He actually helped me too because I bought a screen protector and before I could even get it on my phone I broke it🥲but I seen him about to go home and he went out of his way and came all the way back and got me another AND helped make sure I got it on correctly so I wouldn’t make the mistake again😂love love LOOOOOVE THIS STORE!

Dont buy a new phone without going here first. Total wireless saved me alot money. They also got me on a unlimited plan for almost $100 cheaper than Verizon. They were also able yo unlock my iPhones. Im getting the same service but I am saving over $1000 a year and have no contract. They also got me a case and screen protector, they installed my tempered glass with no bubbles.

Fast and Friendly Service!!!

I purchased a total wireless phone from Walmart, and a byop SIM card for my phone along with a $60 for 2 lines service plan. The Walmart phone was activated and the second phone they said I needed to have a SIM card mailed to me in order for it to be activated. They said it would take 1-3 business days. 1-3 business days passed, I called and they said 5-7 business days. That passed and I finally received the SIM card. When I called to activate it, instead of activating new service, they transferred the service & phone number from the Walmart phone onto mine and the other phone was deactivated. I’ve called 5+ times and they all say the same thing that I took the SIM card out of the first phone and put it into mine. I don’t see how that’s possible if I put the SIM card straight out of the envelope into my phone and the other one still has it’s original SIM card in it? And still no answers or solution to this problem just 1 working device on a 2-line service plan still. Never had an experience like this before and not even going to try calling customer service anymore, they tell me that it’s my fault and that they are confused or are just rude and waste 45 minutes of my time asking the same questions.
