Went to get custom doors done. Paid a 400$ deposit. Was told it was goimg to be 3 weeks. Its going on 3 months and there still not done and they refuse to give me my money back or even a finish date if they were even able to finish them! Bad business!!

Tony is you guy, had a great experience with him hooking up a new touchscreen radio, gave me a few pointers on my amp and sub I was in the middle of installing. Definitely getting future installs and some window tinting there in the near future!

I came in with a blown sub-woofer and Tony let me know what my options were based on the model of my car and what my listening habits are. He was really knowledgeable and didnt try to upsell me which is really refreshing. I highly recommend these guys!

Dont waste your time here. Very unprofessional. I brought my car in as discussed the day before and was told it would get taken care of. Once there I was told he wouldnt be able to get to it for about 3 or 4 hours. I canceled an appointment elsewhere to go to this shop (which Tony was aware of) and I could not leave the car, so he says hell call me when hes almost done and I can bring the car back in. 3:00 and noone picks up when I call and then hang up on me the 2nd and 3rd times. I finally get through on a second number and Im told weve been busy, you should have left the car, what do you want me do? Thats not how you deal with people. A simple phone call around 12 or 1 (which would have been the 3 or 4 hours he said he needed) to reschedule would have gone a long way. I shouldnt have to call near the end of the day to find out what happened. A big part of having your own business is how you communicate with your customers.

Horrible experience, LONG STORY SHORT ( If you know exactly what u r looking for and want them to do it for you and you guide them to do what u want then go to them but If u are seeking advice before installation or looking for some decent customer service post installation then DO NOT think about that place)...they are not cheaper than Bestbuy too, they both told me $100 but at least bestbuy is a corp so they will always treat u with RESPECTNOW the Long story...Went to them after I purchased my 1st subwoofer, it didnt fit my car, it was weak for my car cause my trunk is sealed, when I got my car back i didnt feel I installed anything LOL, But anyway they installed it so they can make the money, they should have told me this is not going to be good for your car, but they said so after they installed it, called them 2 days later and they guy was rude to me over the phone and told me I did what u asked us to do, I gotta go I am busy now, WOWThey charge exactly the same amount that Bestbuy Geek squad charge $100, but I wanted to give my business to locals.Had to go to bestbuy and pay extra $50 to remove the weak sub and reinstall a new sub and amp.Needless to say the guy lied to me cause he said no need to install a bigger Sub, its not going to improve the beat, OMG after I reinstalled the new one I can tell you I went to half the power so I dont crack my rare window.Also I HIGHLY recommend Alpine type R subs OMG really hands down
