Went here after it being recommended by another cell phone place. They fixed my a10s (software issues) while I waited and it didnt take longer than fifteen minutes. I appreciate the repair and service. The price of the repair was also reasonable.

Outstanding service. We had a phone that was stuck in an update. We came in with an inoperative phone, and left with a fully working device. We tried another place first, and they could not fix it. Cellphone MD folks had it working in about 20 minutes. The cost was VERY reasonable. Great place!!!

I live in St Pete. Went to 3 shops to fix my phone in St Pete and no one could help me with my problem. Last Guy told me to try Cellphone MD in Tampa if they cant fix it nobody can.. I saw some of the bad reviews a few years ago and they must have fixed everything now. They where very nice, responsive, professional and had my phone fixed in less then an hour and saved me a trip back to Tampa.

Have been going to Cell Phone MD for years now. Always professional, prices are great for repairs as well as for accessories. Louis is great to work with and takes care of us. I bring all my broken phones, etc to them. The turn around times for repairs are excellent, and you will not beat there pricing. He even brought in N95 masks to help with the Corona 19 epidemic. The lady at the front was the rudest person I have ever met. Here’s a tip: want to make more money and have more clients? Don’t have a rude woman be in the front, this pushes not only myself but everyone I know to ever go here. Looking at the reviews on here, she pushed other potential clients away too. Nice.Where to begin? As I searched for a place to get my phone fixed, I was told by another store to try this place out. I called them and the woman over the phone answered with a simple yes? Off to a great start! When I went to this store to drop my phone off to get rid of the dreaded iPhone disease, I encountered the same customer service: the woman who spoke to me on the phone. She seemed like she was so bothered by my request and she couldnt wait for us to leave. We were told it would be ready Friday, then we called on Friday it wasnt ready, then we called Saturday and asked if it was all set, and finally some good news! We got to the store coughed up the 65 dollars for our wonderful phone and we got some remnant of customer service, this time when we told her to have a good day, she only gave us half an eye roll! As we left oh how excited we were to find almost nothing had been done to the phone, the glass screen protector was still on it (which means they didn’t touch it) and the phone was still behaving as was before, the only difference was the phone was now 65 dollars more expensive. I went back in and absolutely no remorse was given to me about my phone. So she said “we can try again” I dropped it off again. I was told it would be ready first thing in the morning Monday and as I got there mid afternoon Monday I was told, give it about two hours with that same charismatic attitude as before! The final time I had to enter this store, I had my mother in law pick up the phone and she was berated with such disrespect when she had asked the woman behind the counter if she spoke Spanish, to help the conversation go more smooth. Nobody ever wants someone to be rude to their mother in law. So disrespectful. We never bothered ever asking for a refund, or spoke to her about her disgusting attitude, or being rude to an older adult woman for asking a simple question. When we finally checked the phone, it was working, and the glass protector was gone, which seems to me like they FINALLY actually worked on it, since my glass protector was still on the day I was told to pick it up. I hope any potential clients of this business read this and stay away, and if you are the owner of this business, theres no reason for a paying customer to feel bullied. Worst customer service in the world!

Came here from a referral from ubreak it to have iPhone fixed. Spoke to Ceaser over the phone and when I came on was given a different price. I then told them what I was quoted over the phone, there was a little hesitation but then they agreed not only that they fixed the phone same day. These dudes have definitely earned my business.

Not big on hospitality. Took 1 day to fix my iPad screen. Did let me know about another problem which I appreciate but when I went to go pick up my iPad, I heard conversations coming from the guys who were fixing other customers items(not keeping it business) and was not greeted upon entry. Im sure anyone can learn to fix it but at least be professional about it.

Took my wifes phone to repair the charging port. Since I took my phone there before and everything worked out find thought I would go again. Negative, 1st the girl at the front tried charging me more for a phone that was smaller than mine. But she did honor the original price and fixed it....negative again...picked up the phone and while they so called fix the port they messed with the antenna n messed up the entire phone. Right now we cant afford a new phone which is y we chose to fix it. Now my wife has no phone and out money. Definitely going in tomorrow to speak with the manager bc this is unacceptable n unprofessional. Ill update on the feedback we get. I hope their customer service is better bc if not they will get a phone call from the better business bureau. Definitely not cool

Excellent service. I had an iPhone 7 with “audio disease”. They did the microsolder repair in about an hour for $80.

First off, about as rude a business can get. Not sure if the girl upfront is the owner of just works there... but she does not give a damn about you being there. Was talking to a customer in front of me (who she might have known) about dream she had last night for good 5 minutes while I waited in line. Took my phone for repair. After 5 days, tells me, cant be repaired. Wont tell me whats wrong with it. Just that its un-repairable. Most likely did not even look at the phone. 1 star, cuz they did not charge me anything. Else its was 0 stars.

Had an iPhone screen in stock, and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, too.

Sold me a poor quality glass screen which cracked after 3 days of normal runs in my pocket. Had my phone for a year through the same conditions if not worse, and the original screen lasted that long (a year). $90 for a crack free screen for 3 days? Take your money elsewhere. And I never dropped it!
