NEVER use this company! We paid over $8,000.00 for a custom front door that was improperly installed and they have been promising for over a year to correct it and have never come back despite many attempts to contact.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Terrible experience with terrible quality. They were supposed to stain my door and didn’t, cost an extra $500 to have it done above the credit they offer. The hole for the lock and dead bolt did line up and had to be fixed. The panels were a different wood that the rest of the door. The window sealant was way over used and oozing out in big clumps. I could go on and on, with how they were late on delivery, ignored me when I reached to resolve these issues, etc.. but if you read the other reviews on other sites this is common theme. I should have done my homework, please don’t make the mistake I did, you will be sorry.
