Great clean store and staff was super helpful and kind. Only lacking the one star because its of the smallest publix Ive been to so not a complete selection of everything you might expect. Overall great.

The employees are pretty helpful. The store itself has a pretty unique structure. The prices arent the best; however, they have a lot of fresh food at the delis.

Great Publix but the Deli staff needs some training, or at least the guy who handled my order yesterday does. Training on how to set cut thickness, how to read a scale properly and fraction to decimal conversions, how to bag cheese, how to communicate with customers would all be a good start.

This store is always perfect. Staff is friendly and the selection is great. The store is small and gets very crowded during rush hours.

Though small this is a very nice Publix. The store is extremely well-run and a credit to the management. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the butcher and seafood departments are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help and make custom cuts and orders. The store even being a smaller store has an extremely efficient check out crew moving people quickly and has very little wait at checkout. Items AR neatly organized on the shelves and the store is very clean. The deli section has excellent sandwiches and hot food. The bakery is definitely First Rate. The only issue is that during peak hours parking can be a little difficult. Overall an excellent Publix.

One of the best experiences every. I call my local Publix and the baker there, Jason is unable to make my timeline and he felt so bad he took the time to guide me to the amazing ladies here. This cake was amazing on less than a days notice, yeah less than a day. I called late in the day and it was ready in the morning. Y’all are amazing. Thank you for making me feel like the hero!!!

While shopping there just an hour ago to pick up some things for lunch. I went to check out and placed the basket on the express checkout line, seeing as the place to store the baskets is behind next to the cashier it seemed the right thing to do. The cashier (Lydia) then rudely says to me I see we are not emptying the basket....ohhkay and I apologized saying i can and went to go take the basket to empty it out until she rudely grabbed it out of my hands. Publix is known for quality customer service and they will need to train Lydia in this.

Kind of an odd but centrally located store, convenient for the locals that can buy fresh goods at their favorite grocery store at almost walking distance. The associates greet you with friendly smiles and cute little bow ties that really brightens my day. Most definitely recommend that you go and see for yourselves!

I love to go shopping at Publix the store is very clean And they keep up with their products. When I stop at other store and bring the products home they have expired dates in one or two days. Thank you Publix for keeping our food safe for us.

Good store with a nice ambiance and a great selection of both groceries and premade food. Parking is always a problem though, and Ive experienced rudeness from the staff a few times. Stuff like Id say hello or thank you and theyd just stare forward listlessly and silently wait for me to leave. Its funny the little things that can eventually drive you to shop somewhere else. Its not a terrible store though, whats there in terms in products is good.

Small store doesnt have lots of stock so sale items run out. Publix also has higher prices then Target. Hopefully Kroger soon will give them some better competition.

This is a medium size downtown Publix, and has been the grocery store of choice for thousands of residents of Tampa. It is efficiently run, clean, tidy and well stocked. I would recommend anyone who is in the area looking for groceries to come to this place. Private parking, beautiful greenery, downtown scenery, and more.

This location always has my Pub-Subs hot, fresh and ready when I come to pick up. Everyone is overtly friendly and smiley, it makes me feel like Im in Pleasantville. Store is clean, with ample room and plenty of diverse products to choose from. This Publix definitely does make my Shopping a Pleasure!

Not the best Publix - its small - but customer service is definitely better than several years ago. Plus they have Bubbies sauerkraut so I hope they keep this location open.

Its in a secluded location, never overcrowded, youre in and out in no time. Its also a clean establishment. Oh and I cannot leave without mentioning they always have a bogo deal for you. Shopping is always a pleasure for me.

Cant say enough about the helpful and courteous employees at this market. Was a true pleasure shopping there. Prices were reasonable and store was clean.

Small Publix the has everything that you need right on Bayshore whether youre staying at one of the many hotels near Bayshore or you live along the road Publix is your One-Stop shop from sandwiches to soups to laundry detergent and everything you need in between definitely recommend this place especially if you want a sub

Good morning,I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Tampa Bayshore store. Erika was very helpful. She help me locate a few items on my list. Erika was stocking shelves and stopped to take me to the correct aisles and showed me the items. A lot of grocery store.employees will just say, The item is located on Aisle 5. and go back to what they were doing. Erika went above and beyond. I needed help with a few items and she was extraordinary. The store was extremely busy as it was lunchtime. I really appreciate all the help she provided.In addition, I ordered 3 whole subs after waiting 15.mins in line at the Deli. The sandwich maker, Nicole was fast, efficient, and did the required suggestive selling. As l was heading to check out, l ran into Erika again and she saw that l was looking for medium cups for the fountain drinks. There were none, so AGAIN she stopped what she was doing to go in the back to see if there were medium drink cups!! I felt like l was at Erikas home the way she treated me like a VIP guest. She has exceptional customer service skills, a beautiful smile and was very helpful. Thank you for an awesome, friendly, and wonderful shopping experience. I wish l could give 20 stars instead of the 5 limit. I have been a loyal Publix customer for 31 years and l will continue to shop @ Publix.Best regards,Christine

Not even close to what I ordered. Asked the guy in the deli At sandwich station a question about having honey mustard and he didn’t even know how to look for it. This chicken is hard and dried out. Unedible and of course on lunch break so I can’t go back. Waste of money and no customer service. Worst Publix I’ve ever encountered it’s truly unacceptable!! I rather have my $10 to someone in need then waste it on something I’m throwing away!

This is our go to Publix. They always have majority of what we need. Bogo deals are always on awesome products so its nice to get more for your money that way. The customer service here is exceptional! Everyone who works here is incredibly polite and friendly. Someone always offers to help us to our car and they always treat my kids so amazing giving them stickers and coloring pages. Its the little things that count!

But the cashier and bagger(although he did no bagging) were not attentive. And did not even hand my bags to me(let alone offer to carry them out. No kind of customer service. Love the butcher counter at this place - its the only reason I come. But today I was told its going away in two weeks so they can drive more business to the more expensive Greenwise Publix being built nearby.20 years the butchers counter was there - and some of the best quality cuts of meat Ive seen in a grocery store - and they are closing it down not because customers dont want it, but to drive the Yuppies to Water.

What a really nice grocery store in downtown Tampa! It is smaller than a regular Publix but it had everything! Staff was super friendly! Great experience!

You must try the spaghetti sauce made by locally owned and operated Yo Mamas Some of the best Ive ever had! They also have an excellent cooking oil.

Our shopper was excellent. Very responsible and conscientious. My only concern was that we had to go in the store to get our items because you were very busy and asked us to come in. While we had masks on people who are in the highest age range for possibly having or being a carrier were not . Our purpose for using the pick up option is to avoid going in and protecting ourselves & others.
