I normally don’t come to this Walmart since there’s a closer one to my home. This location use to be super busy but it seems to be getting better. I ordered a toy for my grandson and picked it up in the store which was really fast since there was no one else in the line.

Gotta love Wallyworld!! This pharmacy is always so nice!! They are so busy and so patient with sometimes not so nice people!!

Its an Average Walmart nothing special from not having anything you want!Though in there defence they had to deal with the supply chain issues. BUT.. The staff here are lean a little bit more towards the hostile side when dealing with simple tasks, and I feel for the employees not getting paid enough for what they have to deal with. Also they try to check your receipts here for some reason, even after seeing me purchase items.Solid 3/5 Not the best not the worst

Great prices but little space to move around.

Very small grocery section and fewer international food options than other Walmarts Ive been to. Has plenty of hardware, clothing, art supplies and garden area though.

Always busy but the service is always good.

Thats good in the morning and beginning and maybe even but sometimes it gets scarier at night is good enough to be out anytime cuz they close at 10:00 so just get everything before 8:00 clock

Later hours would be nice! Decent place its close to work so Ill be back. Lots of quality electronics worth looking at with deals and clearance.

I like this particular Walmart because of its size and I have reviewed it before with a great review but my opinion has changed. They have no produce department here and the selection of meats is missing. They are a larger Walmart but they only sell a couple bagged apples, bagged onions and no other kind of produce except bananas which are .52 cents per lb. Sorry Walmart you lost me to this particular store.

Great store. Awesome employees. I was having an issue finding something and this employee approached me and asked if I needed help. Made my walmart trip that much more speedy.

This Walmart location is clean, well organize, and staff is friendly. However it can get hectic inside the store in the afternoons customers often experience long wait times in line.That’s when things become disorganized and staff are difficult to find. Avoid this Walmart in the afternoons if you don’t want to be stuck there for 45 minutes. Three stars for the lack of organization in the afternoon rush hour. Walmart is a multi- billion dollar corporation. One Walmart location and it staff should be able to operate efficiently. I’m sad to say this Walmart location does not operate efficiently.

I loved to have my purchase in this specific store, the costumer service high expertise, I always get what I need, every items stack up in properly manner, the aisle clean and well organized, and the check out process one of the best, you can get out in minutes no delay believe me.

Needed photo paper for computer and of course none....this store is getting real bad ...low stock or none at all...shop at Target.. theyll have what you need

How can anyone think about saying anything other than these employees treat this store like its their own home office. Every single department and location in this store is organized or makes sense what theyre doing during stocking of shelves.The energy is chill, warm, and humble in their interaction with customers and other employees. I would not say this if it wasnt 100% true to my experience during my shopping visits.Pride is an elementary word to describe what type of shopping experience youll have doing business in this store amongst these outstanding customer support representatives of Walmart.I shop @ various WalMart locations and not a single store around the Tampa area can compare to the helpful energy felt from just walking in the front door and seeing customers taken care of politely and easily.It has a warmth as if youre walking inside someones home business and you should respect them by removing your shoes, this is how the energy is from just entering the front doors.Big up to these Waters location employees and taking their jobs and experience with their customers to another level of service.

Went to the Hanley & Waters location today though I prefer the Dale Mabry locations. I was satisfied with what I got at the store but because they dont have a meat dept. there thus, a 4 star rating. Also didnt have the Nestlé bottled water there but give that a pass as it is a very popular item. Looking forward to the seasonal sales & will post again around that time. Happy Labor Day & Rosh Hashanah.

The customers are courteous and try to make room to pass through the aisles while the employees have gatherings with three and four at a time in the middle of the aisle with no regard to customers trying to shop. Restocking shelves is one thing. But discussing break times while blocking customers is unacceptable.

I love the clothes I buy from any of the Cato stores.This is my favorite place to purchase my clothes of fashion.

Today at 7:40 I went to the self service area the young girl told me her name was Marlowe, she was at that area giving directives, I feel like I can find a open checking spot, the ones that are lit are the ones available, but she seems to think I must go to the one she directs me to, Im 53 and can find my own spot, she instead I go to the one she pointed at and looked at me with a killer look, then she proceeded to call me a old man, she is a heavy black young girl with braids,I have tried to call and speak to managment, but no one will answer the phone.

Its walmart so they have it all but the store is not very neat or clean and the employees can use some training on how to meet, greet and be friendly to customers.

Nice place. And the manager ( April ) is always willing to help me. I have no legs and she is always willing to go the extra mile.

I went to the jury selection the cashier there was very helpful and so funny and nice... but I have to take off one star cuz some of the staff in the store Department didnt seem like they really want to help

The employee at the Auto Care could not work with computer system. When I asked a Team Leader for assistance.he told me he was not trained in that area. Customer were waiting an excess of 30 minutes to drop off the keys and speak to the person at the counter. After my oil change was completed I waited over 45 minutes in line to be changed. I would have waited longer but other customers allowed me to go ahead of them.

Pharmacy Manager, Ms. Lozada and Assistant, Karla were excellent. So professional and patient with my sons vaccine and other elderly patients.

Love Walmart! I always find the things I can’t find in other super markets. Found a nice pijama in a very low cost and the fabric is amazing!!!

It was not so bad we found everything we need and had a great check out employee taking care of us .

This is the Walmart located on Waters Avenue and Hanley Rd. I live 3 minutes from here and I only go to this Walmart when I am really in a hurry, I prefer to drive 15 minutes and go to any other Walmart in the area.

Everyday Walmart, just dont park near gardening. They dont have a checkout person and will send you to the front. Overall still a great Walmart that is becoming more localized.

I have been coming to this walmart for years. This will always be my home town store. The place is small but they always seam to have what you need. They are clean and they change the store to keep up with the times. The people that work in the store are always cool. Again like home.

I like this WalMart. This location always has what i am looking for. Plus its located in a shopping mall that includes dollar tree, sally hair products and Marshalls. You will everything you need for yourself or the house without having to move your car.

Bed experience, poor customer service at desk ...lady had made 2 mustakes to send money and still didnt work at end her addatut with me nasty, when I try to correct her wooow ...any ways 3d time didnt work, sistem blocked me ....that what she said lol....15 years on her name tag ! Worst!!Came for in store pick up. Had to walk from the front to the back of the store two times since NO ONE was at pick up. The employee at the front assured me someone would be at pick up (in the back) when I got there. NOPE. Had to go back again. Then I am told Walmart cancelled my order. Never got a notification. I said ok, can you show me where this type of product is so I can buy another one? Nope, he doesn’t know, it’s out of stock. Finally I walked over looking for it. Asked an employee to point me in the right direction - she was on FaceTime with a friend and giving me directions. Finally, I find the area of the store and guess what? The EXACT product I ordered was right there! Incompetence, unhelpful and uncaring pretty much sums up the five employees I interacted with. Never again, Walmart. I’ll go back to Target happily!!

Worst customer service. Ordered something online. Added my brother to pick up person since I have a baby and don’t want to be exposed. Spoke to manager and they didn’t allow my brother to pick up. On my side his name showed but they stated they didn’t. So I said I’ll do curbside like the email said. And all of a sudden they don’t do it. So inconsiderate and inconvenient for the moment we are in.

Not super center but they have basic grocery and other stuff and fast food restaurant inside.

The only thing I wish it had more fresh produce selections. A FreshMarket would be so convenient. I rather go to Dale Mawbry or the one on Hillsborough heading to Oldsmar. They have both have that option. Overall experience is ok. Always super crowded no matter what tim e you go.

Not the typical layout for a walmart. It was however neat and clean. Everything was stocked up. Found Everything I needed and then some.

I brought back an item to return with receipt of purchase and within 90 day policy. they told me it’s not refundable and when i asked why they did not tell me. i asked to speak to a manager and she was of no help, i asked to speak to store manager she ignored my question. they wouldn’t show me proof. i pointed to the sign behind them showing we will happily refund any item within 90 days of purchase with or without receipt. i called customer support they took down my information then hung up on me! her name was janna. so unprofessional. i will never use walmart again. tampa store 1960 highly unprofessional.

Love this Walmart. Like the smaller layout & how it’s never too busy(unlike the Gunn Hwy one). Favorite Walmart is the one on Dale Mabry & Bearss though. It’s the same design as this store, but barely anyone shops at that one. Least favorite Walmart is the Fletcher one, & the other bad one on Hillsborough near the Fun Lan drive in theater.
