Wow! Super Happy!I went to this showroom to select Material for my kitchen countertops. I spent around 30 minutes to make my selection all the stones they have are beautiful, I selected Meadow Mist from Terranova the quality of their product is superior.Staff is very friendly, Extremely Pleased by their service. Ameya!! is a great guy very Knowledgeable!Highly Recommended!!

*LENGTHY BUT WORTH READING*I went to Terra Nova in March. I went off and on for about a month until I made a decision about the quartz slab I wanted. There was two slabs both labeled “rocky” but were different designs. The vein size were completely different and they had different designs over all. I emailed the owner (Mr. Ameya Patki) and said both slabs are labeled rocky but they look completely different. He told me to come in and select what I want. I did the following week with my fabricator. She took a pic of the sku# and the name of the slab. I was assured by his worker Alex that quartz is a manmade stone and that what I will get will be an exact replica of what I choose. Well fast fwd a week later, my delivery of slabs is at my house to be installed and it’s the stone I DID NOT CHOOSE. This is exactly what I was trying to prevent from happening. Turns out the slab at the warehouse was in fact mislabeled (this new slab had the same sku#), but was a COMPLETELY different design. This one looked cheap, the vein sizes were different and it had a weird ink pattern everywhere. I emailed the owner and called, he said to come in and we’ll discuss it. I thought in good faith he would correct his error and we all go about our ways. He was very condescending to my fabricator and I. He HID the original slab that I chose. Ironically it had been there for months, but when I came a few days later it was “gone”. Very dirty move on his end. He tried to convince me that the slab never existed, but I had pictures on my phone!! After arguing back and forth for 30 min, he verbally admitted that what I received was different but that I should be happy because it’s “beautiful”. I explained it’s beautiful to him and not to me. I told him If I wanted it, I would have chosen it. I was in tears from how upset I was, but all he could talk about was his profit margin. I demanded at least a partial refund as this entire job cost me 12k, which 6k was the cost of slabs. He gave NOTHING. I emailed him several times after our meeting to come to a settlement and my fabricator called him many times. He never replied. He’s a COWARD. A CORRUPT MONEY HUNGRY DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNER. His customer service is horrible and he does not care about client satisfaction. Once he gets his money, nothing else matters. You leave me no choice Mr. Ameya Patki, but I’ll see you in court. You can’t mess with peoples money and their savings of years!!There was a post earlier calling this guy corrupt, but I did not give it much thought. He is in fact corrupt and I wish I had listened to that review!*no one sent threatening emails.**** this guy is continuing to lie so he doesn’t look like a fraud.

Terra Nova just completed a job on my kitchen. I am so happy and pleased with them and the finished product. Everyone made the process so easy, from beginning to end.

These guys are fantastic. The owner and workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner followed through in the entire project. The granite counters were done in 5 stars standard. Their price is also very competitive. Well, I did my research.

After searching many places in Tampa for the perfect slab for my kitchen I am so glad I found Terra Nova. I called and was greeted by Lydia who was very nice and helpful and knew her stuff! She promptly showed me the options once I arrived and I was able to select the slab I wanted. Highly recommend as they have high quality slabs and very reasonable prices!!

I just had my kitchen remodeled. I went to 4 different granite warehouses to find the right slabs for my kitchen. The best price by far was Terra Nova granite. I would say hands down the best quality as well. Many places in the area want to sell you less quality at a more expensive price. Do your homework and shop around. When you do...see these guys! You will be happy that you did.

Amazing staff and selection! This wasnt my first stop in search of granite however I wish it was so I didnt waste my time at the other warehouses. Friendly and helpful staff found me exactly what we were looking for. Thank you again!

Terra Nova Stone – Ameya Pakti – Be careful with this guy. He seems like a nice person and gets you to post positive reviews in the beginning but he is not loyal to his customers. Make sure and get specifications up front in writing because it is hard to get him to provide this. He does business with crooked companies like Alcides Pardos owner of APH Stone Solutions. When asked for help because he had not been paid by the fabricator – he refused to assist and said he did not want to get in the middle. This was a very disheartening and hurtful experience. If he is honest and truthful, he would be loyal to his customers not the crooks he does business with. Caution!

Lydia was a joy to deal with and has an amazing knowledge of granite, marble, quartzite and all other materials. I highly recommend visiting them and using Scott from Athena marble and granite to fabricate and install.

Extremely greteful to Mr. Ameya and staff! Ive had a pretty bad experience shopping for a granite slab for my new kitchen remodel. Not many places carried the type of granite I had my heart set on and if they did it was way out of my budget or it was defective. So when I walked in to terra nova stone yesterday they were very nice and asked what I was looking for. They showed me a few different options but I particularly wanted white ice granite. I found exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price. They install at the end of the week and cant wait to have the kitchen of my dreams. Thank u so much Mr.Ameya and staff.
