I purchased a Tiffany Soleste Oval Halo Engagement Ring with a Diamond Platinum Band as well as a Tiffany Soleste V Wedding Band. The customer service in the store was amazing, especially for someone like me who has never spent that much on jewelry or diamonds before. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process with ease. Most importantly, my now wife loves both. I plan to got back and get another Soleste V wedding band for our one year anniversary.
Hope has provided excellent customer service as well as the store director. Hope helped me surprise my wife with an anniversary ring. I had bought a 6.5 size ring, then I realized my wife is a 5.5 size, so, Hope exchanged it to a 5.5. I gave my wife the ring on our anniversary (Tuesday) and then on Sunday I planned with Hope to have more of a selection and they would allow an exchange even if we chose a smaller ct. ring. This way I can actually see the new ring in her hand and with her 2.25 ct. engagement ring to see which one looks better. We came Sunday and they had the room was ready for us, as usual, we had champagne and I ended up getting a more unique piece, which has 5 diamonds totalling 1.5 ct. and there were only 6 of these rings in inventory worldwide, but Hope had it ready for us :)Very happy to visit Tiffanys, its always a pleasant experience.

After getting locked out for private party at my usual Tiffanys in Orlando, the Tampa store was more than accommodating to stay open late so I could pick up a gift for my daughters graduation. After spending as much as I have in the Orlando store, I will no longer go there. Thank you Tampa for saving the day. Ill be back!
Irene there was just a lifesaver shes overnighting my wifes birthday present. Tiffanys is the classiest store in town with the classiest people yet they treated me like a king in shorts in tennis shoes. We went in there last year and it was the same incredible experience. The Paloma Picasso jewelry is amazing and not out of the reach of normal people price wise. I just bought a Picasso at Tiffanys and its money well spent. Thank you for being such fantastic people!

When we walked inside me and my boyfriend both received the same look from the worker as if we aren’t good enough for Tiffany. We purchased a heart bracelet and watched her put it in a little pouch and told us she will have it shipped out today (we asked to ship to to an address) once we received it in the mail and opened it, we noticed the same bracelets heart charm was missing. It was nowhere to be found. So horrible! I don’t understand how this could physically happen. I expected way more.

Ive purchased wedding bands, childrens gifts and an engagement ring from Sarah at this Tiffanys location and I can not say enough about her. Her patience, understanding and intuition have been a huge help but she didnt just stop there: Sarah checked on my wife and I when the pandemic hit, helped me pick out my 1 year anniversary gift over the phone and explaining to me in great detail each item we discussed. Sarah didnt just help me pick out the ring that guaranteed a yes, she made me feel excited and confident that played out in the gift giving! Thank you, Sarah!
Prior to my visit at the Tampa International location, I called and spoke with a representative about an item I wanted to purchase( the item was in stock). I also checked online prior to my arrival to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman who referred me to a lady standing at the counter, I walked over and told her what it was that I wanted and without hesitation she told me it wasn’t available. I immediately was angry because she didn’t even look to see, she went off her own opinion. After a few minutes of minor banter she looked up the item on her iPad and guess what ??? The item was very much at that location and also very available! She was quick to say she had never seen this item before. She checked me out not even asking if I’d like to look around. This was my first in store experience at Tiffany’s- I wasn’t impressed. I felt like after the transaction I was expected to leave immediately; instead I chose to browse around and felt like I had a monkey on my back. I will return to Tiffany’s but maybe another location or will ask for a different assistant.

Amazing! I had purchased a necklace from Tiffany co online but unfortunately noticed some minor scratches on it when it was delivered to me. I took it immediately to Tiffany and co to be look at. I spoke with Tracy and she was very polite and sympathetic to my feelings. Its not just a necklace it was a necklace made from love that I have wanted since I was 15. She is outstanding and took great care in making it look the way I remembered it. Got it back in the most perfect condotion. Thank you all for being able to make my dream come !!! Bought a diamond for my GF in December 2019. Still, after many calls and emails, I have not received the report on the gem. Thousands of dollars for a relatively small diamond and no evidence I even got a real diamond. Shame on Tiffany for lack of customer service to what is supposed to be a high end clientele.
Great experience here! Although I was dressed in gym clothes, I was treated really well. I dropped off some jewelry for cleaning and check up. When I came back the next day, I purchases a clutch and a necklace. I was really happy with the experience. Im definitely going to get another one of those clutches one of these days!

I bought my fiances engagement ring here about a year and a half ago. From the very beginning I got the best treatment and customer service from Hope. She has been there the whole way, helping me with selecting the engagement ring to inviting us back to try on and select the wedding rings. Even for a guy like me who is not buying there top dollar stuff, I got treated like a valued customer. I purchased the wedding rings this past weekend and couldnt be more pleased with my entire experience at Tiffany and Co.
I see all these other reviews, I am one to give the benefit of the doubt and I am glad I did although Im saddened that other people had negative experiences however mine was great! I walked in and I was immediately greeted with a smile and treated with the upmost respect. The representative immediately addressed my concerns and directed me to where I could get more assistance for what I needed. I was very pleased both representatives who helped me as they provided phenomenal service and I left with a even bigger smile on my face I was quite pleased with my visit and I will be going again. This will be where I will continue to take my Tiffany jewelry for any repairs should they need them in the future.

Had the worst experience! My boyfriend took our son and myself shopping to look at a few engagement rings . We were very excited to go into Tiffany’s. Once we got there a gentleman directed us to their engagement rings where a lady with short dark hair and glasses came to assist us. She was extremely unprofessional and very rude. She was on her phone while we were looking and trying to talk, didn’t offer to show us any rings, and acted as if we didn’t deserve to be in there . Almost as if we didn’t have the money to be ring shopping in there . To me, our money is as good as anyone else’s. There were two rings I would have loved to try on but since the service was very unwelcoming we left and started looking elsewhere. We were very disappointed.

My husband wanted me to get myself a valentines day gift since he was not going to be home. I had a certain item I wanted to look at that I found online. The item was not priced so I went in today to inquire about it. To my surprise I was not assisted by anyone. The only person who greeted me was the security guard at the entrance. There were a few people being helped so at first I did not think anything of it. Then a lady walked up behind me. She had a small Tiffanys bag in her hand. The sales associate helped her right away. I did not look any different than any other customer in the store. I was so disappointed with their customer service. I have walked into many Tiffanys stores and have never been ignored. If an associate was busy with another customer they would always say please look around we will be with you in a moment. I was planning on making a purchase today (a big purchase).

WOW! Amazing Customer service. A Friend and I had lunch in Clearwater and decided to go to the Mall after and do some shopping. I appreciate fine Jewelry and we stopped in at Tiffany & Co to browse. Brennan our Sales Associate was Attentive, Personable, Knowledgeable... Offered us a beverage... And was right there when I wanted to see an item on display. Its so refreshing to see that Customer Service still exists. As ive mentioned, I appreciate fine Jewelry and ive spent more on one item of Jewelry than I have on a vehicle...a luxury Vehicle at that. My Friend and I were both dressed down that day as we were not planning on going to the Mall. She got her hair done with snap in extensions at a Kiosk because how she looked lol. So to not be judged how we were dressed/looked was/is refreshing. And Brennan followed up very quickly with information regarding a designer piece I had questions about. His Customer Service is OUTSTANDING and hes an asset to Tiffany & Co. I know this as I am a Business Owner and Employees like Brennan are difficult to come by. When I get a little more time I will be sending a Letter to Tiffany & Cos Corporate office to let the Executive branch know how AMAZING their Employee/Store is. Classy move, Mom. That was the response I got from my daughter after she opened her gift from Tiffany. But there is so much more to the story than that.I received such outstanding service from this Tiffany & Co. that I wish I could give them 10 STARS! I called T&CO in Tampa with a very special request to help me make a little Tiffany Magic and they far exceeded my expectations. I called last minute of course. The same day as my daughters last minute bridal shower in Tampa. I live all the way in Connecticut and asked if there was any way they might be able to ring up a gift for me and have it delivered to the shower, which was being held at a local restaurant. The Sales Associate, Anna, asked if she could have a few minutes to speak with her Store Director and call me back. She called back in less than 10 minutes and let me excitedly know that they absolutely could make it happen. Anna said I could make my purchase over the phone, and that the Store Director was planning to send Daniel from Tiffany Security to personally escort the gift to the restaurant and hand it to my daughter. I was delighted! When it was delivered, I had the extra-special experience of my daughter calling me on Facetime to open the gift in front of me while everyone at the table ooohd and ahhhhd over that magical Tiffany Blue Box and the treasures inside. My belief is that every bride should get a Tiffany Blue Box, and Anna and the team at Tiffany in Tampa made sure I was able to make my long-standing tradition live on for my daughter. My small purchase of a silver Tiffany Blue Infinity Bracelet and a Color Block Vide Poche will not be the biggest sale they make this month. But they recognized an opportunity to make something special happen and they truly jumped on it.What I did not tell Anna or anyone else at Tiffany was that I am not only a long-distance Mom, but I am a Retail District Manager. So, it is my JOB to create WOW moments for our clients that go outside the boundaries of typical job duties and really create a special experience. And it is also to recognize those moments when someone on my staff makes it happen. Anna & Tiffany Tampa sure did create a WOW moment for me and my daughter. The workers in this store are VERY RACIST! I had every intention of purchasing two bracelets, but instead of the salesman assisting me, he just followed my boyfriend and I around the store. It was so sickening. I was pissed. The blatant racism. SMH. I guess as African Americans we can only be poor and thieves.

Very Rude! Walked in and gave me dirty looks like why was I was in there. They were judging me by my appearance and two of the workers in the front were whispering about me. Never will go back. Very snotty workers! Never even asked if I needed help with anything. I walked out as soon as I realized that they were staring me down and giving me dirty looks.

While I had a feeling I would be ignored because I look very young, I was surprised to be greeted and treated like a normal person, Because of that I ended up buying everyone in my family Tiffany for christmas.

I always deal with Sal. I show up in ragged out clothes on purpose because I like to see all the employees scatter but not Sal. I dont buy from Tiffany I buy from Sal.
