The new owners of this shop are amazing young entrepreneurs! They understand great customer service! I had a chance to stop in today and they greeted me as soon as I walked in! They fixed the screen on my phone in less than 10 minutes! Other places I always have to wait more than an hour and prices as always over 80 bucks! It was ONLY $40 bucks and they threw in a screen protector for FREE! I’m definitely a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you!

I PURCHASED A GROUPON AS A GIFT FROM 1 STOP MOBILE. HE DROVE 45 MIN TO GET THERE TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR OWN GROUPON. HE HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Screen lasted almost a month. Even when we got it the front camera did not work. The guy (assuming he might be the owner because he seems to be the mature/oldest out of the three we encounter told us they’ll have a machine to fix that from China) When I went there the guy couldn’t do anything on my screen because he wasn’t the one I’ve dealt with. Everything works on my phone except the screen that they put.🤷🏻‍♀️ Now since it’s way past that 30 days I’m stuck with it. 😓

Had my iPhone 8+ screen repaired. Everything worked prior to going there just had a cracked screen. Left with a new screen that was no where near the same quality and the front camera and speaker didn’t even work. They refused to fix it and had to take it to Apple.

Well I had questions about a cell phone I had that was all broken and well be honest with you for the price that most companies on the charge you to fix a phone you be better off just go ahead and buy another one house a lot of those prices are just ridiculous ending unless you have an iPhone that you know cost them a bundle anyway I was just ingested just go ahead and get another one

On Friday afternoon Went to get my husbands IPhone screen fixed and ever since then the phone has a battery service problem and keeps restarting. Went back to the store on Saturday and was told that whoever fixed the phone didn’t place the battery back in correctly and they “fixed” it for me with no problem and very confident that they will resolve the problem we never had before but now it’s Sunday and the phone won’t stay on, says battery needs service and keeps restarting. Now he can’t use his phone which is very inconvenient. I’m rating 3 stars simply because they were nice the 2 times we’ve gone.

The young workers are rude and dont know what their doing. I only went in to change my cracked screen. When I got my phone back my phone only was working to talk on speaker. Three people came back with the same problem. Then I took it back and my camera is not working. I will update accordingly once if I get my problem fixed.

I came inside here upset because I knew I had to pay an arm and a leg for a screen repair. But this shop charges a reasonable price for their iPhone repairs. I also got new accessories for an amazing price too. The shop owner is friendly and is quick with repairs. He used original parts too so my iPhone is as if it came out of the box.

Got my phone here and three days later I came back to buy another one because he had reasonable prices and they were friendly and patient. When he told me he didn’t have any available and come back tomorrow I was skeptical but he kept his word and I was pleased. Highly recommended better then super fast cell !!!

The owner at the front counter wasnt rude but he certainly wasnt friendly either. He didnt seem to want to be bothered. It only cost $35 plus tax to replace my screen but now the screen is dull and has a green tint. Id recommend spending the extra money someplace else just as Im about to do.Updated: 10 minutes after I posted this review, Mike called me. He explained the differences and pricing between an aftermarket screen and an original Apple screen. He truly wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied and that speaks volumes to me.

Mike the owner is very polite and quick his staff included. They are very attentive and accurate, if they are not sure if the problem they take their time and figure out also to reasonable to pass up

Yes this place is cheap and fast but my husband went up there yesterday to get me a iPhone 6 and I loved it when he brought it home but I’ve come to realize there is definitely something wrong with the phone. Or the battery. It dies really really quick. It had 78 percent and five mins later it went down to 20 percent. I think he got a warranty on the phone so need to get that fixed. EDIT: I wasn’t posting this as a bad thing sorry you took it that way. Yes I will come up there whenever u guys open next :) what’s your next day that your open ?? Thanks . I think it does need a new battery. We can get it takin care of. Thank you

Horrible experience right after replacing my iPhone’s screen which never had problems before started overheating from the moment I turned it on so I call n they made me spend the money going back for them not to fix anything but wanting to charge more for a replacement

I broke my phone and saw that they were running a promotion for “any iPhone repair $35” ... I thought to myself this couldn’t be true because I have an iPhone 8 Plus and no way anyone will do it for $35.... but these guys are legit and it really was ONLY $35 and the phone is working perfect again

Do not do any business with these crooks . Took my phone in for a new battery and they destroyed my phone broke the case short circulated the mother board and took the earpiece speaker completely out of the phone .My phone worked perfect when I took it in for a battery and did not work when I got it back .in the process of seeing these crooks .I ended up having to buy a new phone . Unbelievable how crooks like these people are even allowed to do business.

The worst of places to carry your phone, you arrive with a problem and leave with a worse one. They do not know what they do, they advertise that for 35 dollars they fix the phone in my case, change the glass of the iPhone. They charged me 55 instead of 35 They left me the phone that cannot be turned on because it overheats. He had never had that problem until they changed the glass leaving the store began to overheat. I asked to speak to the owner and they told me that the owner did not want to attend to me, that if I wanted to solve my problem I had to pay another 35 dollars more. There are neither the workers nor the owner.
