Spent 15 minutes waiting for pro shop to be opened when an employee at the lanes said “yeah, he’s always 15-20 minutes late”… spent my $333 at a pro shop that was open when they said they were. If you’re too lazy to show up at noon, say you open at 12:30!!! Can’t deal with lazy people.

Dropped by on a whim while getting some practice in and explained to Luis exactly what I was looking for with respect to reaction down lane. He took the time to listen, made a suggestion and punched out the ball. His suggestion was spot on. I read all types of reviews on balls and would have never thought to go with what he recommended but I’m certainly glad I did. Very pleased. I’ll definitely return to spend some more behind the wife’s back.

The service was too bad, (bad experience).

I bought a storm phaze 3 and let me tell you the ball is great. Luis at the pro shop helped me out. He took his time to explain all the details. The fit was perfect. This ball at 15 pounds feels lighter than my old 13 pound ball because of the how perfect the fit is. I highly recommend Luis.

Great service and assistance from the store personnel. Answered many questions with enthusiasm and patience. Went to Dicks Sporting Goods first. They dont carry bowling shoes and gear at Dicks Westshore Mall in Tampa. Very disappointed in them with such a large store. We went to this shop and they had everything we needed at a fair price. Glad they were open and had what we needed.

Haven’t purchased a bowling ball or shoes since 2009, left everything for bowling when I made the move here and today went in to buy new stuff. The staff in there were so friendly and informative! I will be coming back to buy the next ball and extras! Thanks again for getting me set up!

This place is great. They are open sundays which is why I chose them and I drove from Bradenton. Picked out two balls and they had them drilled in 30 minutes and I was bowling. Great service and great knowledge and very friendly. Would recommend to everyone

Bought a ball from there pro shop and he drilled it wrong and even after I told him what I was looking for he sold me a ball that left me out my money and unhappy the guy running the shop said it was not his fault and even when I told him the ball wasn’t reacting or hooking enough he blamed the lanes and refused to give me money back for his mistake in drilling the ball to what he thought instead of just listening to what I ask for will never do business with him again buyers beware he tried to blame me but if you are running a pro shop you should know what you are doing so thumbs down never gonna go there again!!!!!🤬
