This used to be my service place and the Dealership I bought my F150 platinum. The last three times, I’ve spent over 3 hours waiting. 3+ hours to change two tires, I waited 3 weeks for these tires and I had to call only to find out they had EIGHT tires in stock. 4 hours for an alignment and for them to find a leak in one tire. Previously, 5+ hours for an oil change and auto butler. No matter what you’re getting done, it’s an all day affair. Now I know why everyone says to go to Brandon Ford. Also, there are black ants crawling all over their waiting room that I have to keep flicking off my arms and legs.

Good service....but they said I needed shocks and struts...my personal mechanic said no. They were trying to get me to buy new ones for $1,000. I called AutoZone, they said they are trying to upgrade a sale for their pocket. I am a little upset over this !!! They have always treated me good, but why take advantage of a woman ??? I work hard for my money. They are always helpful though, and they always took good care of my car I will be more careful next time !!!

Wouldve given them 5 🌟 except I was there twice in a week and both times I was asked if Id like a car wash after my truck was serviced big times i said yes, 1st time it wasnt done and I said to heck with it Ill let them do it when I come back in 2 days. 2nd time after getting keys to my vehicle and finding my unwashed vehicle, I returned inside and questioned them why do they ask if theyre not going to do it? I was apologized to and they said theyd run it thru right away if Id like to wait a few more minutes and naturally I said sure. Well 28 minutes later guy pulls up to the door with my dripping wet dirty truck, yep thats it time to go home.

I had a 10:30 appointment, I didnt leave until 12:45. Two and a quarter hours for a simple oil change. Its stayed parked all that time except for the last half-hour. Dont think Ill be back

I had an 8:00 AM oil change appointment and I noticed that by 8:30 my car had not been moved to the back so I went inside to remind them. At 8:45 I again had to go in and tell them my car still hadnt been taken back. A gentleman, who I presume was the manager, came and told me someone had his keys and he couldnt open until 7:30 and there were other appointments ahead of me. I wouldnt have minded the wait if someone would have informed me of the delay.

The work was done in record time. But, the Elder Ford Service Department across the street from Quick Lane is more welcoming.

Had my Camry repaired at Elder Ford Collision Center. It was not far from being a total loss. Wayne and his crew repaired it and it was perfect. Wayne went above and beyond to have it done in an acceptable time frame and to like new condition. He was the consummate professional. Excellent job Elder Ford Collision Team!

Took forever and we ended up spending almost 500 between free oil chance and quick maintenance...

Very polite manager and mechanic. Car definitely runs/hums better.

Order your own parts parts from them, then have them fix it b/c if they get the parts for you, something that costs $75 they will charge $128

Elder Ford has always had good customer service. Since I bought my Ford I get it service at Ford’s quick lane. I’m always fortunate to get Lee as my rep. She’s the best and keeps the waiting room / office area will good vibes. She always has a smile on her face and a very positive attitude. She’s the reasons I make a 45 minute drive from Pasco. Other service places I’ve been to has no comparison of satisfaction as I get at elder Ford quick lane. most of satisfaction is because Lee is always here with answers to any and all questions. Thank you Lee for being awesome !!!!

Would have given 5 stars but they seemed understaffed and appointment ran late.

Top notch service, clean, always attentive, I recommend if youre in the area and need some maintenance done right. Obviously, they mostly do Ford maintenance but, Ive been bringing my Nissan Pathfinder here for months and always feel comfortable to that theyll do a good job. Plus, youll get a free car wash if you want, which is a nice touch!

My 5,000 miles service completed by Elder Ford Service Department was beyond outstanding which was orchestrated by Lee my Service Rep.

Got oil changed here can do better elsewhere personnel are great here though.

Mechanic crew tend to be forgetful; however, counter service is always friendly providing quality service.

Brought my car in to get the works done. Afterward the Bluetooth wouldnt work. Scheduled to get it fixed and then on that day they wait 40 minutes to tell me, oh wait the guy who can fix this isnt here today. And they cant promise me that it will be paid for even though clearly they messed something up with it back when I brought it in. Now going on 2 weeks with no Bluetooth access because of their mistake which they likely wont own to and I still have to reschedule for probably two weeks out from now just to get it fixed. Absolutely terrible customer service.

As one expects in todays highly competitive business environment for automobiles and light trucks, the environment was very accommodating. Clean waiting areas with TV and comfortable seating and even a room with cubicle desks where one may conduct business while waiting. The dealership paid for a Lyft to get me home as I was having service work above my oil and filter changed. The experience would have been perfect if had not waited for my vehicle to be Brought around to the front for 20 minutes.

Greatest breakdown experience ever! I broke down and got a tow to Elder Ford Quick Lane. They fixed my car and had me out the door in 2 hours. The bill was $100 less than what was quoted on the phone. I worked with Joe and Alexis. They were very friendly, professional, and prompt. I recommend this place to anyone - especially if you need a quick repair turn around at a normal price!
