I brought a jacket in to have a design embroidered on the back of it. It wasnt an inexpensive jacket so I was pretty nervous. Well, I shouldnt have been. They did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job and the turnaround time was amazing. From now on I wont be using anyone except these people. Went there for a last minute embroider for my halloween costume, day before Halloween and they were able to do the exact logo from euphoria for my maddy cheer costume. They said it would be done the next day but they called me the same day to pick it up. 10/10 would recommend! Most likely coming back💞

I took a hat here today to get something stitched on it, the customer service and process was amazing, 15 minutes and it was complete. I sent in the pic a few days ago to get digitised and the same day an hour later they said I could come in to get it done. Great everything. I highly recommend to everyone.

I love my results! I submitted our logo to get digitized last night and was called this morning to pick it up. She’s a beauty! So perfectly done. Thank you soooo much Yesim. Now off to find more things to get embroidered because this will clearly become my latest obsession!

They treat you very professionally. The selection of baseball caps is great. However, your logo must be VERY SIMPLE & not have details because then it doesnt come out as nice. If you want to embroider names, its perfect.

Good experience. The lady running the booth was helpful and they had a good selection of hats which is what I was looking for. $25 for a simple lettering. Seems like good quality too.

Tried asking the lady about a customized cap for my husband and she turned me down by saying she was on the phone, no give a second or IlI be right back with you or iIl help as soon as I finish this call she was completely rude and disrespectful, and made me feelnlike I was interrupting and not actually giv8ngher business, such a bad experience.
