She helped my (now) husband find the perfect diamond and band for my engagement ring and was so patient in explaining everything to him throughout the process in picking out the perfect ring for me. Me and my boyfriend Went in today to get sized for rings and try on styles we liked. When we asked to get sized the employee who helped us kept pushing us off and saying we could get sized with no issues when we purchase a ring. We asked multiple times to get sized but didn’t get sized. I also asked if we could purchase a wedding band set together and he said that wasn’t an option but didn’t give us other options that did come as sets. As young adults who don’t have a clue about these things it would have been appreciated if he took the time to explain everything to us. When my BF asked to try on his rings He also mentioned that if we didn’t purchase this month/year that all the rings would be different anyways so there’s basically be no point to try them on. Just basically lost business from us. Not very pleasant.

Five Stars because, She said Yes and loves the ring. But, we didnt like the resizing finished product. The ring is white gold and yellow parts can be seen where the inside was worked on to get it to the proper size.

I had a very disappointing experience in pruchasing a diamond and trusting them with a ring from my Mother - I left it with them to be resized and reshanked.The ring I picked up a week later was not the same ring I left with them - they just happened to have hired an off duty deputy sheriff to be there on the Saturday I picked the ring up. I brought this to the owners attention and he assured me that all repairs were video taped yet no video was ever produced. Loosing my Moms ring that I admired all my life pains my heart to this day.

I bought my 5 yr old daughter a pair of diamond earrings for Christmas to replace her first pair of diamond earrings she had out grown. She lost one of the in March. I went back to replace it and much to my surprise, Stephanie got her manager Michael involved. He offered to replace it for free. I was blown away and very grateful. As a compromise I went up another size and they gave me my full purchase price of the lost pair towards new ones. In addition, their jeweler put screw backs on and a second screw on cap on the new ones. She couldnt loose them if she tried.. I will never purchase from another jeweler. Thank you IDC.. My second review of International Diamond Center. Another 5 star review. While working with the salesman Gregg making sure everthing was right. The diamond ring had to be resized. We made an appointment and the jewler, Van, was out of the same mold as Greg. He was knowledgeable, personable, he also wanted make sure everything was right. We will continue doing business with International Diamond Center.

Highly disappointed in the quality and performance of my engagement ring. This is the third issue with my ring in under 6 months of even having this ring. First the falling out of diamonds. Now, one of the prongs holding the center Diamond is broken. I am wondering if this is a fake ring/made of cheap materials and sold to me at a higher price than what it is actually worth. I am worried now about my center Diamond falling out. I can’t even wear my ring. Even if it gets fixed, I’m worried now that another issue with it will just pop up. I’m highly disappointed in this whole situation. I’m not giving it 1/ 5 since the second time an accent Diamond fell out, the manager personally took care of it, which I appreciated that.

My last experience at IDC was great 5 years ago, this visit just confirms their great customer service and quality and we will continue to come here for our needs.

My boyfriend and I stopped into IDC this afternoon to look at engagement rings and it was a great experience. Tammy assisted us and she was knowledgeable and patient she took the time to explain everything to us. I showed her the ring that I tried on at another store and she was able to show me similar styles and several loose diamonds to compare at the price point we are looking to stay in. I’m still torn between the ring at the other store and the one I liked the most at the IDC but if it came to customer service I would choose Tammy over the competitor.

Katelyn and the rest of the team at IDC took care of all of the details (shine, sparkle, setting, and even shipping) and allowed our proposal to focus on the commitment we are making to each other.

They told me to come out Friday November 20th because they were having a sale. Come to find out they lied. I drive an hour out there and they tell me that their sale is giving me financing. I said why dont need financing so what can you do for me? They just looked at each other with a very confused look. I wasted a good part of my day with them and like most people my time is very valuable. If you want a good deal go to Jareds and dont waste your time with these people.

Went in on a Saturday to get a ring resized I had purchased from IDC online, I was told it would be ready that coming tuesday. I came in on Wednesday to pick it up but was told it wasnt ready and wouldnt even be looked at until that friday, mean while the sales people were drinking alcohol talking amongst themselves while a small dog was roaming around freely in the store. They explained that they would call when its ready and could not explain why I was told it would be ready before. I ended up calling them that Saturday and guess what..it was ready! No call no nothing, last time Ill be going there.Drinking was on Wednesday night, December 16th. You can see the dog running around the store as well as the lady in blue drinking an alcoholic beverage from a small glass, she offers her male coworker a drink and proceeds to the back to get it, i heard the conversation and i saw it with my own eyes. Time was around 5:30-6:00pm

Most places I have gone to try to push you to buy the first ring you see or get the item they are specifically trying to get rid of, but not here.I received very attentive service every time I go there and I continue to go back because of the great service. I bought engagement, wedding rings, and gifts here. Every time, I feel like I learn a little more about jewelry.The financing options here are incredible for those who qualify as well.

Whereas, Ackerman was friendly in the store and then bad mouthed us to their vendor.I appreciate the professionalism and straight conversation with Fortunato.

After some thought. The store was nice. Lots of bling. The lady that waited on us was nice and then she found out we had a gift certificate we won from 98 Rock. As I was looking about she said You have 500 free dollars and you cant find anything you like? I found that to be rude. I chose a pretty topaz necklace and earring set over the $500. Then price comparison shopped and found the set I bought to be over priced. Glad I wasnt spending MY money. Wont return. My advice... shop around just because they have an important sounding name doesnt mean you are getting what you pay for

We had an issue with the oval diamond in my $7,000.00 engagement ring, purchased from the Clearwater location. They were not able to resolve the issue without charging me another $1100.00 on the total $10,000.00 engagement and wedding ring we purchased. I went to the Carollwood Fl location where the manager Kathy went out of her way to help me resolve the issue, even though we got the ring from one of their other locations. She had to track down the correct diamond, from out of state, with an entire color and clarity upgrade, at no cost to me. She righted a wrong, with no bait and switch sales pitch. Thank you Kathy. Initially, my husband and I enjoyed our experience here when purchasing a new ring for me for our 22nd anniversary. However, we have had nothing but problems since. The set we bought lost one of the stones FOUR times. Although they never charged for the repair (which is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1), I spend more time repairing the ring than wearing it. I dropped the ring off the second week of March for ANOTHER repair. It was sent to the manufacturer in NY. I COMPLETELY understand how everything shut down due to Covid-19. That’s not my complaint. What I’m upset about is the complete lack of communication from IDC. Never has the company reached out to me to update the status. When we call them, we are made to feel as an inconvenience and we are bothering them. Last Friday my husband was told they would update us Tuesday- we still have not heard a word. I’m beginning to think thousands of dollars have disappeared and I have now officially worn the ring less than it has been in the shop. Buyer beware!!!

We purchased 2 rings the first time we were there and are very satisfied with them. I returned to purchase items for Christmas there was a promo going on you had so many months interest free. I was told I was prequalified to go to store and finalize. I was never told after being approved it was for only 12months. I bought some items for my mother and I got a $300 gift certificate for the amount I purchased which at the time I was told it was good for 1 yr. when it was good for only 2 months. After Christmas my mother did not like the bracelet I got her so we went to return it along with the $300 gift certificate. I was told I could not return it even thought I had receipt. I would have to exchange it. My mother found earrings that she liked instead and the sales lady said she could get all of them for the same price and by the way this is the same sales person who did not disclose my financing nor my gift cet. being only good for 2months. Then she comes back and says she made a mistake my mother could not get all of them she had to pick and choose once again because she added wrong. wow really? Then she did fix the gift cert. good for 1 yr. But I am so disgusted with the sales lady and the whole you cant return anything at all. I will never do business with them again.

I have always been treated great at IDC. Every experience never fails, the employees are always welcoming and kind. This time I had Kim who was great. She offered me and my mother a beverage, a chair was bought over for my mum, everyone goes above what you would expect. She was very kind and the best part that I love is no one is ever forceful. I look forward to my next purchase.
