Still having issues trying to purchase a phone.

I just went in here just to check how much it would be to upgrade my phone and get a new one obviously I know it would be full price lol. Two girls come out with full on attitude not even willing to help me I clearly said I wanted to just see the price and they immediately basically told me to go to another store cause they don’t carry iphones ?? Terrible service go the 10 mins longer down the road they actually like and do their job :)

Leo and Jose are always welcoming, courteous, patient, and helpful while giving excellent customer service in all situations. Leo is extraordinary in helping multiple customers at the same time even when all of their needs are very different. I trust their advice, and wont go anywhere else for my cell service.

Came in looking for a new phone edward m. Took care of me and was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable and great energy he even managed to entertain my little ones while he got everything together. Supper fast you rockk!!

Lois, the owner, is truly a pleasure to do business with. He is professional and courteous. He is not a pushy sales person and lets you choose according to your needs without trying to coerce you into upgrading to more phone than you need. Also the best prices for screen protectors Ive found! :-)

There was a limited selection of phones, but the representative was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us even though we arrived shortly before closing time.

Worst customer service ever! The tattooed meathead behind the counter was trying to upsell me i said no thank you...he then ripped the computer off the desk and raged out!!! He wouldnt provide me his name but i reported his store-along with 43 other individuals to the better business bureau. I had a sleeping baby in my arms as he yelled and knocked items off his desk. I have obtained and submitted footage to the sherrifs depo. He is unstable and a unpredictable. Ive never experienced this, even in the more ran down stores the ppl are nice. Take the time to drive elsewhere and boycott this store!
