Would not recommend based upon the horrible experience I had yesterday. I walked in needing assistance on a kitchen remodel. I had measurements of my kitchen drawn on a piece of paper and advised the salesperson that I was not an artist immediately when I provided him with my paper. It was not drawn to scale or exact as that is why I was coming to them. If I could do all that myself I could have just ordered everything online. I also brought a video showing the exact layout of my kitchen, cabinets in order to help answering any. questions they may have. The salesperson was not friendly, kept telling me my measurements were wrong and was someone at the house that could redo them as there was no way there was an angle where I was saying there was. I showed him the video of the kitchen paused it on the portion in question and reminded him again I was not an artist but these were the measurements. (My husband did them and he is very percise). He proceeded to tell me there was no way this could be right as if there were 2 sides w equal length that angle wall was not possible. I showed him the video again put on pause he still said not possible and was speaking to me as if I was stupid and should understand basic engineering ( again if that was my background would not have come in for their help). He began to draw it to scale to see if he could figure it out. He became more agitated as he could not figure it out. When he was finally able to draw it as I was describing it he stated that my description was different that the drawing I brought in and I explained again I was not an artist. He made a rude comment and at this point I was so humiliated and embarrassed I picked up my things said Thank you for your time Sir and walked out. On my way out there was another employee sitting by the desk at the door and he looked and me and I said to him That was a horrible experience - he did not acknowledge me. I will never step foot in this establishment nor will I recommend it to anyone. As sad as it makes me to think, I have to wonder if my husband would have been treated the same way had he brought in the sane exact information. Sent a direct message to Bay City Cabinets via Facebook Sat morning and received immediate response that someone from the ownership group would reach out which has not happened

Wouldnt recommend them. Still lack of good cust service. Was in the middle of conversation when rep was pulled away to handle a phone customer. This was not the 1st time its happened. Went there last year for my house (this time was for someone else) and the same thing. Take care of the customer youre working with, the in-store cust. 15 minutes later he comes back. Too late. Another lost opportunity. Must be a cash cow cuz they are rude. They also keep advertising that they are overstocked with new cabinets but when we went there they didnt have any left, only had more expensive ones you had to order.

Someone PLEASE save us from their HORRIBLE commercials, especially first thing in the morning! So very horrible!

We have used bay city cabinets ( plywood) for many years. Personally,4 times, and recommending 5. However, this last experience has us hotheaded. We, and our customer we sent to you, are very displeased. I am embarrassed for recommending you, and we will not be using you any more. You have failed to do what was expected AND paid for. Tom has always been great, this time around. Nope. Installers were awful, one of my doors was on backwards, my sink is not centered below my window. Our customer just yesterday,had her last cupboard installled. She wanted pull out shelves in her cabinets,didn’t happen, a microwave shelf above her oven, didn’t happen (. Mind you, she is sick,and has cancer) This has been very embarrassing. And I will tell it to all the home owners we deal with. Get it together. And I only gave one star because I had to

I went in asking fir cabinet doors and they only thing the offered me was a $700 dollar pantry. The had tons of doors out front of many sizes for $5 each . They are either overworked or just jerks

We have seen the crazy commercials over the years and finally decided to go in. We have a rental property that had a leak and we needed to find replacement cabinets quick. When we first got there we had to wait a few minutes because everyone was with other customers but they said they would be right with us and pointed us in the right direction to browse. It was worth the wait. They have a lot of in stock cabinets that are already assembled and ready to go. There prices came in a lot less than what we had priced at a couple other places and we didnt have to wait or build them. We are very happy!

I would definitely recommend you check them out! I went into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted or could afford. I was greeted immediately even though they were very busy. The salesman was great! He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I now know what I want and am very pleased with the price. I will be buying from them!

I recently bought a bathroom vanity and counter top. The price was a lot cheaper than the other stores I looked at. They had so much to chose from. Our sales person was very helpful. I will be getting my kitchen cabinets from them next. If you want solid wood cabinets and to save money I would recommend you check them out.

Bay city has a nice selection of cabinets. The layout program that they have is amazing just give them a measurement of your kitchen area and they will put the cabinets in place right on the computer. They also have great prices and the quality of the cabinets are awesome not your home depot get wet and fall apart cabinets im talking real wood at partical board prices!!!

Love Love Love my cabinets! We replaced our kitchen and one of the bathroom vanities and had enough left over to do our master closet. Very happy with the quality and price. Had one cabinet door that was scratched and they replaced it right away.

I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen cabinets. This is the second kitchen remodel Ive done with Bay City Cabinets and have been extremely pleased both times. There was a little mix up this time, but with the help of George Q (my salesman) everything was handled to my satisfaction. Its really too bad I cant post pictures because the transformation is amazing..... I would highly recommend Bay City Cabinets for anyone looking to remodel.

I had to mark a star to be able to make a review but they do not deserve one star. Buyer beware some of Bay City Cabinetshave termites. I called Tom to let him know that we have termites in a cabinet we bought and all I got was, if we have a replacement we will replace it. If they did have a replacement we would have to buy trim and skins because that wasnt offered. They did not have a replacement anyway. When I let Tom know that we were going to take the cabinet down and take it to our pest control companies vault and have it gased there was no offer to pay for it or any other concern by him. We are now on termite watch in the other cabinets hoping that none of the others have any. News has it they have expanded there location to North FL and are transferring some of Tampas stock and termites to that new location. I really hope we wont have to termite tent our place due to their termite problem they clearly do not care to make good on any of it.

Not very nice to my wife. We needed a quote for some lower cost cabinets and they kept trying to tell her that what she wanted was not going to work because they didnt carry that size. They claim to have low cost cabinets, but kept trying to upsell her. We were rehabbing a mobile home, not the Taj Mahal 🙄 We bought what we needed elsewhere.

Super super nice very helpful always know what you need and if they dont have it they usually can get it fairly quickly I wouldnt go anywhere else for cabinets

Order was messed up from the start. We had to wait 2 extra weeks for all pieces to arrive. Microwave cabinet was bad and had to wait three additional weeks for a usable cabinet to be delivered. (It’s far from perfect as well, but I’ll work on it. I can’t wait another two weeks).I needed another piece of crown to complete all cabinets. After the mess I was put through, they still charged me full price and made me drive 45 minutes to pick it up. It’s warped pretty bad so I’m working on fixing that so I can finally finish my kitchen.The pricing is better than specialty shops and the big box stores, but you pay for in the end.

Im sure there must be some people who like your often obnoxious advertisements, but I have never used your services and will continue to ignore your business because of the inane commercials. It really demeans your company. Perhaps you could simply eliminate the a-ha-ha stuff at the end.

This is by far the worst cabinetry locale I’ve been to. You will be ignored, spoken to like you’re an idiot, and you will need to bring pliers to pull any kind of customer service out of them. A staff member might begrudgingly speak to you but good luck getting anywhere. I was extremely uncomfortable here as a young female renovating my kitchen and left approximately ten minutes after arriving. Look elsewhere. They do not want your business.

We purchased cabinets for an apartment complex. Tried to return same day and was told they couldnt be returned multiple reason that were all false. Then we were told we could return but a 20% restocking fee would be applied. Nowhere in the store is it posted there is a restocking fee. Then we were told by Rick in corporate that hes charging the fee anyway and too bad. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT GETTING EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND GET A COPY. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and Im a pretty reasonable person. Never again and I will definitely report to BBB.

I bought kitchen cabinets from them and am very happy! They are solid wood and saved me a lot of money.

Received the cabinets with plenty of dings and scratches right out of the box, and half the doors are mounted at different levels, or are crooked. To top it all off I received a piece of inside corner trim, rather than an outside corner trim. Unfortunately for me, I installed it before I realized I was missing the outside corner trim piece. when I called about it I was informed I could go drive down and pay for the piece they gave me by mistake, then I could drive over and pick up the piece I had already paid for! Between gas money and the $40 piece of trim I would be out another $60!! What kind of business handles their screw ups like this? Sorry we screwed up but were happy to let you pay for it!?? What a joke.

Kurt and his team at Bay City are the true professionals in their business. Great communication throughout our process, they have the best prices around and we really admire the fact they are LOCAL and have longevity in the area, unlike the big box stores.
