They are really helpful and kind.I was looking for a part and couldnt find anywhere.I went this store.Even though they didnt have the part in the store,they removed it from one of their locks and gave it to me.I really appreciated.

Make sure you are aware of their return policies before purchasing with them. I could have bought the same knobs at Amazon but wanted to support local businesses. After the knobs did not fit they charged a 25% restocking fee which was not referenced any where on the sales order or advised to me by the sales person.

I think I turned every door handle in here. None of them led to a secret room.But seriously, they helped me find what I was looking for.
