The staff and Dr. Andrew are amazing!! They were so welcoming and pleasant as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Andrew was very patient and thorough. Office is clean and very organized. Michelle was so nice and helpful in helping me pick out glasses. Great overall experience and will definitely be back and will refer everyone!

I am not one to see the eye doctor that often but with everything else I am going through, I thought this was the year. It was natural to visit here as I can walk to them, but also has friends who say how good they are. Was there for a full hour and get comprehensive exam that was fully explained in language I could understand. Very sensitive to my situation and took time to understand it beyond what I wrote down. There was no pressure to buy anything there or to hold my prescription. Would definitely suggest to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Ive gone to Eagle Eye Insurance for at least 5-6 years. Never had a problem. The staff is very friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable and he really looks out for your best interest. They are prompt, clean, safe, very organized

Discovered Eagle Eye Vision after experiencing some discomfort and other issues with my eyes that needed attention. After recent unsuccessful visits as well as past disappointments with other eye care centers, Eagle Eye Vision was a breath of fresh air. The staff is kind and patient as well as being knowledgeable...all of them. They are very professional and you never feel as though youre being rushed. The staff is a reflection of Dr. Rothberg. The Doctor is patient, confident and knowledgeable as well as being honest with the patient and giving them sound advice about the treatment and care that is needed. I am happy I found Dr. Rothberg and hope to trust my eyecare to Eagle Eye Vision for years to come.

So I have been going here for years, and have always loved how sweet and caring everyone is. This afternoon I was having some eye issues, and they got me right in. Everyone was so sweet and attentive. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Rothbergs wife, and she too was an amazing eye doctor that helped me. She was so patient with me, and very thorough even though I was rushing her along to get my daughter from school! I didnt think I could be even happier with this practice! Both Dr. Rothbergs are amazing! It is so nice to be able to come to such a caring place wherever everyone goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them, and I am a pretty picky person!

I recently had an initial visit and eye exam. The whole team there is fantastic, everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Rothberg was kind and knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process. I got fitted for contacts for the very first time and everyone was so helpful! Also extremely transparent with pricing and assisted me with ensuring everything was squared away with my insurance, which was such a huge help.Ill be back for sure, absolutely the best experience Ive had with an eye doctor, ever.

My experience has been good at my yearly eye exam. Dr Rothberg is patient, professional and thorough. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, they are one of the few who take my Davis Vision insurance.

I was referred to Eagle Eye by my insurance provider. Before the appointment, I was very impressed by their reviews on Google and Yelp, and they completely lived up to their reputation. I was fitted for contacts, which wound up to be much better than another prescription I received from another provider only months ago. And the staff helped greatly when I was choosing frames and lenses for a pair of glasses. I strongly recommend Eagle Eye Vision Care!

I was seen for an initial visit in December 2020 where I was given a prescription and with my insurance paid $400 for glasses.”, which to date I do. It have and it’s late March The end of January I was provided with a pair of glasses that were incorrectly fitted to the prescription I was given at my initial visit. When I inquired I was treated like an inconvenience and an incompetent patient. I was told they would send them back for repairs. Six weeks later I called to tell the office if they could not get me the glasses by the end of the week that I would need to go elsewhere. Low and behold Friday of that week I was told to schedule an appointment to come in and have my lenses cut? Not sure why it took six weeks for them to call and tell me that. It must have been the financial institutions reimbursement for the product not received that initiated their attention. All the way around a sincerely disappointing experience. I am happy to report that I was able to go to the local Visionworks get an examination and a pair of glasses in hand that allowed my vision improvements as needed.

Amazing experience, incredible staff!My experience began by calling and scheduling as a new patient with Michele. She was exceptional, to say the least. Went above and beyond for me. Upon arriving to the office, the other girls at the front were very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The nurse who worked me prior to seeing the doctor was professional, thorough and very sweet. Finally, the doctor himself was a joy. So down-to-earth and kind. He listens and takes his time. I saw him for an acute issue and he prescribed me drops which provided relief the very next day. I wish I established with Eagle Eye sooner. NEVER again will I go to one of those horrible retail optical chains. This is my new home! I’ll be returning shortly for my annual eye and contact lens exam. I look forward to ordering new glasses as they seem to carry some pretty attractive men’s frames. Don’t look elsewhere if you are browsing for an optometrist. Dr. Rothberg and his entire office are awesome.

I can not say enough about this place!!!! Had my appointment, got prescription sunglasses (progressives) was told 7-10 days. Well, 10 days went by and still not ready. I called and was told my insurance lab wouldn’t have them done for a little bit longer. Needless to say, I was not happy as I was going out of town and now had nothing to wear on my eyes. They went above and beyond their job title or description. They understood, made a temporary pair for me to take on my vacation until mine would be ready. The kicker is... I had to work and was not going to be able to even pick those up in time....they brought them to my office for me!!!!! Who does that???? I could not believe that!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it really meant a lot to me, and it’s wonderful to know that there are kind people in this world!!!

I was looking for eye doctor to get exam with my insurance. The one close-by did not have any appointments for weeks. So I was looking for other clinics.Eagle Eye Vision Care had 5 stars on Yelp and Google. So I gave them a call. Got appointment next day.Unfortunately, I had an emergency that day and called in to cancel. They were very accommodating and understanding. Rescheduled to next day without a problem.Very friendly front desk, technician and doctor.They explained each procedure and results, offered some advanced diagnostic and explained benefits, asked a lot of relative questions to get my history, health and vision situation.They had trouble finding my insurance as it was under one carrier with different name, handled insurance claim and helped to pick best frames for me.Thanks!

My husband and I did a lot of research on where we wanted to have our eye exam and purchase our glasses. We found that Eagle Eye was very highly rated on several sights and we were not disappointed at all. We had a great experience. Sasha was our main contact for the purchase of the frames and doctor Rothberg gave a very comprehensive eye exam. This was the most thorough exam either one of us has ever had. Dr. Rothberg and his staff were great. I had never had an eye exam before and everyone here made me feel very comfortable and explained each test and exam and what they were doing. Super convenient for the Westchase area, they offer extended hours and overall I give 5 stars! Superior customer service and an excellent exam. Dr. Rothberg took the time to explain my exam and his findings. I will definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Frames are high end so they are a little pricey but I love the styles offered.

I havent purchased new glasses in years so I was fortunate to have been recommended to Dr. Rothberg by a friend. He was patient and very helpful. He was comfortable with whatever style I chose. He helped me find a style of glasses that I felt comfortable with since I was ready to finally retire my old pair that has seen a better part of 2 different decades. I feel Im not an easy person to appease either since I have difficulty with change. I recommend Dr. Rothberg to my friends because I know they will be taken great care of and he has a very good selection of frames.

I get my vision checked and prescription here, and thats always been fine. but i went today to see if they could help me adjust my glasses (i got them online. Reputible company.) and the lady working was really condescending. She told me that she didnt want to work on them because they would break because they were low quality and i didnt buy them there. And that i would have to sign a waiver in case she broke them. Which seems really like another way of saying im too poor/broke to be bothering her, because i dont have Gucci glasses. (Because theyre overpriced and made from the same materials)I went to another place by my work i dont even go to and they helped me in less than 5 minutes and with a smile. So i really dont know what this lady’s issue was. Everybody else has been nice but she was really rude and uppity. Didnt even say hello or greet me or offer to help when i walked in. And the store was completely empty. Im not one to complain usually but i dont think its nice even by pre-school logic to treat someone poorly because they (seemingly) dont make a lot of money. This lady is too old to have a high schooler customer service attitude.

Good Doctor, Highly incompetent staff. Sasha and Lacy have no clue about customer service. My daughter was getting her lenses for the first time and Shasha got frustrated because she couldnt put her lenses in. I had to teach my daughter how to do it as Shasha just walked out off the room. Lenses for my daughter were ordered on March 25th though I had paid for them on Feb. 20th. The front staff needs to work on their administrative skills as they are highly lacking in them.

Doc Rothberg and his staff were very friendly. The doctor appreciated my curiosity and took time to explain the nuances of some of the tests that he conducted. There was a wide array of eye wear to choose from. I went with a Nike design - Just do It!

I was recommended to Dr. Rothberg by my boyfriend. I was having issues with my eyes specially for spending a lot of time in front of the computer. Dr. Rothberg was very professional, friendly and helpful. He not only carefully examined my eyes but also helped me to choose the best frame for me. On the top of that, I also could try different brands of contacts and choose the one that was more comfortable, which was not an easy task as I had been using the same brand for the last decade and I was afraid of changing it.I love my glasses so much that I will reduce the amount of time I spend wearing contacts. The wonderful blonde up front couldnt have been more helpful with getting me checked in, ready for the doctor and helping me pick up my new glasses!
