I like this store. There is ample parking and the store although smaller than newer Publix stores has been expanded and updated. Try the deli they have great sandwiches and salads to go.

Service was attentive and professional wine service. However, the Greek salad lacked flavor and overall was disappointing. Potato salad excellent. Our gyros were average. Hummus was ordinary. Overall the dining experience was good but did not meet our expectations.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Publix. I just love their deli, their bakery, and especially their BOGOs. Thank you so much for such a wonderful grocery shopping experience. And you have to try their sub sandwiches. They are delicious!

I buy groceries many stores and this location is my favorite one. First, the store is always very clean and have many selection, also an isle for international food ( Asian food, Spanish food...) and the fruit & vegetables, seafood, meats are so fresh and good quality. Second, The service is great, employees always happy to help you if you couldn’t find products. Specially the meat and seafood department, they are so friendly and smile anytime you ask for custom cut. Great bakery with fresh baked bread very day and many delicious cookies & pies. For the price, I think it’s fair price and they do often Buy 1 get 1, or some promotions. They also match price or accept other competitive coupons. Great place to shop for groceries, highly recommend.

Not the most convenient/well set up parking lot and the Publix bread selection and ethnic aisle is not as diverse as others.That said, Publix set such a high standard for grocery stores that its still above average.

Chris Knowles is the worst employee I’ve ever come across. He was so rude and didn’t even apologize when I expressed my dissatisfaction with him. I’ve been coming to this Publix for years and honestly, I expected better from this location. Hopefully he doesn’t ruin the shopping experience for other customers as well.

This is my favorite publix of all the ones remotely close or in Carrollwood. Its a superstore so it has everything you can think of, staff is friendly even when busy. Great for flowers too. Great location and easy to find parking. Recommend because its clean too.

I found Publix to have great service and great products.

It doesn’t feel good when your cashier doesn’t ask how you’re doing, when you just watched him ask the person before you (and heard him ask the person behind you). Ok, fine. I can live with that. But then he dropped my receipt on the counter just as I was reaching for it.Must have been an accident, right? I was courteous. I guess he didn’t feel the need to reciprocate. No matter; I’ll still spend hundreds of dollars there each week. Thanks publix! To be honest, the service at the Hillsborough location is better in my experience.

Amazing updated publix. Full bakery, and the deli offers a olive bar, salad bar, self serve hot bar, pre made sandwiches and dinner items, and each aisle is neat, clean and organized with friendly employees that will help you find what you need. Includes full pharmacy too.

Though it is impossible to give 0 or less stars to truly rate an experience I hope this review will open some eyes. Usually this Publix doesn’t disappoint but how the quality of an experience has diminished. It was so easy shopping here and like the slogan says “ where shopping is a pleasure.” Any linger this store has forgot what George Jenkins had in mind when he opened the first Publix. Customer is no longer the queen/king when they enter, just another distraction or burden. Baggers have become complacent with making it personal. The most recent and probably most serious is the deli incident.We ordered our sandwiches online and were excited to enjoy our favorite subs. The order pickup was set for 5:50. When we arrived at the time specified, the subs were not even began. We waited 20 minutes for the order to be prepared and all because of a simple substitution on one sub. We wanted turkey in place of the ham that usually comes on the sub. A simple request turned into a nightmare. The original sub was made by Michael. We talked to Michael face to face on exactly what we wanted, an American sub with turkey not ham. Upon returning home the sub was wrong. We got a sub that was ONLY ham with bologna. We called and talked to Bethany. She wrote down the order and apologized for the inconvenience and said she would make the sub again. I then wasted more time and gas to return to the store and walk away with the now “corrected” sub. Needless to say when I returned home the sub was yet again wrong. I was assured by Michael it was perfect. The sub this time contained the roast beef that comes with the sandwich and yet again, a nice slice of ham. Upon calling the store again I was fed the usual lines of “this is unacceptable, I’m so sorry” and “we will gladly make you another” I was promised my money back the next time I return.In short if at all possible avoid online ordering or ever just shopping at all at this Publix. I can not imagine how disappointed Mr. George would be to see a Publix disregard what he worked for so hard.

Really surprised at the chicken I got from there mist if chicken had breading off and the meat was tuff, did not bread the chicken right took a short cut..not happy at all I had to wait for it also thats what makes it so bad.

Bagging here is consistently awful. I often have to re-bag everything myself after painfully slow bagging. I use the reusable Publix bags and you would think they would be the easiest thing in the world to fill but they act like its rocket science. Today I had a bagger, first use a smaller Publix bags for the large family size cereal and when I asked him to use the bigger bags the put the boxes in sideways so that the box were causing damage to the bag and making it difficulty to carry. He put a messy bakery item at the bottom of a bag with no plastic to protect the bag then tried to put RAW meat in the same bag again not rapped in a plastic bag to protect my cooked bakery item from RAW meat. He also failed to even divide the frozen and cold food evenly and over pack one then put two small frozen things alone in a bag with bread, one of those things again was raw, frozen but raw. I am giving 3 stars only because every other aspect of this Pubilx if great. I will demand to bag my own stuff from now on. I done having to direct them EVERY time. Retrain your baggers because they are somehow supper slow and still awful.

This is my favorite Publix in all of Tampa and we pass two other stores on our way to this one but would never go anywhere else. The staff here are all so kind and friendly they always make every shopping experience a happy one! They are all so nice to my kids and my kids really look forward to going there to get their cookie and their sticker and say hi to the checkers who’ve become like friends. They also have everything in stock I ever need and a great selection of ethnic foods, cheese, wine, produce, and meat. Special shoutout to Vickie! She is literally the sweetest woman. Yesterday we had to stop at a different Publix due to time/location and my 3 year old said, “ Can we go to Vickie’s isle?” (Meaning at checkout) and she was so bummed when I explained Vickie doesn’t work at the Publix we were going to!

I have always loved Publix but generally felt on a limited budget It was not practical for me. I love the veggie deli subs and went in to purchase and found several 2 for one deals that gave me Publix quality at an affordable price. The deli subs are as good or better then any sub shop. Always fresh with the store as their supplier. I will start going back when possible. TY

I wanted a prime rib for New Years but none were out. The butcher came over immediately and ask what I needed and then knew to ask which part of the prime I wanted and ask if I wanted cut from the bone and tied. Very young man and really knew his stuff. Shopping at Publix is truly a pleasure!

Holy cow! This is a remarkable Publix!It has a “Northern” feel to it which is a good thing.Larger in size than most Publix with an open produce and deli area.Grocery shopping is grocery shopping, but I like this location.Take it for a spin. This might be your new favorite shopping spot.

I love this place. It is always clean and most workers are customer friendly. The parking lot is usually crowded, but I think that says something about the quality of the store. I absolutely love the BOGO specials and miss Jennifer on the pharmacy. She was friendly, knew the regular customers, professional and educated in all aspects of pharmacy.

First time in since the remodel and I completely love this place. The new Publix is now awesome and I am going to make it my new go to shopping center. I love the layout and the new look. Plus this store has a huge selection of items, a sitting area to enjoy your lunch and a great deli area and warm food selection!This is a fantastic Publix and I cant wait to start going to it more often.Great job Publix, love this place now.

Always friendly service but seems backwards to me sometimes when I come into this specific Publix.Friendly & helpful staff though keeps us coming back for more (with a little bit of help from the good produce, steaks & other great food selections lol)

The staff is super attentive but not obnoxiously so. Theyre always super fast about checkouts even late at night and they never seem to be in a bad mood. Robin is probably the most cheerful cashier Ive met here. Highly recommended!♡

I love Publix!!! Great selection in the deli, meats, seafood & prepared meals. This was my 1st time at this Publix, but most of them are laid out the same. I didnt have to wait in line. I also like the fact that they hire special needs personnel.

This Publix has so many things to chose.On the downside there were no hand sanitizer at the front door. Even before COVID they had some at the front door.
