From our initial visit to picking up our ICON electric vehicle, the service and hospitality was top-notch! They held our ICON for 13 weeks LONGER than originally asked due to a delay repairing our fifth wheel. Then, we arrived with a trailer that was too short but the whole team came out to get it positioned securely and safely so we could take our new vehicle home! Love the ICON, love this team. Stop and buy - you wont regret it!

Im a New Yorker!Made the move to Florida!Which was a great move...Of course you can not live in Florida& not own a golf cart!!On my search I visited one place & they were to stuffy & uptight for my liking and where selling golf carts at a high price!With their prices I could have purchased a boat!Went to another place and they where just trying to sell you whatever they had on the lot!Just to make a sale..Finally I entered Bayside Custom Golf Cartsand I automatically knew that I wanted to purchase a golf cart without hesitation!!Dena was so nice & patient with me trying to make the right color decision and before I knew it I had my golf cart!! & one thing is for sure my Corgi enjoys it more than I do...

Horrible experience with this place, unprofessional, it smelled like marijuana. I felt like i was in the streets of New York.A gentleman name Tito Rodriguez was rude and disrespectful, he ignored me and was condescending,i dont usually write reviews but this was just awfulI recommend going somewhere else.

We spent a lot of time visiting businesses that sold golf carts. Our journey brought us to Bayside Custom Carts in Brandon. Dena and Pete were very courteous and professional. They were a wealth of knowledge about Icon carts. They were eager to ensure we received the Icon Cart with all of the seat colors and accessories that we selected. We knew it was a long wait for the cart but Dena kept us advised as to any updates in our delivery. Billy delivered our golf cart and explained the entire operation of the cart. He also made certain all of our questions were answered before his departure. I can not say enough about Bayside Custom Carts customer service, as it is an incredible business. Dena, Pete and Billy are wonderful and honest people.

We just bought a new Icon golf cart. Everyone was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable to deal with. Of course, the price was great also. Bayside Custom Carts is awesome. Dena, Jesse, and the rest of the people at Bayside are extremely helpful, yet not at all pushy. They provide invaluable knowledge as to what aftermarket accessories and/or parts will fit my specific cart. Further, their customer service is phenomenal. A friend of mine and I wanted some work done on our carts. Bayside not only performed the work at a very fair price, the work was done at our location in St. Petersburg for a nominal additional trip charge. On top of it all, the work was performed the same day I inquired about it. We will continue to use Bayside for our cart-related needs.

Great Store. FANTASTIC Customer Service. I called ahead and spoke with Dena - confirmed stock and pricing. When I arrived the phone was ringing off the hook and everyone was busy with customers. They still greeted me and let me know I was next. John helped load my purchases and Dena had me rung up and out the door in less than 30 minutes. EXCELLENT experience. They definitely take care of their customers.

Very friendly and helpful

We walked in and were met by Dena, who let us test drive all variations of golf carts. I was blown away by the difference and ultimately decided on the Icon. It was perfect for our families needs! Then, Dena introduces us to her husband, Pete, who gave us a backstage tour on how everything works around their awesome shop. Turns out, we have mutual friends and live in the same neighborhood, yet we have never met. I expected it to go like a car dealership, where you spend half a day there and meet three different finance people. Nope...we finished financing in less than 15 minutes. WOW! I could have stayed here all day and hung out with them both. What a great experience...Thank you!!

We have had a bad experience so far. We paid a deposit for a cart that they said would be delivered between Thursday and Friday with Friday being the latest. Friday came around and by 4:30 pm no cart and no calls. So we reached out and found out it was delayed and would be delivered Saturday “YES WE HAD TO REACH OUT”. Saturday came and guess what. . STILL NO CART. No calls no emails. Nothing. So we are out of a deposit and no cart. Very disappointing, with no communication. Would not recommend this company.UPDATE: they still never resolved the issue. By far the worst company to buy from. They will take your deposit and not communicate.

Stopped in with a cart I bought off Facebook market place and Pete and his wife were so awesome to work with helping me get my cart going. He had the best deal on batteries and helped me install them and I had it flying thru his back parking lot in a matter of minutes. Genuine family owned business! These guys are awesome!They delivered it to my house and then after I moved, they picked it up and delivered it to my new house while getting it registered to be street legal at the same time.Not to mention my new house was three hours away. And the first drop off was an hour drive for them each way.The cart is a beast and it is everything that I was hoping for.
