Do not buy Taylor equipment from TBS! I am a small business owner and have bought over 30 pieces of both new and used freezer/refrigeration equipment and have NEVER had issues with one like I have with the Taylor soft serve. They sold me a lemon, then wanted to charge a huge amount to fix it after it went belly up in a year. They did agree to swap it for another 20 year old lemon that lasted two months before it needed another expensive part. I have literally lost thousands to this company. I cant speak to their other services but I highly advise against a Taylor machine. Dont believe me... look up Taylor vs McDonalds.
