Great store, did not find what I wanted, staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is organized and clean. Will go back, good selection of sport teams items, just not elementary age kids.

Needed birthday gifts for our twin grandsons. Tampa Bay Bucs T-shirts one with Bradys name and number and one with Gronks name and number were perfect. This place has a large selection of sports teams

My husband and daughter were just in the store where the man behind the counter was so incredibly rude to them I still cannot believe it. When my husband asked who the manager was he replied that he was the manager. Whoever you have working in the store today has absolutely horrific customer service skills. And what’s even worse is we still bought our two kids 2 Bucs jerseys, 2 Seminole shirts, 1 women’s shirt and 1 mans shirt. Last time this place will EVER get our business and we will be telling everyone not to go here. Lived in Tampa for over 20 years. Never again will I go back.
The sales representative Lisa offers great customers service. She represents Heads & Tails well. I was upset that I could not receive a refund for an item that my mother purchased for my birthday. Lisa calmed me down and she did her best to resolve the issue. Just be warned that Heads & Tails only offers store credit. To Heads & Tails credit the policy is posted.

A super inventory, where the QUALITY items are fun to shop for, great to wear to the beach, to the game,the gym, or around the house. To all my fellow members of the Gator Nation who are in Tampa... if you dont visit Heads and Tails, you are missing out. Driving home one day I decided to quickly stop by the store to see what it was all about. I must have driven by this place a thousand times before, but had yet to have the time to pop in. Boy am I glad I did. Aside from few items that were hideous, *cough, FSU, *cough, the store is full of everything a Gator could ever ask for. In many ways it reminded me of a Gainesville shop with all of the branded inventory it has. I highly recommend checking this store out.

It has new owners and they have already spruced the store up. Changed the walls and really are invested in being the place to go for all your sports accessories!! Not to mention they are very kind and. helpful!!!
I have been going here for years and love it. This is the best place for all things Tampa Bay Sports as well as FSU, UF and USF. I recommend this place for anyone looking for sports memorabilia.
