Good store, but I will say that it is really annoying that they are so slow to take down sale signs. More than once I have brought up an item and the price was completely off. When bringing it up I am told that I am wrong.

I love this store!!! It is clean and smells good! Staff are dressed appropriately and very helpful! The store itself is quite large and has an international section, plus a cooking school! The last time I was in this store was just before the pandemic started. I live a fair distance away but will make an effort to shop in this store again as often as possible!

I really like this location. Ive never had a bad experience, and the team is great. Im shocked that a few of the cashiers even remember my daughters name and are always pleasant when she asks for a sticker (politely or not, ha!).

This location is set up completely different than over a dozen Publix stores Ive shopped in Tampa, but I found everything eventually. They had everything in stock I needed, except for the cat treats. Checkout lanes were set up differently too, but I did not have to wait. Different, but still great. Thanks, Publix!

Just dropped by for a few things. It was just like any other Publix visit but the parking was better.

Everyone at this Publix is very helpful besides the bakery. The bakery does not acknowledge anyone who stands at their counter. They do not make eye contact with customers and completely ignore them. No other department at this Publix behaves this way. The male manager in the bakery behaves the same way, perhaps that’s why everyone in the bakery act this way, because they don’t know any other behavior and believe this is appropriate behavior. I reached out a year ago, I walked into this store today and continue to be ignored.

Shopping here is a pleasure, but youre going to pay for it. I only come here for specialty items, like their bakery and the carry a good selection of vegan products. This Publix in particular has a better selection than some of the others in the area. I dont know why, but this the only Publix--and there are three in the area--that carry vegan fish.

Publix is amazing. The variety of fruit and vegetables is incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful and all around the store. Anything I need I can find there.

No express lanes open at all. Have to wait on lines filled with customers making large grocery purchases.Only two registers and both are packed.Im purchasing one item and have to wait about 15 minutes to check out.Poor scheduling. Poor management. Disgraceful.

Standard great Publix service standard. Seems a bit better stocked than the average Publix. I specially go there as its the only one with bulk Brussels sprouts, other produce great also. Attractive inside and out, not just a plain building, shade tree parking possible. A top notch Publix in a highly competitive environment.

They always have what I need. And they have a D.M.V. kiosk so that you can register your vehicle in the store. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give six stars, I would!

The deli department is phenomenal. The sandwich situation is lackluster and most. This is my main store and Ive always been happy here. But Ive never been disappointed like I was with the sandwich section tonight. Especially with Alex.I am a big family of five boarding sandwiches and he thought it was more important to talk about joking and bs stuff then to help a family out of five and half of our orders were wrong. Due to the fact that I went to the westchase one and I will never shop there again over multiple online orders I decided to go here and order in person. Took 45 minutes to order my food for my kids

Bakery customer service is the worst and unfortunately it starts at the top with management. The male manager of the bakery is dismissive and unhelpful, literally walked away when I was mid sentence. It is such a shame. I hope someone reads these reviews and understands the importance of good customer service.

I just walked into the citrus park store on Gunn hwy and was told I was too late to get a shopping cart! An employee right up front told me the store was busy due to storm coming and that the carts were all being used. There were several in the parking lot available to retrieve by the way...it’s just raining a little. This store has some really rude employees which is so unlike the Publix that I come to love. The upper management should know that I choose not to shop at this location because of this.Miriam

Its clean, always stocked, the staff is exceptional. Its my favorite Publix, hands down.

Publix is awesome in general but something cool this one has is a machine that you can renew your vehicle registration. Super convenient if you cant wait for it in the mail!

I’m taking some time to share an awkward experienced I had yesterday at public with both cashiers Vincent and Tim B.As I’m checking out, my newly debit card pin # was incorrect. After several attempts to try to make the card approve the transaction I’ve realized I had to move on and so, I’d advised the cashier, Vincent, to please cancel the purchase and since he didn’t had the rights to do so, he asked Tim B to assist him to cancel the purchase. Tim B made unnecessary comments “all of it?” and his reaction was very unpleasant towards myself and my family. Vincent was supportive to Tim’s behavior toward us and increased our inveresement.I went to my vehicle to figure out what has just happened and called my newly debit card and created my pin #. So I went back to the store and approached to Tim B register, I’ve noticed he had a go-back cart with the bags I left behind and I asked for his name and he asked me is I wanted to speak to the store manager. As I waited by Tim’s register, when the store manager met up with me, the manager was so understanding and humbled that I could feel he wanted to reverse back in time to make our experience felt right. He asked to check me out at the customer service register but I decided to proceed with Tim B. I was able to check out and l left the store with a bitter taste.But overall this experience, I would like to advise cashiers to be Understanding and to be Courteous at ALL TIME even if the payment method didnt work, it could be several reasons why, so please focus on the customer and not on your on judgement.

Just about everyone working and shopping were very rude. The store did not have what I went there for. It has been a long time since I been to this store. Now I remember why. I will choose the one on Hillsborough or Erlich any day over this for my publix needs.

The deli area can have great service or be horrendous depending on the day. I usually have a good experience but yesterday wasn’t one of them. The take out order was wrong and the attitude of the person behind the counter needed to be adjusted.

Great flower dept. Always have a large balloon selection. One stop shop when your in a hurry.

My shopping went well as usual. When I was checking out I was about fourth in line. A Publix employee, Kelcey took notice and without hesitation opened another register helping to reduce the number of people in line. As I was checking out, Kelcey maintained a friendly and helpful attitude. Its people like her that make Publix what it is, a top of the line store.

This is one of the older Publix. The layout is a little off from what Im used. However the staff and store are like all the rest, helpful and clean.

Great staff and management. Always clean, and staff always helpful and courteous. However, 4 stars because people are allowed in without a mask and that’s a bummer. Publix should mandate that all guests wear them.

The Publix on Gunn is great. It is convenient, plus it has all the items that I want and need. The customer service is fantastic. It was raining cats and dogs after I had completed my shopping recently and one of the manager offered me an umbrella and said if you ...get your car and back it up, well put your groceries in the trunk. I got a little wet but was very grateful for the help. Thank you very much. Nuff respect.

Tonight stopped in with my 3 yr old and 5 yr old. It is always an adventure taking them. Amy Jo was wonderful. It started to storm and rain was coming down fast. She and other staff gave customers umbrellas and ponchos and were just amazing. She helped me to watch my kids while I ran to my car and pulled it up and she even helped me with holding umbrella over me while I was able to get kids and groceries in the car. Such an awesome experience to know people care when you have your kids with you and shopping is not usually a pleasure. It always is at Publix though and I hope the supervisors see this and give that girl a well deserved raise/bonus. 😊
