Unfortunately I didnt do any research, it was an impulse buy. I asked about the prices and could barely hear the young lady because she was so soft spoken and the mall was pretty empty that weekday. I decided to go ahead and get a T-shirt done just to try it. Sent them the image that I wanted on a medium T-shirt. She didnt ask how large did I want the image on the shirt and I just assumed that it would be a size to fit. Boy was I wrong, it turned out to be an 8 square in the middle of the shirt. When I told her that I thought the image was going to be larger, she just told me that it was extra for that. I told her that it was fine just so that I could leave. I paid with my credit card, she asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes, after playing with the machine, she tells me that the machine was out of paper. I am sure that the sales that day were astronomical. Now to wrap this up, the quality of the job itself, was less than poor. I read another reviewer that said that the shirt shouldnt be washed because the print would most definitely fall apart, so I just purchased a Collectors shirt because the first time that this shirt gets washed, it will become a rag. NEVER AGAIN

A great store with patient employees. Emma helped me print exactly what I needed and corrected the colors and size without distorting the image I brought, and was extremely kind and made sure I left happy. I will definitely be coming again. Thank you so much!

The people there were great this isnt a complaint about service. But the tshirt quality is THE ABSOLUTE WORST tshirt quality ive ever worn. They quite literally iron a piece of paper onto a shirt with a wax finish. God forbid you wash this shirt ONCE, it becomes ruined. Not to mention that the actual shirt becomes gritty and itchy in texture. -3/10. Absolutely would NOT under any circumstances recommend. Especially not for its price. Im more disappointed than a mother whos kid just got straight Fs.

Great experience! A lot of different styles of fonts,colors,sizes! They made our shirts awesome! Also very fast ! Definitely will be back!

I called and spoke to someone (who sounded like I was wasting his time) and asked if they’ll be open this weekend. I asked if they did custom design and he said yes. He said they’re open mall hours and we hung up. I showed up to the mall and no one was there. After waiting for some time (hopping maybe the employee just ran to the restroom or something) I called the phone number again but no answer. I asked the next kiosk over from them and they said that no one had been at TShirt Station all weekend (it’s now Sunday evening). Not expecting them to stay in business long. I’ll be going through someone online who’s more dependable.

Great service they where really helpful and profitional, decent prices for the work they do. I would recommend getting all the custom shirts from there

Nope, never again. They literally won’t tell you that all sales are final!! There are so much things up on the walls that it’s impossible to notice the Very small sign that disclosed that. Horrible! And when they messed up my shirt they completely didn’t care!
