Great coffee counter lady was very friendly

Dont carry cinnamon, what kind of cooffee and tea place without cinnamon .

Ordered on their app which accepted our credit card. Was told it wasn’t working, no refund offered. Counter person could not have cared less. Go elsewhere for coffee in Tampa

For once I wanted food, not tea, at the airport. The sign says made to order sandwiches. I started to order a sandwich and was sent to the case to pick a ready-made one- three times. It was 6pm. The sandwiches have dates of 12/3- yet the Turkey ones all looked a little crushed. I went back to the counter to order a new sandwich, the woman behind the counter did not seem to want to do that. I said these sandwiches say dates 2 days in advance? She said, We sell sandwiches for 2 days. Interesting philosophy for a place that has signage bragging made to order sandwiches. I asked for a fresh sandwich since the sign says made to order. I was the only customer around. I waited for a sandwich to be made. It arrived in paper. I paid $8.99. I should have been worried about spit in my sandwich. I actually got a sandwich with stale bread- and lettuce that was wilted and shrinking because it was so old. I got this with a request for a fresh sandwich.

Really cool owners--I have had the pleasure of meeting them there.They are affiliated with a solar-dried, all-woman co-op down in Honduras. Thought that was pretty awesome.

The Bay Coffee at Moffitt on Mckinley Dr. Is no longer Bay. Still great food but now they serve Starbucks coffee. But a step up from Starbucks because of the fresh sandwiches, salads etc.

They have a booth at the St. Pete morning market. Ordered 4 drinks for my family. 3 came out in a timely manner. The 4th was never called. At this point we had waited 20+ minutes. I asked the cashier about my drink and she cut me off mid sentence and said the line was long and it was coming out soon. Waited another 10 mins and it was never called. Left frustrated.

I am at the one at TIA airport. The cashier was very nice. The staff was a little overwhelmed with making all the specialty coffees and kept a line. I ordered a plain to help eliminate some of the line but I did order a breakfast sandwich. The lady that handed me my sandwich acted as if it was a burden to her to have to bring it to me, but I couldnt crawl over the counter to get it, so....... the sandwich was dry and there are no condiments like mayo or mustard available. And with the way my sandwich was delivered I was afraid to ask for some. I was also severely disappointed in the coffee, it was not good :( I doctored it with sugar and a creamer (which I try to avoid at most all costs) and still it was far from enjoyable and mildly palatable. Once you enter this area (due to construction) you are severely limited as far as options, so it would have been nice to enjoy a cup of brew before my trip. I try to support local instead of big business shops, but this was not a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely rude staff at the St Petersburg Farmers market trailer they set up. Apparently they can’t make coffee ice cubes because the boss has a broken leg - what a stupid reason. All they care about is the quick buck, charge you before preparing the coffee and the brew was watered down badly. Avoid!

Ill return with my coworkers. food and atmosphere reminds me of kansas city.

Ordered egg & cheese on a bagel and earl grey tea. The tea was good but the food was awful. Mainly, bland and cold. I would not go out of my way to eat here again. If they want return patronage, they need to beef up their service. No joke....

This place is a hidden gem - love it! So many organic coffee and tea options.

Very expensive, food and service was amazing. They use the best and healthiest ingredients.

I just fr#$%n burned my tongue, even after waiting a few mn to drink the chamomile tea! I called to let them know and the darn phone is disconnected!

Overbrewed coffee w grounds and who knows what floating in my cup, no cream, no stirrers, poorly placed, dirty cream/sugar counter. Back to Starbucks or other.
