I used to come to this shop for years and now I started to look for a different one because the prices are going crazy with the new management. Not like it used to be when the owner was there.

Reasonable value and price. Ive had two vehicles repaired and maintained at both locations. They warranty parts as they should . The only thing I needed done they said they couldnt do at the south location is transmission fluid service even though it was advertised on their front sign

My husband and I have been going to Jordan auto repair since 2008 both locations. The brothers that own the shops treat you like family and always do great quality work. As a female who knows little to nothing about cars I never feel as though I am being mislead about price or what needs to be done to my car. As long as these guys are in business we will not go anywhere else !!

This place supposedly replaced my alternator only to find out four months later I need a brand new one! They charged me $500 and now I need to get a new one. After reaching out to see if it is covered under the warranty they said they couldn’t find my paperwork. I rarely do Google reviews but it’s important for people to know how horrible this company is. I have to pay another $500 again to fix this with a better company. They lost a customer.

Ive been a loyal customer to this business for over 8 years. Last week I went in with two parts the tension pulley and the serpentine belt prior to getting my car towed which i had to pay out of pocket I called and asked how much to replace both parts Jordan the shop owner stated it will be $50.00 since I was bringing my parts in which cost me over $40.00 dollars. I get the vehicle towed and he stated he only quoted me for the serpentine belt I asked him how much more and he said he will let me know. They raised my car and told me I did not have to replace the pulley that the reason the belt was tearing and breaking was because I had an oil leak. Then he said it will be $140.00 I paid and left the very next day I went down the street with my car and the belt broke once again. I called and he sent a tow truck and told me i brought either the wrong belt or a defective one. I was charged once again $56.00 for the tow and a new belt. Yesterday 5/21/2020 my belt broke once again on my lunch break. I called and he sent a tow again before he sent anyone I sent him a text letting him know that if he was planning on charging me 3 times for the same problem to not send a tow and I will file suit. He called me today and stated it was the tensioner and asked for me to pay $180.00 $75.00 for the part and $105.00 for labor i sent him a text and asked for him to only charge me for the part and that i feel the labor should be for free since they are the experts and this was the third time in a week that this has happend. He text me back stating he put a new belt which means my car will again break down. I will be filling suit this is unacceptable and a rip off business and i cant believe they will treat a loyal customer and I brought in more then 6 customers to this shop over the years.

I have had two amazing experiences with Jordan auto repair. Both times I came to them with an extremely high evaluation. They not only provide real service, but give that added bit of customer service. Their pricing is very reasonable, and being loyal always help. This is my go to mechanic!

Always find a new problem even if you have to go back 2 or three times in the same day instead of fixing it right the first time.Over charges when the have to order parts. Charged $60 to replace the heater hose when its a $12.98 part and 15 minutes of work. On top of that they backed my parents van into something and refused to get the $1500 cosmetic damages fixed. Or at least make it presentable. If I could rate 0.2 stars I would.

When it comes to my car I am really careful about who touches it and I have always preferred Jordan auto repair over many other repair centers where they only know to replace parts and charge 5 times unreasonably. Jordan’s auto repair charges reasonable and at the same time gets the work done with good quality.

I wanted to share how happy I have been with Jordan Auto Repair. The service manager Fadi has always been upfront and honest with diagnosis and pricing. There is no better advertising than word of mouth,I was referred here from a co-worker,my family now comes too. From my first visit replacing my AC compressor to my oil change today.

Resonably priced. On time. Professional. They even used paper mats, to not dirty the car with oil on their shoes.

Very negligent. I strongly recommend against anyone trusting Jordan Auto repair with their car. I dont trust that the mechanics at this shop really know their cars. I lost a lot of money, time, and even my job after they ruined my car. I went to Jordan Auto repair (Busch blvd) with a running car to get a routine oil change, and after the oil change I started smelling smoke and experience a bit of overheating and having minor issues when starting car. I took back to them about two week later, and they recommended a full tune-up plus spark plug and filter change. After they were done with the services, they assured me the car runs better than when I brought it, but before I even left the parking lot, I noticed something was wrong. The mechanic did a quick inspection and insisted that the car would be fine. They assured me that any other repairs I may need can be finished later on. The car abruptly slowed down and stopped in the middle of traffic not more than 10 minutes after the tune-up. My neighbor looked at the car and found two spark plugs unplugged, but the car wouldnt start after we plugged them back. So I had it towed back to the place, and they told me my engine was dead. They offered to replace the engine for more than the car is worth, so I declined. I had someone else look at the car, and they told me that my engine might not dead and I that had a missing part (something Jordan Auto said they had replaced). I am now taking my car to more reputable mechanic to see if the car can be salvaged. I am wholly disappointed with the service I received from this place and I will not recommend anyone to trust their car with such *neglectful* mechanics.

The shop manager of Jordan Auto Repair on Busch is a very sneaky and is a crooked who will up charge you whenever he gets a chance. The workers are good but this guy Fattie is bad news. He will put this place out of business. I will take my business else where and tell all of my family and friends to not go back here. As long he is there me, my friends and relatives will definitely not go back.

I was forced to pay for the work before I could test drive the vehicle. They wouldn’t even test drive it with me until I paid. The alignment performed was completely unacceptable. After giving them two chances to fix the issue, I chose to take the vehicle to another shop... worried they may try to sabattage something as they were getting frustrated. I was also not able to inspect the used tire before they installed it on my vehicle. They installed a tire with less han 8% thread left. Completely unsafe. When I told them that this was unacceptable (even took them to the tire and showed them), they just said that it was a used tire and that’s what I purchased. They refused to exchange it for another tire or do anything about the issue. This is a very shady business, my car is practically new and they kept “finding new issues” after they lifted it. After nearly $500 for a basic repair, service was very overpriced and untrustworthy.

I went to Jordan auto repair on Busch Blvd to get my suspension fixed in the front and back and my car car ended up worst then when I brought it there. I found out the next day that I could of been killed because they didnt tighten my lugs backs on the left rear tire also ithd front suspension needs to be replaced entirely.. the are so lucky I didnt sue they asses because I got really sick and had to be hospitalized for something that wasnt related to my car and it was too late to sue them for negligence. But Im still searching now.

Son went to get tire patched. Tire still going flat. Went to different tire company to replace or patch. Found out this tire was never patched. Now his oil light is on. I checked oil level and their is no oil. After I had Jordan Auto repair do a oil change and spark plug change. I am starting to wonder what else wasnt done. I am not here at Advanced Auto to buy oil. I am shocked. They took advantage of a young man who works super hard to keep what he has.

They sold my daughter 4 used tires for my car. One disintegrated 1 other didnt even have dot information on it. 2 more were expired.At first they were great and worked to help her out. Then we began to notice that when she paid to have a repair, within a few days another problem emerged. 1 car had an oil change, 3 days later it wont start. 1 car had oil change, soon it needed a timing belt. She has put $1000.s into repairs on her 4wd suv. When we all said NO MORE, she has finally realized if you let them touch your car it will have trouble.

UNEXPERIENCED DISHONEST business.They promissed to replace wheel bearing assembly. They never changed the old ones and just added grease to it. And somehow managed to mess up the steering wheel too.I went there many times; business owner never there. I still have the receipt but there is no one to talk to.Terrible experience.

TERRIBLE!!!! I went in simply for a tune up. Not only did they put the wrong spark plugs in my vehicle to almost cause my engine to explode, they tried to give the car back to me in a worse condition than I left it with them. And they had the nerve to try and say it was another issue with the vehicle (a $2,000 by the way) to try and cover their own ass. Long story short after about 8hrs of back and forth( I now had to get my car towed because it wouldnt start, to get a second opinion from a reputable auto company) they saw that they didnt put in the right spark plugs and didnt do a complete job. So I sent it back to Jordans Auto Repair so they could fix their major mistake. I didnt receive an apology, a partial refund or anything. I could have been over two grand in the hole for a simple tune up. DO NOT GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A FOREIGN VEHICLE, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.
