This is a GREAT publix everyone here is SO helpful. I come here often because my office is right down the street. I often order chicken wings ahead of time or come in for Pub Subs. I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Ogilvy (sorry if I spelt that wrong), he is ON IT, he always remembers me when I come in for my wings, and super fast/ considerate of my time! Hes the bomb! Awesome customer service!I also wanted to should out Veronica and Maria who helped me with my pub sub today! They are great, an awesome team! Veronica was hilarious, made my sandwich with love and made sure to recognize the people in line behind me too! Really great service! Maria was awesome and went to through boxes to get me extra mayo packets that someone has just taken the last of on the counter. You all rock! Thanks for the awesome experiences!

It is definitely setup differently than the locations in Clearwater. Plus I like how the deli is staged as it own island in the main shopping area. And the selection appears to have more options when compared to other publix locations throughout both Saint Petersburg and Clearwater

I dont usually use aluminum foil but so disgusted upon reaching the cashier to cash out the prices of the 0.99 foil was $4.19... it is so annoying and embarrassing. We looked again and everything, everything has wrong price! Can the manager do something on this please?

I absolutely love Publix but what I saw today truly turned my stomach. I went in and had to use the restroom before before I began shopping. An employee of Publix walked into the bathroom before me. Someone was already in the handicap stall so I waited until one was available. After several minutes the lady in the handicap stall left. I went in and used the restroom. When I flushed and washed my hands I heard the employee in the other stall flush and she just exited the bathroom without washing her hands!!🤢🤢🤢 Management should definitely have a conversation with their employees about washing their hands after using the restroom.

Beautiful store. Very clean neat and organized. Publix usually always has good staff. I dont care for the person watching me at the self checkout though. Other than that its a good store in the perfect location. Ill definitely shop there again.

Fantastic. Went for a sub there yesterday. Meisha and another gal were fantastic at the sub counter- then went to get a few more things in the store and really impressed with selection/cleanliness/ choices galore- checkout was excellent- restrooms very clean- Shopping here definitely a pleasure- cant get any better

This was my first time here. I didnt shop. I stopped to use the restroom. GROSS!! It was dirty and smelt horrible. My thought was if this is restroom where and how is my food being handled on the floor. Definitely NOT CLEAN. I decided NOT to shop for this reason.

Seems like when youre coming there towards the last hour they really want you to get in and out of there they do nothing to help you get out of there like asking you if they can help you find something.No Baggers helping you out with your groceries then just kind of stand around and look at you.Managers looking at their watches especially the manager last night.

Ive shopped at Publix for years, even growing up so I can honestly say Ive never in my life had such a bad experience there. This one threw me for a good one though. The customers were rude (one even knowingly, cut me in line) and even the employees were not as professional and courteous as they are at every other location. My cashier was okay. Elder lady. But everyone else made it uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this one for future reference. 🙃

Stopped in during a weekday around 17:30 for a sub and drinks. At the deli there was one guy preparing subs and that wouldn’t be an issue but a couple at the front of the line ordered 6 subs…. That’s what online ordering is for. The guy preparing the subs was great but management should’ve had someone help this guy. A couple of managers even walked by and saw the line of 5+ people and didn’t call for back up. Overall it seems like the management isn’t great and should really help their employees out when they can.

This is a much needed publix! Its a very good layout with a lot of options beyond what you see it most of the Publix in the South Tampa and downtown area. The staff is beyond friendly. Lots of grab-and-go items and deli focus.

Publix, please stay privately held, the thieves do not deserve you. Thank you for your continued great customer service. Your employees truly look happy to be there and that brings me so much joy. But please also get a new vendor for fresh garlic.

Of course since its public she know it stopped notch but this store is one of their newer ones I guess cuz it is laid out nice and very well run manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend any Publix and especially this one.

Its Publix. I have one or two things I still buy there, though its great to have options here in Tampa. Produce prices are nuts compared with the St Pete Saturday market, Trader Joes, the Westshore produce market, among others. And, oh by the way, you dont have to support the family of that woman that gave $500,000 to Trumps Insurrection party.

Since is so well located they carry the best beer variety!

Wonderful location considering the Westshore mall, Tampa Airport and especially the numerous hotels nearby. How nice it is to have my daily basics closeby for a fraction of the restaurant costs

I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT ORDER SUBS HERE ONLINE! The staff in the deli is too incompetent to be able to handle the amount of traffic that comes to this Publix. I ordered a sub online and I got there and still waited 30 mins just to get it. I could have gotten in the line and gotten it faster. Get a new deli staff. It’s ridiculous. I wish it was the first time.

Worst experience ever! The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. No one is willing to help you at all. While waiting for the butcher I was told to “get out the way” by an employee behind me. I would rather go to Walmart then go back to this Publix. If you want a quality experience go to the Publix on Dale Mabry.

I went to this location hoping to get a quick meal. The guy at the “fried” station was sooo nice and super attentive to all of the customers ahead of me, and showed me the same attention !! He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.. despite the fact that they were running low on what I wanted!! Brian was AMAAAZINNG!! I’ll be coming back just because of him!!

I went to the food counter and waited for 15 mins before a lady from the seafood department came to ask if I had been waited on .and went and got someone from the back to wait on me I was very disappointed on the service waiting 15 minutes to be waited on very poor service publics needs better management for that department

This store is always immaculate! Every single person who works there is friendly and helpful. All products are fresh and not overly ripe. Ive been to other stores where if you dont eat the produce in a day, it goes bad. Not here! Im a huge fan of the self service area because I like to bag my own products.

This Publix super market it seem small, but it was really clean, employees were super helpful and friendly, fruits and vegetables were fresh (it pretty much look like it went from te farmer straight to the publix.The sandwiches at the deli are solid good, they do sandwich of the week so make sure ask which is the one of the week cause it comes out a bit cheaper.

Had an Instacart delivery gone wrong. I didnt order anything yet tons of food was at my front door. I talked to John? in customer service. Im sorry I cant remember. He was very kind and helpful and even called me back the next morning to let me know no one had called in with a missed order. The food wasnt wasted and the customer service at this Publix did everything they could to help me find the person who bought the food.Thanks!

This is a great little Publix, but its an urban model which means its smaller on the inside. Some things are not available like in a suburban Publix, but I like how they did it here in south Tampa. As a people watcher I have to admit everyone here is beautiful.

Customer Service at its best! I had difficulty purchasing 20 units of one particular product that was on sale and due to COVID they could not special order or issue a rain check. A very nice lady Larissa (?) answered my phone call and didnt let me off the line till she resolved the issue. I eventually had to pick up the product at another location however this Publix employee cared enough to make it happen! Thank You!
