First time ever going to this location and it was a wonderful experience. I called to get an idea of what options I could do for my fiancé’s birthday. I spoke with Jessica who was very professional and nice, she help me understand what I co do and the different variety of options. I ended up coming in 3 hours later to place my order to ensure I did it correctly versus going online. She instantly remember and we set up the order. She also help me with a wonderful sleeve (Happy Birthday) for the arrangement and card. Give this 5 Stars and Jessica also should be recognized as well. (Great Customer Service) Will be coming to this location moving forward.

Really great service! Cant remember the name of the associate I spoke with (Alana? Alayna? Maybe?) but she was so helpful! There was an attempted delivery before the business I sent it to was open so I gave her a call and asked if there was any way they could reattempt delivery now that the business was open. She immediately called the delivery driver and was able to coordinate with him a redelivery. Throughout the phone call she was super polite and she really saved the day!

I order a week before a fruit bouquets or my moms birthday I call 5 days before to give instruction for delivery time my mom is a nurse work in a hospital they did not put notes and at the day of the delivery I call to see what is happening Lana tell me oh my apologize for this inconvenience you can receive a full refund. So bad service I do not recommended. Never again order from this store. No customer service at all.

I am grateful for this service, especially during these times. My Mom said the strawberries were fresh and the chocolates are delicious as well. Why the three stars then, you ask? I could not believe what I saw when my Mom sent me a picture of her “Mothers Day” gift. It was all left over Valentines Day packaging including the balloon and even the strawberries were covered with heart shaped sprinkles instead of the “Mothers Day sentiment” as described in the product I ordered. I understand packaging may vary but Jeez. I would have appreciated some communication if they were out of ALL Mother’s Day stuff.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter for Valentines Day. During what is, Im sure, a very busy weekend one of your delivery drivers went over and above anything I could have imagined. I cant say thank you enough for making this weekend special for my daughter. I believe her name was Delorea -- someone needs to make sure she gets a raise and the praise she deserves. She is the kind of employee I search for in my business and they are very hard to find. Great experience for a Mother’s Day fruit bouquet. They were crazy busy when I went to pick up, but the girl that helped me was friendly and efficient. No issues with the order online or when picking up. Highly recommend. The fruit is fantastic and the presentation is beautiful.

I placed my order last minute and was a bit skeptical, because it was last minute it might come out sloppy or rushed. When I called my order was done 2 hours sooner than I scheduled it for, when I picked up my order it was perfect. The staff was nice and friendly. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars was because the teddy bear ordered my mom said there was a small hole on its neck above the bow.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEI placed an order over the phone on saturday 7/18 at 2pm for a present that is a tradition in me and my wifes anniversary. They took down all my info for this order and I was told I can pay cash upon arrival. Here we are on Sunday and they didnt make it. They cant find my order. They have ultimately ruined my anniversary and the manager that works there had no resolve at all and was extremely rude and uncaring refusing to make the situation right by making my order again. This is unforgivable and completely messed up

I placed an online order on 2/13 to pick up on 2/14 then get an email saying that I need to send a photo of my ID and credit card? Supposedly to confirm my billing address. I have an account with edible arrangements and have ordered from there previously. I will never send my ID and credit card over email to anyone, it is not secure. It almost seemed like a scam. I called the location and they said I could confirm it in person but I would have to wait over an hour for my order to be ready, even though I put my pickup time to be 5pm and I had placed my order online??I get there at 5 and confirm everything. I wait. And when I get my order (box of 12 strawberries) and give it to my S.O. When they open it it’s the incorrect order. Very disappointed with the way things went and such an inconvenience to have to wait just to receive the wrong order. Will not use this branch again.

So I had to post a review to warn about major Holidays with this company...Im late in posting but it needs to be said as fairly and factual as possible. I also was scheduled for a mothers day gift from my daughter. I also took pics and thanked her and sent the pics. When she got my pics she was upset. I see a pattern here....The other reviewer at least got all her items just from valentines. I didnt even get that... my daughter spent about $100 and I got 12 strawberries and a small box of cookies.I was supposed to get a balloon bouquet, a cake pop, dipped fruit, and the mothers day strawberries (I got valentines as well). I dont really eat cookies so I thought it was odd...This was my daughters 1st attempt at a nice gift for me. Shes young and was in texas. The moment was so hurtful for her and disappointing. I mean she planned it out and paid for it all herself... $100, thats alot for anybody!So I called thinking they forgot my items and would be delivered later. I actually spoke to the manager. Not only were they aware I didnt get everything, they knew ahead of time they wouldnt have it and didnt reach out to my daughter.The manger stated they ran out of things they over booked on orders. She was apologetic however if you cannot handle the holidays and be prepared stop taking orders. Its that simple.My daughter finally got in touch w the manager and they only refunded her $30. They refused to refund her more. My daughter was asking for most of the money back as they knew about the order lacking and did nothing to prevent it or call and let my daughter cxl and do something else for $100. She also informed them she didnt order cookies for a reason. They stated well I got the strawberries even if wrong ones and cookies. So she paid $70+ for 12 wrong strawberries and a small box of cookies I didnt even really eat. To be fair I ate the strawberries. I love fruit hence the gift...I had to review because this was a pretty awful experience. My daughter is young and was more dramatic but I felt for her. She was really proud of herself and excited. I encouraged her I appreciated the thought and loved the strawberries.To be clear the manager was apologetic and honest. But major Holidays I wouldnt recommend this location ever. Birthdays maybe? I was disappointed they didnt refund my daughter more or offer her a gift certificate for another order...something more than $30 considering its their mistake and they admit they knew ahead of time it was not going to happen as ordered, and worse be missing items.It comes down to shut off your orders if you cannot handle them correctly. Dont just take the money and say sorry later when you know its going to be a disaster.I know myself and the other mothers day reviewer werent the only ones with this issue. The manager said they had over 100 orders that day and she was clearly upset and most likely getting slammed with upset calls...What happened happened. But to be fair the owner has to own it. Alot of money was spent and and it was taken knowing the products were not acceptable, and then taking a minimal approach to make it right. You took a gamble with other peoples money.I see the owner posting responses but this was so disorganized and a mess. How could you not know? Holidays are probably a life blood of your business. Im not looking for a generic apology as said your manager apologized.Just do better.

I ordered almost $80 worth of fruit from Edible Arrangements. I gave them the location, floor and department on that floor where it needed to be delivered. They were provided 2 phone numbers to reach myself and my recipient. The delivery guy couldn’t find my recipient and just left. He attempted to call the phone number I provided for my recipient but he was at work and missed the phone call. The delivery guy didn’t leave a voicemail at all and never responded to the many calls and voicemails we left him once I got an email stating the delivery was unsuccessful. When I called the facility the next morning, the lady I was speaking to said, “sorry” and that was is. She had no response as to why the delivery guy couldn’t find my recipient, why he didn’t respond to our phone calls and what was going to happen with my package and money I paid for it. Completely worthless at her job and same for the driver. I asked for a refund and she was about to charge me for the shipping fee until she noticed I applied a promo code for free shipping. I would have never paid for the shipping of something that wasn’t delivered so to even tell me that was beyond stupid. She only offered to have a new package shipped when I told her she needed to make the situation right. This company is terrible and I will never order from them again and I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Great Service! My mom loved the arrangement. I ordered online, because there was a 20% off promotion only offered online. When I submitted my order I accidentally didnt finish my message and called the store at 8am to kindly ask if the message could be updated. My wife got her arrangement at 9am, I know you cant guarantee delivery time, I specified delivery after 11am. I am your customer, you should be able to handle a simple request. I have used other locations and never had a reason to worry, each step of this process has been miss on your part. I will apparently have to find another location in the future because it seems your customers are not a priority. 😡😡😡😡

I ordered through the main corporate portal and my order was assigned to this local outlet. I admit I was nervous after reading the online reviews but have to say my experience was nothing like what Im reading below.My order was completed correctly and delivered as promised, although I didnt direct a delivery to a house just hoping somebody would be home. I sent mine to one of customers business. The office still thanks me for an order I placed 3 weeks ago!

Note: I would NOT do business here again. If you’re reading this and are considering ordering from here, DONT. The customer service was a disaster. I wanted to surprise my mother for her birthday. The delivery costs 15 dollars and let’s face It, their products are overpriced. After paying for an already overpriced arrangement and adding delivery to it, i would expect great communication and customer service. Instead, the delivery guy showed up at my moms and no one was home. Instead of calling to see what to do, he left a slip on the door with a picture of the arrangement- blowing the surprise and notCommunicating with me at all. When i called and waited a long time for someone to take me off of hold, i was told the arrangement wouldn’t be delivered until the end of the day at 7PM.(mind you my arrangement went out at 9AM.) The managed was unprofessional, unapologetic and lousy. Save your money and do business elsewhere.

This review is for the Edible Arrangements in Tampa FL on 56th street. AWFUL experience. My fiance ordered me a box of chocolate covered strawberries with balloons for my birthday Friday 1/6/17. Delivery couldnt be made no effort made obviously. I had to go pick it up myself, needless to say my fiance was furious the surprise was ruined. Then I was never given the balloons, I didnt even know about them till my fiance came home and asked where the balloons were. Then oh yes theres more....he requested milk chocolate and I got a variety box. I hate white chocolate and have a nut allergy so out of the 12 I got 4. When he called the owner offered and gave him a refund on the balloons but thats all. I am sick to my stomach. He literally sends me something from there every month. Im sure it gets quite expensive. Id say 80% of the deliveries something was missed or wrong. I told him dont bother anymore. It sucks that because of their mess ups I lose out. Im disgusted with this franchise owner. I use edible arrangements quite a bit and have always had a excellent experience. Today was the first time I ordered from the Fowler location and the last. I called before I ordered to see if it was possible to have my arrangement delivered by no later than 3pm. I was told it was not a problem and proceeded to order with the lady on the phone. My order arrived an hour late. They called the receiver of the arrangement to tell her they will be late (which killed the suprise) rather than just calling me. Then they had her walk all the way to the front because the driver choose not to follow the delivery instuctions I provided. I literally had to call them about 5 times on the status of the order. I would be very careful if ordering from this location if youre expecting a same day delivery at a specific time. Not reliable.

The store on Fowler Avenue is absolutely terrible. I called the day before Valentines to confirm location and delivery time frame and was told that they can’t guarantee anything... okay with tons of faith I placed my $150 order just to get an email saying that they were unable to deliver the arrangement. I called the store and was told by the “manager” that there is nothing they can do and they can deliver the next day because they are too busy today to attempt another deliver. I asked very politely why they didn’t leave the arrangement with the receptionist who was willing to keep the arrangement in the refrigerator for my husband... the “manager” answered they will talk to the driver and that I can go and pick up the arrangement myself and take it to my husband myself because again they are too busy today since it is Valentine’s Day. Well I am sorry your store is too busy to make successful deliveries but isn’t that what you are paid to do... I am very disappointed that my husband didn’t get his Valentine’s present. Thank you edible arrangements for not doing your job! You suck!

I placed an order to be delivered to my husband at his place of work for valentines day mind you. By 3:00 pm, it still wasnt even made. They ask if its being delivered to a business for a reason because most close at 5 pm. They couldnt guarantee it would be there before 5. I asked if I could just go pick it up and they said yes but by the time you get here it could be gone out for delivery and you would still be charged the delivery fee. I am not happy with this place at all and it was my first time ever ordering from them. Probably my last.

I ordered a cupcake arranagement for my wifes birthday March 29th to be deilvered to her work. It was not delivered by 5PM like the edible arrangements website said all business deliveries would be delivered by...needless to say my wife had left work and I had a delivery driver call me and told me they would deilver it tomorrow. Two big problems, it would no longer be my wifes birthday and she doesnt work on Saturdays. I spoke with the infamous Kim at the store and she told me I should have specified it needed to be delieverd by 5pm in the comments section of the order, and the website does not reflect the policies of each individual store ( a policy that the coporate office said should have been adhered to). So basically its my fault it wasnt delivered on time. I explained I was not satisfied with the customer service of this store and she explained to me that she just clocked in, they only have one driver, and this is not a problem she can do anything about.I was told the owner of the store would call me back 48-72 business hours after I lodged a complaint with the coporate office. A full week later and no call. Well, turns out the store already said they spoke with me to their coporate office (must have been someone elses order they screwed up becuase I spoke to no one from the store after this incident).So to wrap this up, I would go to 1-800-Flowers because all my orders were delivered the correct day on my wifes birthday, or go to the Edible Arrangements on Lithia because they made me a new order and had it delivered within 5 minutes of the promised time, with only one days notice on March 30th.Great job Lithia store...shame, shame, shame Terrace Oaks store!

I ordered a cupcake arrangement for my roommate on aug 30th. She received the fruit and noticed that the strawberries had a rotten taste to the one especially that was not chocolate coated. The canelope and the honey dew both were not ripe and had no favor to the fruit at all. The pineapple on the other hand was very tastie.When I came home from work that evening from working in a call center, my roomie who had received the fruit informed me of the poor quality of the fruit. She was not going to tell me at first. However, she too had ordered the same basket from another location to be sent to her twin brother. He brought home his fruit basket and it was amazing and tasted great. So I called the next morning and filed a complaint. being this was labor day weekend was called back on Tuesday during my work hours. I called to get a resolution to this matter and spoke to a person named Kim At first she was very sympathetic to issue and said that the owner would only refund the delivery price and offered after that was not acceptable for me to go and pickup a box of strawberries valued at $16.00. I informed her this was not an acceptable resolution to the problem. She said she thought it was not right either and would talk to the owner.Kim called back now very rude. Would not let me nor the person who received the fruit have a word without interrupting or telling me to stop yelling. In fact was just trying to get a word in. The basket cost $65.00 to offer you a $16.00 replacement is very bad business. Kim went on to say the ripement of the fruit is not their issue. When in fact it is. This is their product they are using to build their baskets.I truly would not buy another thing from this location ever. I encourage you to rethink your purchase as well.

Horrible service! The manager was rude and not accommodating! The whole situation was very inconvenient for the person I was sending the arrangement to! The arrangement was already 2 days late when I called asking for a delivery time the next day and her excuse for not being able to tell me a time of delivery was saying, I cant tell you a time because what if my driver got in an accident? Youd call me mad that the time wasnt right. Completely ridiculous! I cancelled the arrangement and she wouldnt refund me the delivery cost... Never ordering from this store again.
