We have used many times. The first and o ly printer used for tshirt screen print denim embroidery. Always friendly and I love supporting a fellow small business.Last screen print request was confirmed finished. Upon pickup we found several shirts had small logo issues and one shirt double print. I was surprised that we were not informed of the bad print on any. In addition, we returned them over a week ago and we have had no call or email from owner or anyone else. Left in limbo with employees looking below our appearance standards, and out several hundred dollars to replace on our own. Would still recommend...just check orders before you leave.
