My appointment was a week out, thats the only negative here. They gave me an accurate quote when I called for an appointment. Nate showed up on time when they said they would get here. The job was knocked out quickly and professionally and no attempt at upselling me on things I didnt need like the last garage door place (precision). It was even cheaper than I thought to replace my Wayne Dalton torquemaster springs.. Highly recommended!! Thanks again Nate!

I had a great experience this company. Chad came out and was very knowledgeable about the best garage door opener to meet my needs. He installed a lift master and it is super quiet. The install was quick and painless. He even educated me in some components of my garage door. I highly recommended this company

D&D was amazing! I couldn’t speak more highly of them! We came home late last night to a broken garage door, it wouldn’t open and my car was trapped inside! I couldn’t even open it manually because the spring was broken! First time I called they said the soonest appt was Wednesday. I called back and begged if there was anyway to get in sooner because I have a baby at home and I was so worried about being stuck if there were some kind of emergency. Rebecca was so sweet and considerate of my concerns and she managed to squeeze me in same day! Chad showed up for our job and was so friendly. He explained everything to me because I knew nothing about garage doors before this. He fixed our door so fast and for way less than I had anticipated. 10/10 would use D&D again and thank you for relieving my stress!

D&D has done a fantastic job installing a brand new Garage Door in our house. They also took care of all the city paperwork and permit. Amber was very courteous and helpful, checking up on me along the way to find out if everything was going smoothly.

I called D&D on Monday when my garage door stopped working. I had an appointment for today and they called and asked if they could come early. Garry arrived and took care of the issue for me and was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend D&D!!

Terrible. Been waiting and waiting to hear back from the sales guy Jeff since last Monday afternoon... when I sent an email and called his cell number to get something scheduled for a full replacement... still no call back, not even an email. I decided to take my business to a professional place that actually cares about their customers. Thanks for nothing. Precision gladly came out and finished the job D and D could apparently not even start after giving me a quote. What a joke of a company.

Dont waste your time working with this company. The warranty and service is straight up terrible! The two stars are specifically due to the professionalism of the technician Jayson. The customer service representative Angela, did not ask the questions she should have asked prior to setting up my appointment so when the tech showed up, and spent 2 minutes to figure out what was going on, they wanted to charge me $90. NO, this fee was not disclosed prior to arranging the appointment and I gave the rep all the information she needed to properly advise and inform me of any costs associated with the service. I told the tech I was not going to pay, he called the rep, she spoke to her boss and they still wanted to charge me even after she admitted to not doing her job. Long story short, the boss advised the tech to undue what he did to fix the door and leave. I dont blame Jayson AT ALL. He was courteous and professional. As Jayson was leaving I guess the boss had a change of heart and told him he could fix it. By this point I knew what to do and it was not necessary. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and definitely will not use them for any future garage door needs.

Hurricane Irma is hours away, why am I wring a review of this company! I feel they have endangered my family with the poor install they did.Our house was just built, on our walk through I noticed that even with the weather stripping there was light around both doors. I thought the builder installed the weatherstripping incorrectly and since they took so long with our house we decided to fix it ourselves later. Fast forward to today, the winds started picking up 5 maybe 10 MPH and I happened to be in the garage looking for candles. The light wind was causing the door to shake back and forth and the area where light was coming through was letting even more light in on each gust. After inspecting the door many of the screws holding the rollers were only part way in. and none was tight. The rollers can be mounted in one of several holes and they were placed in the holes that held the door away from the seal and the wall. This allowed the wind to enter the garage at will and since my attic access is in the garage the wind heads straight for the roof. I spent the morning removing and reinstalling the rollers to prevent the door from moving and sealing correctly against the wall. I also found that they loosened the bolts that held the 2x6 in place at the edge of the walls to install the door and did not tighten them back.. Time will tell what Irma has in store for us but Im glad I caught this now.

D&D just saved the day! A warehouse door at my company broke, and this was keeping us from doing business. They were able to come out same-day and fix the door for a very fair price. I happened to call 2 other supposedly-commercial door companies. Neither could come out and help, but D&D sure did do a great job. THANK YOU!

My first contact with D&D was the advertisement in the Sun City Center Directory. I called the phone number to make an appointment which was five days later due to a holiday weekend. I was told Luis would be the representative coming to myhouse to replacer the rubber on the bottom of my garage door that was too short. The morning of the appointment Luis was running late and called to let me know. When he arrived he told me what he had to do and gave me a reasonable estimate. Luis was clean, courteous, friendly and efficient. After completing his work he cleaned his work area thoroughly. I was totally pleased with the results.

This company is irresponsible, the customer service in the commercial department does not work, they gave me an appointment and they never arrived. I asked for some fixes since the beginning of the installation, they never answered my complaints and the year of the guarantee went by without resolving anything and then they wanted to charge me $ 199 for the first hour. Not recommended at all.

Lowest price I could find and the tech did not try to up charge me. That goes for the office also. Compare to there competitors that start to up charge you on the phone. Service was excellent! !!,

Came at the appointed time to replace a garage door opener. They were on time, and had all the things they needed to do the job. Their pricing is within range of other companies I had contaced. The attitude and honesty of the office staff is what me chose them to do the work.

Called them, scheduled for insulating my garage door. They showed up as promised, even 30 minutes early. Very friendly two installers. Did a great job, and I am super picky! Very happy, fair price, couldnt have been better.

I called about broken spring at noon and spring was repaired by 2pm. Could not ask for more. Very happy with service. Very friendly tech. Very reasonable rate. I will continue to use D & D for all future garage door repairs.

I couldnt be happier about my experience with this company! I called another local company and not only did D & D beat their price on the door, but they replaced the frame, and rewired my sensors. The other company wanted to sell me all sorts of unnecessary parts. D & D showed up on time, did an exemplary job, and left their workspace clean. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a garage door!

They have cancelled 2 appointments on me already,, I called sherri said that my wife called and changed the appointment,, my wife has been dead for 8 years now,, then she called 3 days later to tell me the installer had an emergency, would reschedule it for sat,, opps know one can make it on sat, we will be there Monday 6.30AM,, ok well see,, I would never do business with this company STAY away!Update well its 8AM monday,, still no installer or a call from D&D I guess thats just the way they do business no show on 3 scheduled appointments and wont even call, guess they figure seeing they dont work know one else has jobs either.

First of all, it took effort to get a hold of these people. However, I finally got a hold of them and they sent a sales person to my house (Jeff). He took measurements and said he would email me a quote (which he did). I replied to the email giving them the ok to proceed with the repair. However, he NEVER acknowledged my email. Well, I thought that perhaps it went into his spam folder and he simply missed it. So I called the company directly... of course, no answer. I then called Jeffs cell phone directly (again, no answer). I then left several phone messages and WAITED OVER A WEEK to hear back from them. No response whatsoever. This is ridiculous! Heres a customer ready to move forward on a $1,300 + dollar repair and they cant even get back with me. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Service with this company isn’t good. They scheduled a maintenance appointment for my garage between 2-4pm. They never called me, at 4pm I called and asked if the Tech was on his way. Then I was told 4:30p, now it’s 5pm and they are now telling me 5:30p
