I was able to get 2 appointments for eye exams, on the same day that I called. They were very accommodating. There price for the exam was only 65$. I feel like this is reasonable, it included the dialation of the eyes. We were greeted nicely and waited on quickly. The business was clean including the restroom. The staff including the Dr. Were all knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The selection of glasses is large and priced fairly.

They were nice when they were open. The St. Pete office just told me they are closed permanently.

I got my first pair of glasses here last week. The clerical staff, though not warm (I concur with what one other person stated), was definitely nice and helpful! Dr. Qureshi was efficient and very helpful. Lastly, the lady with blond hair who helped me pick out my frames was incredibly patient with me and helpful. I am PICKY and was just not liking the idea or look of any glasses at all, but she and the clerical staff helped me go from five options to the one I chose. I just called to check in on the glasses being ready. The clerical staff was very nice and called the lab and verified the day of delivery and when they would call me back to let me know theyve arrived in-store and can be picked up. I highly recommend this place.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and assisted me in every way possible. I am handicap and disabled. The doctor was always telling jokes and was both professional and very knowledgeable. He put my fears to rest it was my fault for using readers my eyes got bad but was just my age. With my insurance and medicare the cost was miniumal... I got cheapest frames to help too. I would recommend them to anyone. My glasses be ready in week or so. Cant wait! See you next time. Only place I will go.

Poor service and unprofessional staff. The doctors are good but the sales people seem bothered and inconvenienced to help customers.

This place sucks!!!!.I gave it a one star,because I had to put something,in order to comment.I went there with vision insurance and still wound up paying $400.00 for a pair of glasses! Really??. I ordered progressive lens,with transition.I told them that I wanted the lens that are thinner,lighter,because my script is pretty thick.I was mad because it cost so much.They told me that it was because my insurance didnt cover some of the order, I said well,you should have told me that they didnt cover some of the stuff I ordered and let ME make the decision as to weather or not I wanted to buy that product,not make the glasses,then tell me how much they are.I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Alfreda has been tremendous throughout my process of purchasing my glasses. She has great patience and is very informative on different deals that are beneficial to the customers. I will recommend this place to anyone that is looking for stylish frames for affordable prices.

I have always had great experiences at Four Eyes, they take their time with the exam and I dont feel rushed like at other places Ive been to. The ladies at front desk are always very helpful with selecting and fitting youre glasses or contacts. I have referred both my daughters and friends to Four Eyes. I recommend this eye glass place.

I have been wearing glasses for decades and I can honestly say, my experience with the doctors and staff at For Eyes is consistently better than any other facility I have visited. The optometrists listen to what Ive noticed about my vision and how my lifestyle affects my vision needs. The staff is very professional and respectful. They are not the warmest, but they ensure that I and everyone else have a good experience during the pre exam. I also appreciate that they have never given me a hard time about getting my frames online. Other facilities have behaved as though I personally offended them by not ordering my lenses from them, but the team at For Eyes has never done so. I have been getting my eyes examined here for over 10 years and I have no desire to go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about my experience with For Eyes on E Fowler Ave today. While the clerks could have been slightly better, the rest of my experience was beyond pleasant.I called the office around noon and was told I could have an appointment if I rushed in. I was there at 12:15 and was seen to before I could even sit. The older woman who did the initial consult was lovely and courteous and even laughed at my poor humor.I then met with Dr. Orr, and I was blown away. For such a young doctor, she was professional, courteous, personable, and so much more. While I was at the office for roughly an hour, the entire experience was so smooth the time simply slipped by.My general experience with such visits is usually one of being rushed and being another face in the crowd, but I felt expertly handled and truly cared for. I gushed to friends on my way home, despite being blinded by Florida sun and my eyes being dialated. I wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Orr and For Eyes to them and cannot imagine visiting any other optics office during my tenure in Tampa.In summation: bravo!Sincerely,Dr. Doug Gobeille

Staff is extremely rude and seem bothered to do their job. I definitely do not appreciate how they speak to their customers nor act towards them. No greetings upon entry, just a can I help you with their brows lifted, completely bothered. Also, do not take the time to explain the process and length of time to receive the order you have placed. I will never return. Please take ethic courses.

I recently went into this location to purchase contact lenses. Doctor Flesh is superb. He was super nice and took his time with me to find me the perfect pair of contact lenses. I was given a trial pair yet after realizing that one of them was ripped, I contacted them to see if I could get a different pair and was rudely greeted by Frita. Frita spoke to me in a condescending way and provided me with the worst customer service of my life. She kept pressuring me to buy a box of lenses for $109 and was inconsiderate about the fact that I never had sufficient time try the trial lenses that were torn. Why would I pay $109 for a product I didnt get to try?!? She then called her manager, Charlene, who was also rude and unhelpful. I cant fathom spending money on something that Im not even sure is even a good product considering that it would tear so easily. Bottom line, these girls are all about money.

IF I COULD STAR THEM LOWER I WOULD!!!!! Extremely poor business practices!!!!!!This is the SECOND time FRIEDA has turned me away from this little bucket of hell. Im wondering why she still works there. Clearly they do not care about customers.Good luck letting them stick you in your eyes!!!! Protect your wallet and dont expect to get what you paid for!!!!

I would NEVER go back to this establishment. I was told my contacts and glasses would be ready for pickup within a few days - my contacts took three weeks and the order was wrong. I requested a refund so I could work with another eye care provider and I was denied the refund request.Nothing about this place is worth trying.

There were problems with everything, the appt, the contacts and rhe glasses. I had to wait it more than two months to get the glasses . The first month they gave us a pair with a broken lense and had to send it back. They will give you the run around and insult you intelligence like if your at fault. I will never go to any For eyes ever again.

Went there today for a 2:40 p.m. eye exam appointment only to be told by an older woman with white hair that the Dr. had a 2:45 interview appointment that would take about 30 minutes..and I would have to wait.. I told her that I did not live nearby and could not wait because of another appointment out of town. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said NO. She was a bit rude. And, the reason they set up two appointments at the same time is what???? How rude.....will never go back to that location again EVER!

Bought a groupon deal $35 towards a $200 frame and glasses still $370??how outrageous is this?
