Ordered a last minute delivery from Buds, Blooms & Beyond. From the start of my call this store was spectacular at helping me get exactly what I wanted. Helped with suggestions and also help me with what to write on the card. A few hours later, the person I sent the flowers to me sent a photo they exceeded my expectations and they were gorgeous. I will always be ordering from this store. Love that it is family owned. Let’s support our local family owned stores!!

I had my flowers as a gift and I want to tell you these flowers are the best that I have ever got from delivery flower company. As first they were delivered to my neighbor but it’s ok cuz they passed them over. Thank you ☺️

When looking for the perfect florist to make an arrangement that is just right, it can be quite a difficult task. I called Buds, Blooms & Beyond and spoke with Mary, and by the time our call had ended, I knew I was in good hands. Mary took the time to understand the event where the flowers were to be delivered, the occasion in which we were celebrating and most importantly the woman’ who would be receiving them. I told Mary “Let your inspiration flow” and she created us a masterpiece! The arrangement was incredible and really made a perfect surprise for my girlfriend, as it was delivered to a venue where we were enjoying dinner and a show to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you Mary and everyone on your team for this fabulous creation. We are both very grateful.

Fantastic Flower Shop!They have a good size shop with a nice variety of flowers, plants and nicknacks. The customer service is exceptional and they do an amazing job with the arrangements. The prices are reasonable. I asked for an array of cut flowers to take with me and I ordered a Thanksgiving Day piece. I expressed an idea of what I needed for my table and what they created and delivered was beautiful. This is my new flower shop of choice.

Great customer service. I placed my order over the phone with Bradley I wanted to send my Mother In-law some flowers. She received them today and she was very surprised. I called and spoke with Mary the owner just to let her know how satisfied I was with the beautiful bouquet and Bradleys great customer service. I highly recommend Buds Blooms & Beyond. Today is my ex-wifes 46th birthday. Weve been. close friends for 25 years, 15 of those years in a committed relationship, and we spent exactly one thousand days of those 15 years actually married. She knows me better than all others. I spent several hours researching florists and ended up calling six of them. My first choice and my 6th phone call was with Buds Blooms and. Beyond. Sherry handled my specific requests and.several last minute add-ons with unusually friendly grace and honest8 honed with humor and knowledgeable effeciency.. Im so confident I will be delighted with the result that I am revieing prior to delivery later today. I will add pictures post delivery.Pics added! Also this addendum: delivery driver Glenn was super cool about me having transposed two digits in the address and my ex-wife running late to meet him. Stellar service across the board and I couldnt be more pleased!

Bradley provided me with pristine A-1 service. I walked in needing a handheld bouquet. I wasn’t sure about exactly what I wanted but I explained to Bradley what I was looking for, and he designed something far more beautiful than I could imagine. The recipient (my lady) of the flowers was absolutely in love and has not stopped receiving compliments about the bouquet from the time she landed in Tampa from NY & during the short time she was here in Tampa & on her way back to NY from Tampa & even in NY on her way home. I have worked at a flower shop before so I have become very picky about floral design as I have learned to truly appreciate the art of floral design during that time frame. Bradley is truly and master at his craft... and has earned a lifetime client from this one last minute visit in which he was able to fulfill immediately. Bravo! I tip my hat to you sir!

My best friend is getting married today... and her flowers that she order 4 months ago didn’t arrive. In a last minute effort we went here to see if they had time to make a small bouquet. They didn’t call us crazy! The staff immediately grabbed some flowers, had her pick out what she liked, gave us a price and had it made within 30 minutes! I highly recommend Bud, Blooms and Beyond.

I welcomed a new grandson whos Daddy is a fire fighter. Buds and Blooms had the most adorable firetruck and designed a beautiful floral arrangement in the back of the truck. It was simply amazing!!! The staff made me feel like we had been long time friends!!

I have been going here for about 2 years now, they have never disappointed me yet. The arrangements are always stunning and beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered from them for our wedding and the result was breathtaking. I highly recommend them!

I called these guys Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and knew it may be too late for delivery.. But the staff took my order said theyd do their best to deliver the flowers before she left for work. Sure enough it was on time and beautiful, she loved it. She had been having a horrible week, so this definitively turned it all around. Thank you guys so much!

I have used Buds Blooms & Beyond several times now and they out do themselves every time. I am not good with flowers, and I usually just tell them what the occasion is, and how much I am comfortable spending, and they always make me look like I spent much more than I actually did. The flowers are unique and thoughtful, not just roses and babys breath which would be taking the easy way out. Also, it is usually short notice, and they have always delivered on time. I will continue to use them every time I have a need for flower arrangements and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ordered two corsages for a baby shower. They turned out beautiful. The employee was super friendly when I went to pick up the order. He went went above and beyond to make the corsages exactly what I wanted.

Called with a same-day order and received great customer service. They are friendly and took the time to listen to what the flowers were for and made their own arrangement based on that and a price range. It turned out perfectly. Highly recommend calling them and not just ordering off the website!

Great service and very very friendly on the phone taking the order they were very helpful and made several recommendations to choose from I chose the Dish Garden It was beautiful and my friend loved it. I have them on my favorites to use again.

Liked nothing today about this florist. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife 50th, and what was delivers was an utter mess. It looked as though it was just thrown together. Honesty I could have given tree branches to a kindergartener and gotten a better result. It was nothing of what I asked for. I have used this flowerest for the last several years and never experienced anything like this before. Its obvious there is a clear lack of design ability and management at this store. Nothing but excuses and lip from the staff when I complained. They attempted a replacement, but it was a half hearted effort at satisfying the customer. I asked to speak to the owned of the store, and evidently they dont know how to use the phone. There loss not mine. I know I will use another florist in the future. I probaley should have just went to Publix. I would have gotten a better result. Its shame there is such a high level of incompetence at this store. Good luck with using this florist, your gambling with your money.
