My oldest son has been in search to purchase a new vehicle so my husband decided to bring us here to The Way Auto Export. He himself has been there looking for a commercial work van. My husband remembered them because of the outstanding service he received from them on his search. From the time we arrived they (son, father, and mother)were very welcoming . They was more than willing to show us a numerous amount of vehicle until my son found what he was looking for. They were very honest about each showing and gave useful advise. They even offered my whole family bottled water and ice pops because it was a very hot that day. I am happy to say my son is very happy and so are we. I dont recommend anyone to buy any of their cars, they will turn off the dashboard lights and sell you, then when you take the car away the lights come back on, so they ask you to schedule a day to take the car for them to fix, they turn it off again the lights and then hold this situation for 1 month, after 1 month they tell you that you will have to pay for the repair, (I paid and still all the problems came back) they were that I should call the bank we finance and return to the bank as they have no responsibility for this anymore!!! imagine this... car now has ( oil leak, you need to use a philips to put the shift in D and switch for P, engine light on, tires lights on, oil light on, air bag light on!!!!) when we bought it had no lights, they clean just to sell the car and after you take away they will make you hold the car for a month saying it’s easy to fix and you can keep the car because the can easily fix ... Alexandra was rude after a month, saying this is not her business anymore, even we being cool and flexible all the time.They lie saying you used the car more than 4K miles, I have proof for all said in here.Paid $200 to fix last time and after 2 hours car showed all lights again.

These guys are fantastic. I had issues with manufacturer on fulfilling a warranty for an alternator and even though I am based out of state, The Way did everything they could to make sure i was taken care of and resolved all issues with the other vendors to ensure that I got my warranty. Now my car is driving and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend, very trustworthy solid guys.

Do your research, and if you find dishonest business of any kind, please contact a lawyer!

I got a car from them back in 2015-2016 a Chevy equinox the son told me that it was his car and he just wanted to sell it because he got something new and the mom said that also they showed me and my mom the car fax but it was false i should’ve gave the car back when I took it home and found out it had an oil leak which they fixed (rigged) I tried to trade it in at a dealership 6 months later because the engine went out on it and was blown away when they told me the truck had been in 3 accidents one which had a case on it woooow I called them and the mom was so rude and disrespectful I called the BBB Better Business Bureau and reported them and I even called the news I had to call the finance company as well to report the fraud the owners of this company are liars and con artists do your research on everything better yet just stay away

These people are crooks. They have family and friends post good reviews to hide the bad. They sell vehicles with bad engines. They are being investigated by many agencies. If you read this review, Hudson bond is who backs them and we as well as another customer are filing a complaint against them. I am going to contact channel 4 news!!

Purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander. Excellent condition, love it!

Vehicle was purchased on 4/27/19 which was a Saturday. When my husband turned on the vehicle at the dealer he noticed the vibration in the truck the guy told him that he needed to change two spark plugs and once that is fixed the vibration would stop. He told him to take the truck back on Monday to have those installed. On Sunday Luis texted them cause the vibration was really bothering him, the owners wife replied back stating that they had told him already that they had to order the part and would tell him so he can take the truck on Monday for replacement. Along with the spark plugs they also needed to change the motors of the two front doors so that the windows could go up and down and lock, also he said one sensor for one of the tires that was also turning on in the truck and the driver side mirror also needed to be fixed(on 4/29/19 he told my husband to fix that on his own after he had said he would fix it) so much for having A word as he claimed. They also stated and assured that the truck had no mechanical issues and that the AC was in perfect conditions and was ice cold. Turns out it was not true within days we had to take it to a AC shop just to find out that what they had done was super charged the truck with Freon and that the Fan Clutch and the AC fan were not working it costs us $585.00. Also they assured that the oild had been changed and that the truck had new break pads and non was true, it costs us $231. We sent them pictures of the oil and the brakes that showed that they were Not new as they stated. We also have logs of all the phone calls he has made to them and all the msgs that he has sent to them about trying to address these issues but they never answered they just ignored him, we have pictures, recordings, receipts everything to document this case. Because they now want to denie all of this thank God we have evidence of this. Their word is Not good, they refused to give us things in writting. They are not trust worthy. They want my husband to pay $16,000 for a truck that needs a new motor and I have 2 Certfied mechanics and the Dodge Dealer Mechanic shop that will back us up on the findings. They bought the truck at Lakeland Dodge they new about the issues it had.Time line:-purchased on 4/27/19-4/29/19 he went in and they changed two spark plugs one of them was for Cylinder 5 the one that is not working.-5/6/19 he went back again to have the doors fixed because they ordered the parts on 4/29/19 when they realized the motors were bad. He also gave him the sensor and told him to have it installed somewhere else so Luis paid $100 to install. But in the dodge report says there are three sensors not working so that would be another 300 dollars.- Multiple Text msgs sent: to address vibration, ac, sensor, doors4/28/19, 5/3/19, 5/5/19, 5/6/19, 5/10/19, 5/16/19- phone calls made to them on: vibration, ac, sensor, doors5/6/19 - husband, 5/6/19 - husband, 5/6/19 - husband, 5/16/19 - wife,5/16/19 - wife, 5/16/19 - husband, 5/16/19 - wife, 5/16/19 - wife-Money put in to truck by us:- new brake pads: $111 bought at advance auto parts- Break plus install: $60- 1st AC checkup: $50- 2nd AC checkup and to fix the AC the fan clutch and Ac fan had to be changed: $585- tinted windows: $120- oil change: $60- checkup at Dodge Ram Dealer: $151- had two other shops check it out all came to same conclusing 5th Cylinder is bad, truck needs new motor or return my money.I give 0 Stars unfortunatley I have to give at least 1 star in order to post. Buying a car is expensive and it worse when people rob you and dont care.The truck we bought is the Dodge with the black tripe in front. The Ford next to it also has issues fyi.

If I could do this review without stars I would, please do not buy cars at this dealership, the only thing to do is buy cars at auctions as they are making a patch and also sell them. From my own experience I bought a car and the car is in total loss vehicle and they sell it to you as if the car had a clean title and as if the car was new. It makes me sad as the same Hispanic people abuse their own level and that for earning two pesos they do not care about the lives of others, such as selling you a car that is a danger to walk on the street reviewed by all the workshops and by even have the dealers. It is shameless what is in that place that in order to sell you the car they say wonders and that you go out to the corner something happens to you having some other relative also with you and that they do not care about the lives of others for earning 2 pesos and likewise they sell you tea. By law, dealers must give you to sign the Carfax of each car so that you are aware of the history of the car you are going to buy and they do not give it to you. They are irresponsible because of my experience I say that they do not buy in this place, it is a pity that they do this for money, but for so many demands that they have they are already going bankrupt, because what they do is not done to anyone, however needy they may be. be a person.
