Completely waste of money and time. A month ago I had my iPhone screen replaced by them. They took ALL day to repair my screen. I called throughout the day to check on the status because the very unprofessional lady told me it will take about an 1 or 2 hours. Mind you I dropped of my phone at 1:30 and didn’t actually pick up the phone until 9 when they closed the store. Had I not shown up at the store they would of not reached out to me and let the days go by with them still “ trying” to fix my phone. Fast forward to now. The screen came off completely. Last night I noticed that the corner of the phone was lifting. I left it alone. The very next day my entire screen was lifted. It was just dangling. So I go to this store because the lady stated I had warranty. She tried to use every excuse in the book and blame it on me. I’ve had multiple iPhones and this one time I go to repair the screen this lady wants to blame it on me instead of being professional about it. She even then proceeded to raise her voice at me. Look I spent a good chunk of my money to replace my iPhone screen. The least this business can do is be professional and take responsibility for their screw ups. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, TIME, and MONEY. Be very careful how you treat people because in life it will come back twice as bad. When you have little girls trying to do business I should have not been surprised about the outcome. It was also the manager herself being disrespectful. Even with the warranty they so call have they still will not help you or replace the screen. So again what Is the outcome anyone expects by ignorant little girls. And saving the last part for the cherry on top. I was threatened. So definitely contacting my lawyers for this one.

The customer service here is amazing. I came in to buy a phone and found the one I wanted under my budget! I had some trouble with my SIM card not working in the phone but I went in the next day and Nathaniel helped me fix the problem. I recommend CellFix to anyone that needs to buy a phone !! :)))

My daughter went spoke with Nathan literally her screen was lifted up he still charged her a $35 to Check the device, return stating that he can replace the screen for 200 or here’s this case for $65 that would help the problem so he just wanted to sell a case instead of getting the phone fixed I spoke to himHe said Sorry business is business. I’m still waiting for the general manager to call meADDING TO THISSo the General manager calls the only thing he can offer was replace the screen for 120 i won’t trust your work or services again. Poor customer service I will place a complaint in with BBB. Rip off your worker is worse

I would not recommend this place what so ever! I took in 2 ipads to replace the screens. On one of them the LCD needed to replaced. When I picked up both ipads, the LCD was STILL acting up and the second ipad would not fit a charger in. I attempted to get the issue resolved. They ended up fixing the LCD but the 2nd ipad i was told it must have been like that. I took it to another business who advised the port was melted most likely during the screen fix process. I have paid hundreds of dollars here and regret every minute of the transaction!!!!!

Got my phone fixed here and the first time I got it back the screen didn’t work at all. I had to take it back and wait again for it to get fixed. I’ve had it for two months and the screen is dimming in the bottom right corner already. They are saying I have to pay for it all over again. In all the years I’ve had an iPhone I’ve never had this problem. I do not recommend them.

Fletcher location had a completely terrible experience. I went in with my screen lifting up from the top (which i bought from cellfix less than a year ago) obviously from dropping it and still charged $35 for diagnostics claiming it may be from battery expanding (i know what that looks like and what was going on with my phone is not it). 4 hours later they told me it’s just from dropping it (i already knew that) and wanted to charge me $200 for a screen replacement (which is ABSURD) i couldn’t do that so they said buying an Otterbox case could keep the screen from lifting. $100 later my screen lifted up even more to where i can see the inside of my phone and i’ve had to tape my phone together and they refuse to refund me for the case that i wanted to return.RESPONDING TO CELLFIX: I’m not coming to leave a review from an issue a year later ???? this was on October 31st, 2020 how are you going to say the otter box case will help keep the screen from lifting more and it lifted EVEN MORE. You’re simply trying to make me look stupid when your employees don’t even know what they are talking about. When i went back the lady there said “he’s new and if i would have known he did that i wouldn’t have let it happen”. That’s ignorant and the fact that i left with my phone worse than how it came in after spending $100 is ridiculous. Tell me how that makes any sense? By the way i’ve never had to spend $200 to fix my screen WHICH IS AN XS MAX THANK YOU

I had my battery replaced in my Nexus 6P. It only took a few hours and it wasnt expensive. The tech did a great job (Ive taken great care of my phone, and it was returned in perfect condition. I couldnt tell it had been opened). I called before going down there and spoke with Zack. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Explained the pros and cons of my options and usually I dont buy extras but I went ahead since he was not forcing it on me and seemed helpful. Said he would try and get my phone done same day (dropped it off at 4pm ) he said to call n check in before closing (8pm). Did that was told it would defiantly be done tomorrow and it was by 6pm.
