BUYER BEWARE!!!! The delivery person dropped off an arrangement in sympathy of the death of my father and left it in hot sun. No one called to tell me it was there. I came home from work to find the arrangement dead. I called to complain and found out that it had been dropped off at 11:30 am (so it sat in the hot sun for 5 1/2 hours). The manager did not care that my arrangement was dead and did not offer to provide a replacement but rather she just told me to call 1-800-Flowers. However, 1-800-Flowers did not even have a record of my order.

Instead of beautiful roses that were ordered I received 5 not fresh roses and all other cheap flowers. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address as well. Very disappointing.

Got a birthday balloon that says Birthdays bite. That is not a nice birthday surprise. The person who sent it to me said they had no choice in the balloon. Its whatever the company wants to put. Honestly, take this out of the rotation.. it is not a fun birthday balloon. Also the flowers were wilted and not the ones the person who sent them to me ordered.

The Gift Factory of Tampa is the best florest my wife and I ever had for great service. I would and will recommend the Gift Factory for any floral needs. They are professional and extremely talented and nice people who are doing an excellent job of getting the best job we ever had. 5 Stars. 👍

What an amazing experience!I needed a florist close to my girlfriends office, and this fit the bill. Their prices and selection seemed very good. The online ordering process via web on my mobile device could not have been more simple. At the end of the process they informed me that the florist would be calling to confirm some credit card info, which they did within two minutes. The flowers that were delivered were surprisingly beautiful, considering the great price. Will use them again!

I placed an order online for a congratulations bouquet, with a margarita glass as the vase, as well as, two balloons. I received a call, stating they didnt have the vase, but had a few for me to choose from. She sent the pictures of the other options via text, and I chose a nice alternative. I requested a picture of the flowers when she was done. The picture wasnt great, and showed one balloon, which said, I love you. Since this was for my fiancé, the balloon wasnt a big deal, but I asked if the other balloon would say congratulations. I did not get a response. When my fiancé arrived home, I saw the other balloon said, I like you, and the bouquet didnt have the flowers shown in the picture either. The card was supposed to be a congratulations card, but was only a plain white card, stating what I wrote.I have never been more disappointed in a flower order, and for the amount I was charged, the arrangement should have been MUCH nicer. After seeing some recent feedback, I will avoid using them in the future.

Delivered very late and they didnt even knock ton alert us. 3 days and they were all dead and dying.

My husband placed an order online for them to be delivered on 2/14 seeing as how we are in two different states. They didn’t arrive. It was supposed to be a surprise. So I called the next day after them taking 10 mins to find my order. Apologized and offered a free upgrade with balloons as well. The arrangement my husband bought was what I like. When it was delivered nearly 4 hours after I spoke with someone def wasn’t an upgrade. It’s like they threw it together. The roses weren’t even pink and the vase was purple. And some of the flowers were already wilting. Unexceptionable! Nothing went together. He was very upset when I sent him Pics and I was too. Not only did they ruin my Valentine’s Day but they had my hopes up for something better and it was worse. We will never do business here again! Think twice before trying to support local vs larger business brands. At least with them you know what you order is what you’ll get if not better!

On December 23 about 9pm I went outside to turn off the Christmas lights and I literally tripped over a basket.. However, it was NOT addressed to us. I thought how odd as the card said from your west coast family,(our family is in California). I waited to see if the correct basket would be sent to us. I tried calling for DAYS the voicemail was full! Finally I contacted the name on the address card and explained that I thought I had her basket. We were 8 miles apart I delivered the basket to the rightful owner. I have never received my basket. I believe I have one coming because why would someone leave a basket at an address in Odessa when it was 8 miles away from Tampa. Terrible way to run a business.Shame on them.

Beautiful arrangements, I ordered a dozen of roses and a designers choice and both arrangements were beautiful. Their prices are really good and excellent customer service. I will make you my go to florist from now on. Thank you so much!They also offer me 10% military discount!!!

I was surprised to see their current rating.I dont think they even knocked on my door when they attempted to deliver flowers. I was literally 15 feet away inside, so if they did it must have been a quiet; tap and run.I ALWAYS have $10 by the door for a delivery tip, so at least I kept that.However, I wish people would slow down, and think about what they are getting paid to do. Our front door so obviously opens outward.They placed the glass vase on the ground, behind it.And what do you think happened when I opened the door 3 hours later?THEY SMASHED, WILTED - AND USELESS. :(UPDATE BASED ON THEIR RESPONSE:I never said the $10 was ON the door.I am kind and traditional and always have a tip nearby for delivery people.Other than that - no rectification has been made, only excuses.Can I remove the 1 star?!

My family ordered me a Birthday flower arrangement from FromYouFlowers and they ended up coming from here and they were not what my family had ordered. We have been trying to reach someone at The Gift Factory but weve had no success and no one has called us back, even after leaving several messages. Not very professional at all!!!

They did my wedding and it was beautiful the flowers were amazing. Excellent customer service, beautiful work, best prices in town. I will be using you for all my events. Highly recommended

I give this company negative stars for the absolute worst service I have ever received from a florist. I ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement from FTD who works with local florists like this one, and this florist delivered a small FUNERAL arrangement. The order was to be delivered by noon the day before Thanksgiving. The funeral flowers that I did NOT order came to my doorstep at 8pm. I called the owner from the delivery persons phone and he promised to deliver the correct arrangement the following morning so that we would have the correct arrangement that we ordered for our Thanksgiving dinner centerpiece. They NEVER SHOWED UP and we couldnt get a hold of them. Those of you that received a response from the owner who told you to call him, dont bother because they never answer their phone. Do not order from this fly-by-night wannabe company that has zero customer service or customer value.

This company delivered almost DEAD flowers for my birthday. When I tried to get ahold of them to ask for a live arrangement since most of the flowers were wilted and some brown, they never answered their phone. I called for several days. You cant even leave a message. Do not order anything from them for anyone that you care about because they will be grossly disappointed, as I was for my birthday.
