the item or wait a month or more for it, bc HORRIBLE FREIGHT hates their customers and wont do a store to store transfer, wont ship an item from a store to a home, and doesnt CARE at all about customer service. Everything is met with a NO or a CANT. What a frustrating experience. In fact, no managers can be reached. No emails will be answered from the Corporate Website.So shop here at your own risk. They dont care one iota about you!!!

I was looking for an inexpensive moisture meter for a quick project and they had what I needed. I can almost get what I need every time.

I called to check on availability of a product. The employee said they had it. I raced across town to get there before they closed but when I got there I didnt see the product. The employee said they would help me in a few minutes. I waited then he came and said they are out of it. Why would an employee tell me they had the product in stock if they didnt? Because they are too lazy to check. Why do they hire such lazy employees?

I am a huge fan of harbor freight. The good tools they make have been serving me daily for years. Primarily sockets, wrenches, jacks, stands, presses and lifts. This location is by far the most unorganized and painful to visit. I hope they can figure it out and get it together! I often go to the farther harbor freight from my home and business. It is 20 more minutes of driving but you’re guaranteed to wait in line at this location for about the same length of time. You can do it guys! Fix this location please

Always a solid place to get what you need

Been several years since I was in. Looks like they upgraded... Definitely more appealing to shop than in the past. They had what I needed - bolt cutter - and it was even on sale. Tools are generally good enough for light home use.

This store is much more organized and clean compared to others. The staff is always available to help.

No complaints. Its what you would expect from a Harbor Freight and it was pretty well stocked when the other stores in the area seem to be falling behind on getting products in.

My very first time going there, I must say the employees greeted you with a hello and a smile even the customers where friendly everyone speaking and joking I will be going back.
