The customer service here was great! They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and discount it because they were out of the Publix brand.The food is also great! I had the Buffalo chicken sub with lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles with Potato wedges on the side. Everything was very yummy and chicken was super crispy! Would definitely get it again.

Disappointment. I have pre order medium tray of Popcorn Chicken 2 days in advance only to find out at the time of pick up that they never processed the order. I was even questioned if I show up in the right store until I showed them copy of the order. Needless to say that was the time manager started cooking my order. Nobody ever admitted that they made a mistake, playing like they are working on my order in the back. Presentation of the order is also far from what was before. You get big black box instead of the tray I did receive before. So now I need to go back to my house and arrange it on the tray to be able to serve it to the guests. Im not sure if that is just this location or the trend with the Publix stores.

Nice place to shop, my only constant complaint with the Publix chain, it’s too expensive. There is no reason to mark up products, same items one can get anywhere else at a lower price. No reason but greed!

This Publix store is very clean. If they dont have a product they will order it for you. They have very good variety in their bakery and deli. Theres subs are amazing as well as their fried Chicken!

Love this store! Always clean and always friendly staff to answer questions and help out in any way. If you dont experience this, it probably means someone is just having a bad day or received some bad news like you and I do from time to time. Theres 3 exits which I find refreshing because most shopping plazas these days are simply a maze to get in and out. This store always has a great selection on anything you would expect from a grocery store. The deli is great and their cooked chicken wings are some of the best in my opinion. I will continue to shop here and I recommend it to everyone.

This is my neighborhood Publix. I love the store. Wish it was a newer and larger store. Id probably go more often.

Usually good but out of several items. Gallon size organic 2% for example. Not the first time either. Also they decided to stop carrying the Popsicles in a bag for some reason.

Smaller but nice store. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Clean and well stocked. BOGOs everywhere. Great location near neighborhoods and expressway.

This Publix is horrible. Rude workers put change or receipts on counter. Dont carry a lot of items others do. For example like 12 grain bread. Wont special order. Deli is out of items often.

Ive been shopping this publix for approx 10 years . In this time I have seen the deli dept. Steadily decline . Sandwich orders consistantly wrong . Dont bother putting anything in special orders . They dont read them .I have even been given the wrong deli meat .staff in deli is rude and just doesnt seem to care .

This Publix is pretty straight. I dont go here often but I did stop here that day and in Publix fashion everything was pretty good service and food.

The Best Publix I have ever been to! I was so impressed with the various products that they had in stock and the presentation was immaculate! But what was even more impressive was the customer service! EVERY employee greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed assistance. In times like these it is nice to know that the work Ethic is still strong and people still care about people! Fantastic job and kudos to the entire Team! Pretty decent publix, doesnt have the same variety as some of the larger ones but the people are always friendly and its always clean and stocked.

Always have good shopping experiences at this store, but the pharmacy is terrible, one of their male pharmacists very impolite every time when I refill there.

Worst Publix deli I have EVER been to. I showed up 10 minutes late to pick up my deli order and the person at the deli only started making them once I got there. Didn’t acknowledge that it was late, didn’t say anything just casual like I wasn’t still waiting for my order 30 minutes later. I hate complaining but when I plan my home life around certain times..I need to be home man not sitting in a Publix with anxiety about how late I’m going to be to get to where I need to be.

We visit this Publix on a regular basis. My husband purchased 2 grouper filets yesterday and we went to cook them tonight for supper. The smell nearly knocked us over. They were supposed to be fresh and there’s no way they could have the worst stinch after 1 day in the fridge. Never again we’ll go to Cox’s from no on. Waist of money

Staff very helpful and friendly

This Publix doesnt carry items that other Publix stores do. Their entrance is not as welcoming as other stores (season decor) maybe because they are a smaller store. Deli has improved, especially attitude of the employees. I will shop at another Publix before going there, even if its farther away. I only go to this one for quick needs like milk, bread and Rxs.

Ive been here a dozen times between 12 and 1 looking for a hot deli meal. Never any chicken strips unless you want $8 bucks worth of the dry garbage at the bottom of the pan. In fact, most of the deli food is completely empty besides sandwiches. Worst publix deli Ive ever seen. Not to mention the attitudes from their deli employees especially that one lady, she knows who she is. Other reviews have mentioned her as well. During lunch, maybe try having some food for sale... at the deli....

Fantastic customer service. Large, organized store with banging ethnic aisle. Too bad Publix Corp has acted like trash recently. But I can’t hold that against the fine employees.

Ordered one sub & one wrap online for pick up. My husband waited for over 20 minutes after our pick up time & they still were not ready to then find out the bread he requested for his sub was out. Incredibly rude to my husband & talked down too him. My husband & myself are previous Publix employees (along with many other family members who worked & currently work for Publix) which does not make us special but knows the standards that are expected from a Publix employee. I cannot get over how their customer service has gone down hill over the years. Just a reminder why I refuse to do my normal grocery shopping with Publix.

This a great Publix with friendly staff. And while it can be busy, its not nearly as chaotic as the South Village/N. Dale Mabry location on the other side of the Village. Since the pandemic began, I switched over to this location for that very reason, and have been very satisfied with their Covid precautions.

I have been frequently at this Publix for 12+ years and always clean, great selection and friendly associates. I was there today shopping and I love to sample the Aprons meals. Today I tried a really good one and Judy was the chef/preparer. It was delicious and she was so happy reading about a review a customer had written about her. Her smile was so beautiful!! I review a lot of places and sometimes forget the places I visit nost often. Judy has been there a long time and sweet and helpful as possible. I want to thank her for every time she has helped me and especially today when I wanted to make the salad recipe from Aprons Meals& sadly the cucumber selection was not good. When I asked her if there were any buy her counter, she gave me what she had left after making the meal. So kind and thank you much 😊💕

This is probably the smallest publix Ive ever been to. It only has one door for people to enter and exit from. All of the employees were very nice though and the store is most likely not to blame for a lot of things being out of stock

Went in to Publix today for a quick shopping trip, while there, an elderly man fell and hit his head. Employees were the first on the scene and knew exactly what to do. It makes me very proud that Publix requires all their employees to be CPR certified. And Im happy to say that because of their quick actions and amazing diligence, the man left for the hospital in stable condition. Wonderful location, wonderful employees!

Great store. Always a wait in the deli. Not long though if you put in your order and shop. I suggest using the call ahead option on the phone app. You just walk in and get it sitting there with your name on it. I usually get the philly steak and cheese sub so they always need a bit more time with that one. I just walk around and chat with Todd if I see him. Hes a nice manager and always asks if he can help me with anything.

Associates are so friendly at this location. They actually make shopping easier and I never have felt as if I was an annoyance when asking where items are.Thank you for being a great place to grocery shop!

Publix is always net and clean. Great customer service even though when you work for them and dont want you to speak Spanish unless you speak with a customer of course as their convenience. Its not an inexpensive place but you can find a bit of everything.

I AM TYPING THIS REVIEW FROM THE TOILET, AS I HAVE UNCONTROLLABLE DIARRHEA DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF PUBLIXS EMPLOYEES. This is one of the newest Publix stores around Tampa, so it looks very nice and clean. However, they must not care about food safety at all. I purchased a Haagen-Dazs Dulce de Leche pint, ate some of it, and immediately felt ill. Then I realized that this pint was left to melt completely and then re-frozen before my purchase. There should be no reason, except greed, for a company like Publix to put back melted ice cream in the freezer for re-sale-- god only knows how long the ice cream was out of the fridge, surely long enough for the dairy to turn dangerous. Dear manager, please instruct your employees not to put back ice cream returns or melted ice cream. This is a disgrace.

The staff is cruel. Terrible. The lady at the liquor section? I was counting my change and she interrupted me mid sentence to take the man behind me.I was .30 cents short of a meal at the sushi section and the elderly cashier treated me like a 2nd class citizen.No kindness and HORRIBLE customer service. I never want to go to this location again. The staff is rude in general, all except a few people. Burn this place. It’s not a good location.Even the Publix in Plant City has friendlier staff.That elderly cashier also didnt know how to do 2 tenders. Which is a vitally important part of operating the register.

Hands down the worst publix in all of central Florida. The employees actively run away from you as you are seeking assistance. The store was seemingly laid out by a monkey. Finding anything here is harder than locating the holy grail. In short, this store is simply an apalling place if you dont do your shopping here extremely frequently.

I went to this place for convenience, but the service is terrible. I have had many bad experiences there. Today I asked for 20 pieces fried chicken wings and when I got home I realized I had only 16. They need to do a pre employment math test to their employees. Im not going to get back to claim my already paid chicken wings but I have time for a review.

Like some others have stated, the Deli area is SERVERLY lacking. Rude workers, I feel like Im bothering them asking for anything. The big black girl, and the old Spanish lady are the worst. Hot food is always missing, constantly out of things. Staff should seriously be reviewed, otherwise your business will be given to the publix off gunn 2 minutes down the road.

I really do not like this publix store staff they are not helpful and rude. I see staff standing around on their cell phones if you are looking for something you have to find someone hiding on their phone especially in produce and they act like you are bothering them. Most of the time I will drive further to the Gunn Hwy store instead that store knows what customer service is about publix you may want to do a little recon on this store.

I went in yesterday and I got horrible service .. I also paid in the self checkout area and purchased ONE item that was $6.49 and they charged me $54.66 which makes no sense.
