Love stopping here in the morning!! Always get my order right even after a year of coming i don’t think theres ever been a slip up! means a lot since i have to beat traffic on my way to work.

This place is fantastic, the staff is always very professional and polite. They always remember my order and my name and especially the pup cup for my dog, Rory. Keep up the great work everyone!

Stopped in here with some friends to play catch up and kill time. I usually do not frequent Starbucks at all. While I was here, I loved that they no longer accept cash, happy that a business is implementing new procedures to help speed up the lines and the change counters. The staff was super friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond with my order.

Amazing service but doesnt accept cash as legal tender? Wont give change if you insist on paying cash? This hurts the barristas that dont end up getting tipped. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. Money is money

Worst Starbucks i’ve ever been too. Staff is very unfriendly. The manager is very rude even though I’ve been coming in there for 4 1/2 years. They mess up your order and whenever they mess it up they are very rude and take forever. One time my mother ordered a latte and asked for no foam, they put foam on it, she asked to take it off and they dumped a whole drink out and made a new one with a lot of attitude. Also The wait is horrible, I am always waiting more then at least 20 minutes for a drink and a few sandwiches. also I tried mobile order and I thought that might be faster, nope it wasn’t even slower.

Staff are so nice- hands down my favorite Starbucks location in Tampa.HOWEVER- the switch to accepting no cash at all is discriminatory and Im sad to see it implemented here. Legal tender folks...

This is my favorite starbucks to go to! the employees are all incredible at their jobs, and they are so nice and professional. their positive attitudes make me look forward to getting my coffee every morning! definitely 5 stars.

The baristas are killing it, I’m semi-regular and whenever I come in theyre always super nice and helpful no matter who’s at the register!! Love this place

Very good service and well maintained store

This is the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Not only are they not nice, they make the drinks horribly. I go about 1-3 times a week to this location because I can walk- but at this point its better worth my time and money to get in the car and drive to another location. Ive put up with their rudeness and bad drinks for months now but after going to another location and having the best customer service and best drink ever I realized again how horrible this location is. I started to think I just didnt like my favorite drink anymore but nope its just how they make it. The sad part is that its not just one person thats not nice its everyone there. Ive had way too many situations where people have been rude which is really upsetting because Starbucks is supposed to be a brand that is well known for their customer service and similarity between stores.

Owner acts like a small child, honestly embarrassing to see that in an establishment like this.

I’d give zero stars if I could, my drink is never made right and I’ve been in on multiple occasions. I’d rather take the time to drive to a different location. Maybe the customer service would be better.

Fast. Very friendly and the view outside is so pretty. Wish they were open longer though. They close a bit early.

Tiana (girl working the register), is terrible! I come here just about every day with my friends and family. NEVER AGAIN. She is rude, disrespectful, and couldnt care less about the customers. Lost a lot of business because of her I can tell you that much.

What you would expect from a Starbucks. Large interior area but not a lot of seating. There are a few seats outside as well.

Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order. All the walk in were served first.

Nice sized Starbucks with friendly staff and decent service; a new Starbucks was desperately needed on Harbor Island (and the Downtown area). My only qualms with this location are that:1) You CANNOT REDEEM YOUR STAR REWARDS AT THIS LOCATION2) YOU CANNOT USE MOBILE ORDERING EITHERApparently this is due to this location being a ‘licensee store’ and not a corporate store. It’s annoying but everything else is the same from a real full-service Starbucks.

Normally I always have a good experience here but the last few times I’ve gone in, everyone who was behind me got their food and drinks before me. This morning it happened again and my drink was also made the wrong size. I informed the girl and she rolled her eyes. Last, my stuffed bagels were given to me and I took a bite on the way to work and it was so cold inside. I called the store to tell them and the respond I get is “oh sorry”. I will make sure on my next visit in to get compensated for that.

Horrible service. The don’t take 50 or 100 dollar bills that is USA currency. Idiots. The card reader doesn’t work. Don’t even waste your valuable time going to this place.

This coffe shop is more than a hotel Starbucks, it is very spacious and well appointed. The staff are outstanding! Always a smile, looks like everyone enjoys their jobs and each other. Right under the Westin, the place couldnt be more convenient for conventioneers and the guests and residents of Harbor Island. Highly recommend!

Had an order for postmates delivery, they were very polite, kind and got the orders done correct and fast for me!

If you go 10 minutes prior to weekday 6pm closingclosing they will have already cleaned the coffee machines and you can’t get coffee in this coffee shop

I had a wonderfully welcoming experience at this Starbucks. It was their first day open, which you would think would make everything hectic and crazy. On the contrary! Trevor, the manager, greeted me with a big smile! Blaise took my order and the 3 of us did a happy dance when I realized they had my favorite, limited-edition coffee (Casi Cielo for the win!) in stock. Taylor made my drink perfectly, with no issues with my requests. I never saw Kelly stop cleaning for even a second! Starbucks may be a big corporation, but the staff treats this store like they own it themselves. So friendly and gracious, and their excitement to be serving the Harbour Island community is contagious!The store itself is HUGE. There is no issue finding seats, tables, or outlets. I particularly love the artwork, which is a faux chalkboard design. There is even ample seating outside and thankfully even the outdoor space is non-smoking.Welcome to the neighborhood!!!

I work on Harbor Island and was excited when they opened this Starbucks on the Island so that I no longer had to walk over the bridge. Several times I have gone in to order and they have been out of ingredients. This happens a few times a week and is very frustrating. I will probably be going to the Jacksons Cafe for now on, at least I know they are stocked.

I tried to order 4 different drinks from them yesterday and they could not make any of them because they were out of basic ingredients. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
