Very nice advisors, great job by them, but the wait times are unfortunately rediculous, even if you have an appointment... Also I bought a new car here, and thee was trash under the seats when I got it home. Few Mt dew bottles a lighter and food wrappers... Yeah... So make sure they actually clean and inspect your vehicle. But with that said, weve bought 2 vehicles here, so far and will be back any time we need another.

Got my tires rotation and balance here cuz I got my vehicle here. Missing one of my valve caps and my center covers for the steel rims got damaged during service. One of the techs told me u know one of the wires are broken right cuz they forgot to put it back on and I had to go back. It wasnt broken because Im a tire technician myself and when I put them on they were just fine. So poor job performance. I hope sometime in the future I can change my rating of this place but they will get two stars for now.

Do not get work done here, you will pay considerably more than if you went to any other Honda dealership in the area. 100% worth the drive to go to Tampa or Westshore Honda. Brandon Honda wanted $500 to ATTEMPT to diagnose an issue with my car, and said I would have to continue to pay diagnosis fees if the issue wasn’t what they thought it was. This same diagnosis was free for both other Honda dealerships, and the cost to repair the issue was $700 less than what Brandon Honda quoted me.If you got a quote from Tom especially, call any other Honda dealership in the area and ask what the cost is for whatever you need and they will certainly offer you something much lower without even knowing the competing offer.

Slowest service ever. Pekham and Maddison are the best. They helped us get through so I could keep my physical therapy appointment. Pekham also made certain we recieved our car mat we were promised when we purchased the car. Love the car. Service needs improvement.The scheduling person needs to tell EVERYONE how long it takes for them to do a service (they do not even vacuum the inside).

I went for an oil change on Sunday. It took an hour like they said it would and they were wonderful. Nice clean area to wait in and the gentleman helping me was very accommodating. He parked my car right next to the exit door, which may seem like something so small but with twin toddlers with me, it was very helpful!

Had a problem with battery going dead, 1st time in had a problem getting it fixed but talked with manager and they got it ba k in and took care of problemquickly and professionally. Would highly recommend this place, they take the time to listen and bend over backwards to help get the problem worked out. Thanks alot guys and gals

Service was OK. Service advisor didnt readily review the service report without me pressuring him. I had questions about some settings on my vehicle too. He did help me and was knowlegable, but I had to push him for that too. A part that was listed on the report as $27.00, ending up costing me $41.00 at the parts counter. Didnt realize that until I got home. Also, my right front wheel was missing a lug nut and that was overlooked. When I got home, my boyfriend called the service manager and Rheemed him out, lol.

Ive used this service department since I bought my first Honda 20 years ago. The people there have always been helpful and friendly. Frequent coupons make regular maintenance affordable. Im not as comfortable with the sales department which is why I bought my last Honda at another dealership. I still bring it here for service though. Pleased with the service again today. Everyone in the service department was wearing masks and wearing them appropriately. I ended up sitting near the sales area while I waited. I was very disappointed that several people in that area were wearing masks below their nose and several others werent wearing them at all. I would have moved outside after seeing this except there are only 2 benches outside, they are not under any cover and it was sprinkling.

Cant say enough of about Brandon Hondas service center, specifically Seth and his team. I had an issue with some previous service done, Seth went above and beyond to rectify the whole situation. Lets be honest, you can sometimes pay a little more at the dealership, but Seth and his team are the reason why its worth paying more, because ultimately they backed their work. I highly recommend their Service department, Seth gave probably the best customer experience I have ever had at a car dealership, he truly heard my issue, and resolved it. 5 star service, he earned my business and trust- Thank you to the service team for their excellent service on redoing my air conditioning system.

My boyfriend had his car serviced their own Saturday and when he went back to Tampa he realized that there was a big problem with his steering wheel he had to call and schedule another appointment the next day when we got there on Sunday we had to wait for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the car or the problem fixed in this case the man apologize for the representative apologized but in my opinion they should have prioritized his car because they actually made a huge mistake that could have cost an accident. They there was no food to eat there was no drinks or anything which is weird because if you go to Hyundai in Tampa they even offer donuts and coffee while youre waiting there. I was not impressed with their service.

I had an appt, I blew a tire on the way and was going to be late so I called and rescheduled my appointment. When I arrived I was made to wait for 15 minutes before I was seen by a service adviser proceeded to speak with 3 service technicians about other cars before addressing my issue. When he finally returned to working on my issue, I was told a tire and oil change wouldn’t be finished until Monday morning. I travelled an hour for these services because they are free here with my lease warranty. When I rescheduled my service no one mentioned to me the service department was overwhelmed and would not be able to see me today. I am frustrated and very disappointed in the service department. Thai is my third bad experience with service or sales at this dealership.

Brandon Honda does NOT honor your appointment time even if you are here early and even if its the first appt of the day, its STILL first come first serve.UPDATE: It is good to know that Brandon Honda reads these reviews. In addition to the answer below I received a courtesy call where it was explained to me that even though my car was not out of the reception area in the order I arrived, they assured me my car was a priority going to the service bay because I had an appointment. This makes me feel better about their service.

Since my negative experience continues to get worst, I decided to share the details. I replied to their response by email as requested, and they didnt even bother to reply.Brandon Honda sent me several letters explaining that I had a recall, and if I chose their dealership, a free loaner would be given to me. I live roughly 45 minutes from their location. I decided to try and contact them to schedule a repair. Good luck. The service department rarely answers their phone, and has never called back after leaving a message. When I finally got ahold of them, they said that I would not be given a loaner, they dont give loaners. As Im staring at the letter they sent to me, clearly stating otherwise. After dealing with Honda of America to resolve that issue, my recall is scheduled for 02/16/21 at 10am. I take the day off from work, arrive at the dealership at 9:30am, and they tell me my repair would take 2 hours. I go to the nearby mall to wait, three hours later I get a call from my service writer. We ran into an issue, we dont have the part. Great, they still dont offer me a loaner, instead offering to pay for a rental car so I can finally go home and come back the following day. I wait in line at Hertz for an hour, get my rental, head home. All day 02/17, no call, no call backs, nothing. Finally around 5:30-6pm they answer. Your car is ready. I make the drive, grab my car. They took care of two other recalls. One of the recalls is my perfectly functional drivers window switch. I get back home, hit up a drive through, my window no longer works. What a great repair, nice quality control.Now I play phone tag trying to sort out my newly broken vehicle, for nearly 3 hours. She is still in her office, the manager is busy. Finally, right before they close, I get to talk to them. The only solution offered? We can send someone to pick up your car, so you dont have to take more time off work. Great, sounds reasonable. They will be out next Wednesday. Cool, so I get to spend a whole week with no window. Apparently fixing your screw ups isnt very important, you dont make money off it.I wake up for work this morning, 02/18. See my car in the light for the first time. The tech has gouged up my dashboard with a screwdriver, instead of using proper plastic trim tools. He has broken the clips that hold my airbag trim into the dashboard. He broke all the clips to my armrest, where it connects to the door panel... and GLUED it back in place. Now when I close my door, I take my door apart at the same time. Surprise, the super glue didnt fix it. 7:40am, I call the dealership again. Manager cant be bothered to talk to me. Service writer asks me to email them pictures, and says Ill be contacted. 5 hours later, I call on my lunch. They are too busy, they will call me back. 3 hours later, I call, they are too busy, they will call me back. I gave them 8 hours to make any sort of gesture, I give up. Now I have opened up an case through Honda of America for a second time with the same dealership.If you have any respect for your own time, or your own property, avoid this business like the plague. They do not care, they do not respect you.

Staff is always courteous, and technicians have a pretty quick turn around. Weekends are always really busy, so we usually avoid doing service on the weekends. Weekdays are usually a lot faster then weekends, but they do have a shuttle service if you are within their delivery radius. This last time I was there, I dealt with Ryan Foster as the service writer, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Purchased a used car from Stephanie Lugo. She was outstanding, matched me with the car I wanted and the deal was well within the range I had expected. She even got me out of a jam when I left my DL at the dealership and I had to fly across the country the next day, She got up early in the morning to bring my DL to the lot so I could get on my flight!! Came in for an oil change and a battery on my New Honda Accord with 1300 miles on it. Arrived at 8:45am and was told it would take roughly an hour and a half. I waited in the lobby until 12:25pm. I was told that since the battery was under warranty it had to be tested. 3 hours?!?! 🤨🧐 Close to 4 hours to change a battery and an oil change. UNACCEPTABLE! At the end was told that the manager had to sign off on the work performed so that was one of the reason for the long wait. HUH?? How far is the manager from the servive department that it takes them so long to find him for a sign-off. Smh Doesnt make any sense to me to have to devote 4 hours of my time for these simple jobs. First time ever in this service facility and hated every minute of it. Felt like the service department doesnt care about the customers time. I feel that if the customer waits all day for an oil change I feel like Brandon Honda Service Dept. would say OH WELL...or come up with different excuses. So.. if you have all the time in the world to waste this would be the place to do your service, if not then i would recommend somewhere else that can do it quicker than 4 Hours. 😠

I made an appointment for an oil change from an ad on Facebook where it says “We miss you, stop in for an oil change for $10 and get a free gourmet cup of coffee. “ I made an appointment a day ahead of time and am currently waiting and already not happy due to being told that it would be $17.95 due to “shop fees and tax.” This seems very misleading to me and untruthful advertising at best. So don’t be fooled by the AD. The coffee is basic type you put in the coffee maker for a single serving and taste like it is the oil from previous oil changes done here. Terrible taste. They only have sugar. I tried French caramel packet. Would not recommend it! Still not a bad price for an oil change, but should be up front on the AD instead of lying.

It took them from 1:17 to 5 pm to get a coolant flush done, advisor didn’t know how to communicate through out the wait. When I called the main service line, they put me on hold and then hung up. Worse service I’ve received and will be taking my vehicle to a different automobile service. Completely unacceptable.

Ive been here for an hour and a half at this point. Having oil change, tire rotation, and Tire Pressures Low dash warning re-set. The entire building reeks of grease/onion smell from the cafe (very unpleasant!), but its too hot and humid to wait outdoors. When I checked in, I made sure the technicians wouldnt be washing the car, as my experience with dealership washes has been less-than-ideal, and was assured no complimentary services are provided. Vacuuming the inside of the car is considered part of the detailing package. I got spoiled by Schomp Honda in Colorado, where the techs/advisors went out of their way to earn your loyalty, and little favors like that were often part of the service experience.
