This is a fabulous grocery storm. It is clean and safe and they have good staff. Their produce is always delicious. I also like their bakery a lot. You can get good meat and seafood here along with regular groceries!!

Publix for the most part always has great customer service and have a wide variety of product. Good sale prices and BoGos. This Publix used to be my go to Publix all the time but have had a couple of really rude associates here so decided that I would no longer shop here unless I couldnt find a product else where. I always liked this store but when the new 1 opened in the village something happened to the customer service level of the 1 in North Point and it has never really returned to the old great customer service store it used to be. For the associates to speak rudely to customers and not be helpful or point to where am item is, is something I never saw at Publix before this. Hopefully they will change or have classes to retrain the associates on how to give good customer service.

Went to my normal Publix on Ehrlich and Lynn Turner but absolutely no parking since most of the lot was blocked off for repaving so I drove up to the one on Dale Mabry. Such a nice, clean store. Fully stocked and the cashier and the manager who bagged my groceries were so nice. Not as close to me as my normal Publix but was very impressedThanks for making Shopping a pleasure.

Years ago this was my least favorite Publix. Now its my favorite, the staff are so friendly & helpful. Really easy location too get into and out of. They also have a good solution, more than the smaller stores in Carrollwood.

Been shopping at this location now for 15 years. I am what you call a frequent visitor as I normally only visit the grocery store when I need something or when I know the store will be closed the next day. Management has always been receptive to inquiries about products, special request orders, and even complaints (yes, we all have them sooner or later). The staff at this location is like family because I see many of the same faces over-and-over, enabling me to get to know people on a more intimate level. Staff is always very helpful. Product qualities seem to always be available, regardless if there is a special or not. Of course, Publix does have scenarios where our favorite products are discounted - thats always a huge let down! But, its out of the stores control, so we find alternatives or other competitors with the product or better alternative.If I need to come up with this location its the crosswalk entrance near the Spectrum store. Too many cars speed through the stop signs or stop prematurely to the stop sign and then drive through it. There needs to be more safety around this area for pedestrians; especially if they have small children, health conditions, or arent moving fast enough for the reckless drivers.

Visited Deli Dept. Force ft long sandwich. Never got the order fixed so had to wait. We called it in. But the sandwich was great and made well. People were nice

This store needs to be remodeled.Always low in stock. The growth in this area needs a bigger market

Staff was very rude, no greeting upon check out and then was scolded for choosing the express lane with 11 items instead of 10.

Im there once or twice a week grocery shopping. Have used the pharmacy for 20 years. Always clean. Always helpful and friendly faces in every department!

This store is the best Publix hands down! Everyone is so ready to assist you with a smile on their face. It is so clean and smells good too! Everything is so nice and neat, not to mention they had everything I came there for. Unlike some of the other stores that looks like they need to go grocery shopping cause their shelves are empty. Whilst the area Wal-Marts are overly packed to the point I couldnt get out of my car for my anxiety was over the top I decided to drive to the next and as I pulled in and realized the 2nd Wal-Mart I chose was overly packed I noticed 4 cars at publix and went in and walked whole store gathered what I needed and was out all in about 15 minutes. Well worth the extra 8miles of driving to just getaway from all the crowds.

The friendly people that meet you at the door with a nice clean basket to go put your groceries in. A lot of nice items that are on discount displayed for your convenience. The produce department looks terrific I want one of everything just joking. Then I go by the meat department and everything looks like its just been put up. Past experience everything was fresh. I like the baskets cuz theyre a lot smaller and easy to maneuver around check out was a breeze thank you for the experience.

As a previous Publix employee & someone who has many family members who have & continue to work for Publix I am in shock over how poor customer service is. You are BLESSED if anyone greats you, even managers, I am really not sure if the 10 feet 10 second rule is still a thing? When you’re checking out you hear the cashier & bagger talking/complaining most of the transaction, which was unacceptable when I worked here. I feel bad for anyone who actually needs help out to their car, because that is not a thing at this store- you’re just sent on your way. I will say the store is clean. I’ve stopped making Publix my go to for my usual grocery shopping in general.

The store itself was fine but the check out experience left a lot to be desired. As a previous Publix employee I hold my standards of customer service from these stores pretty high. Tonight was one of those nights when the staff didn’t seem to have it all together. Kelli was helping me with checkout and missed every opportunity to engage me as a customer. After a strange staring contest I finally said hello and asked how she was. When the total came up I attempted to pay with my phone assuming they accept Apple Pay (they don’t), Kelli was too busy doing anything but helping me. I finally told her I was unable to pay the total. She then proceeded to interrogate why I could not pay. This is very embarrassing and should never be asked. Finally after having her take off the item I couldn’t afford with what cash I had I paid and that’s concluded my experience with the staff with no offer of any help. This puts a serious damper on my love for Publix. Will not be shopping at this location any further.

Just like almost every Publix this one is amazing. Quick fast easy to use Pharmacy. They have an amazing Bakery section with fresh baked breads and Treats. But my personal favorite is still the deli!If you are into healthy eating the GreenWise section has been expanded in recent years and is almost always not too much more expensive than traditional food options. This Publix has an excellent selection of organic grocery items.

Let me just say I LOVE PUBLIX!! But they really need to work on their workers speed in the Deli department. They are way to slow, especially on the weekends when they are really busy. 30+ mins waiting in line to order lunch meat is a little crazy!!! Normally I order a head of time online just avoid this wait, but sometimes I just cant do it online, and have to go to the store... Please Work on there Speed!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I was taken away by how friendly and informative a particular employee was today! Andrew at the seafood section worked with my girlfriend and I to ensure we were content with our purchase, as well as educated us about how certain fish needs to be treated a certain way to be edible raw like in how sushi is prepared for example! Probably saved us from food poisoning! 10/10, always seem to have great service at this location!
