I’ve been coming here many times over the years. Finally, I decided to take my phone out to snap a few pics to share my reviews.While do it, a young man cashier ran up to me and said in a LOUD rude voice “Sir, please stop taking pics of the store.” He said it was the store policy. Years ago I wouldve asked to speak to a manager but it’s not a big deal.1 star ⭐️ for rude employee5 stars ⭐️for nice clean MarketI just want to share and show to the future shoppers how clean, organize and well lit this store is.NOTE TO STORE MANAGER: Please have sign in your store saying “No Photos “ if this is not a store policy please re train your employees . The Fresh Market is a very nice store with quality products. I would like to see a few more unique products but overall a great shopping experience everytime I go in. The store is generally very clean and tidy. It has a decent selection of prepared foods which look and taste good.Today I picked up a apple berry tart which was okay. It was a tad bit sweet and I am not a huge fan of all the sticky jelly type of filling. I think a store like The Fresh Market would bake with just fresh fruit.......maybe thats just me.Customer service is always spot on with nice people working there.

I love this store but I tried this locations closer. I would rather go to the Villages store. Always stocked, fresh and worth the drive

Fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers. Meals looking realy tasty. Everything lookks clean and neat. Bought some new vine, good prices.

Flower Department is lovely! The other departments are lacking...specifically Produce. In addition, low or no supply at 3pm!!! I MAY be back for 1 or 2 items. Thats about it! Carry on.

I love this place. There are just so many unique products to choose from. The meat selection is so fresh and delicious. There are definitely things here that you will not find anywhere else. The staff are very polite and professional, and everyone is in a good mood. I highly recommend stopping by. You will leave with a cart full, I guarantee it.

The layout of the store is fairly easy. The produce section was cozy and easy to navigate. A few common items were out of stock in the dry grocery area. The deli team was very helpful, as well as the stock clerk in the bulk area. The shopping part of my experience went rather well, especially since it was my first time in the store.However, the checkout experience was less than stellar. The space for checkout is extremely small and crowded- even without other customers around. The cashier made a few mistakes and seemed overwhelmed. Fellow employees were standing around and not assisting him either. (I asked a question to get the other cashiers attention and I was told my cashier was new.) Teamwork makes a big difference.

It’s always a pleasant atmosphere in this store. They have interesting items available here that are hard to find other places. I love the variety of cheeses. The prices are a little high for some things but on the other hand I have found food lasts longer, looks better and tastes fresh. Today was the first time I saw anything negative in their produce section. (Being able to say that is amazing. Their competitor around the corner consistently has problems.) I called attention to some sweet peppers with dark spots on them already and the staff person immediately took them off the self. Thanks for giving us a more relaxing place to shop.

Sooooo. If you know anything about great steak Fresh Market is the place to be. If I have a good source I always search out others. I’ve been around a huge chunk of central Florida and Fresh Market has defeated my nomadic ways with a supreme supply chain with the tastiest variety.Hats off to you as you are the best butchers around!

Store seems great, the male cashier Taylor however is literally the rudest cashier I have ever been helped by.

Fresh Market is always part of my shopping for the fresh food in all categories, unique items I only find there, and the great weekly sales! In my experience, staff are friendly and always mindful of large crowds of shoppers!

I love Fresh market bakery. Unfortunately the products I used to get on regular bases have disappeared. Fresh Market bakery used to make the best French Vanilla muffins. For some reason they stopped making French Vanilla muffins and now only have the pound cake. Pound cake is still delicious but I liked muffins more. Recently, I saw a single muffin for sale with label French Vanilla on it. I bought it but it was very dry Chocolate Chip muffin instead. I ended up throwing it away because.Cucumber soda have also disappeared.I don’t know if the disappeared products are company wide or just this particular location.

If you order party platters or catering over the phone be sure to ask for an email confirmation. No one knew what I was talking about when I arrived. I ordered several various things and was asked to name off all of them which obviously wasn’t easy. As I was stumbling the lady says to me “I’ll just go look it up on the computer.” WHAT?! Why not just do that in the first place. None of it was ready to go and I did not get all of the items that I had ordered. I love Fresh Market but holy chaos who is in charge here?

Lots of really great gourmet options...if you’re willing to pay the price. You definitely are paying for the experience here, but, the experience is pretty great. Usually just stop in for the mi nana pico de gallo tortilla chips. Sushi looks pretty good too

I really enjoy the fresh market and love their coffee selection. But I have bought fish there about 4 times and it has always tasted bad, like an ammonia taste? Not sure how to explain it better. BUT I think the fish I bought was on sale so it was probably already going bad when I bought it. Other than that, the store is always well organized and I look forward to shopping there for all my other grocery needs

Always a great selection and the pre-prepped meals a a time-saver. Fresh bakery items as well.

On the pricey side but the food is high quality and delicious. The freshness of the produce varies depending on the day of the week. Smaller and less crowded than other grocery stores. You may have to go elsewhere for certain basics or brands--has more specialty items.

Love the deli crew, Shimirra, Thomas and Dat are awesome;they are very sponsive to customer requirements. Actually, everyone in the prepared foods/deli is great.The store is neat and clean.Justin Platt (store mgr) is also excellent.

Mask are required & feel very safe . Meat & seafood counter service is slow & needs more staff.

This was my 1st visit and definitely not my last. They have a great variety of different things. I loved the bakery! So many awesome things to choose from down to homemade zucchini and banana bread..things you wont find in the normal grocery store. Not to mention they had sushi (yes, made right there) definitely a place to check out!

A tiny spot that is dense with quality. If looking for food gifts this season, this is an excellent spot. I saw mince pies, mulling spices, quality shortbread, and more. The meat dept is top notch too!

The food here is great. I especially appreciate the $5 sushi special on Wednesdays. The only downfall is toward customer service.Unfortunately, I feel like I’m judged. One cashier had the audacity to tap her fingers impatiently during my transaction today like I’m such a bother. I shouldn’t have to feel belittled. This was not the first time I’ve encountered such behavior with customer service. As someone who works in customer service, this is very unacceptable.

It is ok but I enjoy going to the store on Fletcher Ave better.

If I could give it a zero I would. Im standing in line for 10mins and the number was at 67. I pulled 75. Then I see the number jump all the way to 80 as I assume they are calling numbers down by the deli meat. Mind you, I am standing by the seafood. Then I approach a fair-skinned girl (dont know nationality) she was lighter of the 2 girls; gives me an attitude as if she didnt want to even take my order. 1st time here and last time Ill come. Beyond ridiculous.

Fresh meat and fish, good basic grocery store. Very good baked goods. They dont have as extensive a selection as big chain and the service can be weak at times.

This is a local fresh market close to where I live. I love shopping here as they have lots of organic and international goods! I recently got the lobster tails as they were on a deal and they tasted amazing! If you sign up for their emails you can get coupons for additional discounts off of your purchase as well as daily/weekend deals they have in the store!

Great selection, customer friendly, and appear to be taking all necessary precautions to keep customers and themselves safe.

They were very unprepared today with previously ordered New Years dinner packages. I was told it would come with directions how to cook the Chilean Sea Bass and it did not. They were much better prepared with their Christmas dinner orders.

I purchased roses to give to my daughter in law to celebrate the birth of a new baby. The person who works in the flower department was so very kind. She put together a special arrangement. Everyone at the hospital admired it. What a great experience. I am so grateful.

I love The Fresh Market because thats exactly what they are they are all Market full of fresh fruits and vegetables and their meat counter is wonderful. Their meat is a little spendy but the quality is there. You can rest assure that youre getting good meat and not some of that junk thats glued together and filled with fillers and colors. Once a week they have a sale on their chicken breast and their ground beef. Theres a long line so go early and dont forget to take a number.

Disappointed in the shelf life of the produce. In season berries lasted just two days and now my salad is going bad after three. Tossed them all. Publix has similar or better prices with much bigger turnover so I’ve never had this problem shopping with them.

Love this Market. They offer free samples of coffee which is a big plus. They also have unique things that you cant buy in other stores. I was a little disappointed last night when I went in an hour and a half before closing. I was trying to order at the deli, the two Deli servers were busy cleaning up for the night. I stood there for a couple of minutes before they responded to me. Normally, theyre really good about taking your order quickly. I love the wine tasting and all the little samples around the store. The Fresh Market really gets you in the mood for the holiday season.

If youre wanting great quality meats, this is the place. The staff in the meat dept are super organized and helpful! Good variety of produce, including lots of organic. And the bakery has delish cakes and cookies. The only drawback is slow lines at checkout, but its worth the wait!

We purchased the prepared Easter dinner online this year. The food was excellent. Ham was perfectly good, and all the sides were delicious. Pick-up in the store was very easy and organized. We will definitely order holiday meals from Fresh Market in the future. Great job!

Very very expensive and didnt have what I needed.

Fresh Market is a high-end grocery store centered in the heart of South Tampa. The store is nicely lit and laid out with a friendly and helpful staff. Their produce is typically very fresh, the deli service and rotisserie chickens tend to be pretty good, and its easy to stop by for a quick bite for lunch or dinner with their ready-made sandwiches. However, it is pricey! There are other options moving into the neighborhood which may provide better prices and selection, but Fresh Market is still good for fresh cut flowers or a quick meal.

Great gormet market for meats fish, produce, cold cuts and premade meals. Note it so not a full grocery store - more of a local market.

Honestly one of my favourite places to shop. Their selection of everything is pretty spectacular. Their flowers last longer than any other markets. Their produce is also better than youll find anywhere else. It just makes me happy every time I step foot in here.

Good quality food and the store is well staffed. You do get what you pay for and some items are pricey yet you are getting good quality products and Ive never been disappointed with any purchase. They keep the carts out of the parking lot which is great as they are always available for customers to use in the store. There is plenty of parking close to the entrance.

The produce, seafood & meats, and selection of sweets & snacks are top tier. But the customer service is inconsistent and surprisingly poor, at the seafood/meat deli particularly, for such a high quality store. After years of giving my business to this store, Ive stopped going.

The brunette cashier I couldnt see her name is a rude treats people badly 😡

I love the sign at the front door that says, “ don’t come into OUR store if you’re sick.” They are trying to keep employees and customers safe; store is well stocked and can be a bit pricey but is my go to vs. the big box grocery stores.

I was there for work, the staff was kind and quick to help.

Amazing selection, albeit with curious oversights (couldnt find minced garlic or tomato paste). Clear signage telling people to take a ticket would have been polite instead of butchers simply looking at you funny. Cashier and bagger had trouble with a reusable bag.

Expensive but oh so good!

Horrible service all around just wanted a few meats from the deli and some bacon from the meat department had to call people over to get going on their jobs never will I ever set foot back in this store.

Prices seem to be pretty good on everything. Great place to shop for specialty foods, good wine, fresh produce and veggies. The prepped foods are better than Whole Foods, taste and price-wise. There is always a good selection of breads and other baked goods including some wonderful desserts. Ask for help and youll get it, usually someone who knows what theyre doing.

Great food but a little pricey

The Fresh Market experience was a delight except the young lady in the Hot Foods deli wasnt very cordial.

Honestly, almost every favorite treat Ive developed massive cravings for has originated from this store! From the honey sesame sticks to the all natural black cherry soda, the crazy great varieties of trail mix.. the pastries.. always fresh produce and great deli items definitely on the higher end price.

The meat specials here are great. Also always a nice flower selection
