I would have given 4 stars because they sent me the wrong item but they more than redeemed themselves. I contacted them via email to let them know I had not received what I ordered. They responded within 24 hrs, apologized for the mistake and said they would send the correct item. True to their word I had the correct item within 4 days. The sign of great customer service is not how you treat customers when you get it right but how you treat them when you have made a mistake. Thanks Savemart!
